Abstract

Non-profit organizations are those that work for the benefit of the community without trying to turn a profit. Public inquiries about non-profit organizations' administration of donor or sponsor finances frequently center on their transparency and accountability. Financial responsibility is significant to the church because it is an organization that does not seek to make money. Non-profit organizations are anticipated to be able to give important data, including articulation of financial status, activity reports, cash flow reports, and budget summary notes, to various contributors and associations through PSAK 45 (ISAK 35). The church is a component of a non-profit organization that uses PSAK 45 (ISAK 35). According to an interview with the Mlati Parish treasurer, there are still difficulties in preparing the parish's financial reports because until now the depreciation cost of the parish's fixed assets has not been determined. The financial reports of the parish are not in compliance with KAS standards because there is no estimate for fixed asset depreciation expenses. The PKM Team of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, seeing the importance of transparency in the collection and use of funds from non-profit organizations such as churches, tries to assist the Saint Aloysius Gonzaga Parish in determining the amount of depreciation expense per year, making a list of fixed assets, and creating accounting guidelines for fixed assets. The Guide to the Fixed Asset Inventory Module and the Excel File List of Fixed Assets along with depreciation calculations that can be changed at any time if needed are the outputs of this PKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Small Group Discussion method on Science Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students, Mis DDI Takku, Barru Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental form with nonequivalent control group design. The sample and population are class IV students of MIS DDI Takku, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency, totaling 29 students. The instruments used to collect data are pretest and posttest. The results showed that the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. It was found that the mean (mean) pretest in the Experiment Class was 29.79 while the mean (mean) Pretest in the Control Class was 28.47. The next descriptive analysis is that the average (mean) Posttest in the Experiment Class is 81.50 while the Posttest average (mean) in the Control Class is 68.00. The average value for the experimental class was higher than the control class after being given treatment. For inferential analysis using the t test formula, it is known that the tcount obtained from the experimental class is -13,454 and the tcount obtained from the control class is -10,617 with both classes having a frequency of df = 13, at a significant level = 0.05 or 5% obtained ttable is 2.160. So tcount > ttable or -13.454 > 2.160 this shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Small Group Discussion Method on Science Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students, Mis DDI Takku, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency.

Abstract

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a common disorder with symptoms involving the median nerve. The risk factors for the occurrence of CTS are grouped into individual and physical factors related to work. Individual factors consisted of a history of diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, age and gender. In addition, there are work-related physical factors, namely work with repetitive hand movements, gripping or clamping work with force, abnormal postures on the wrist for a long time. Purpose to determine the relationship between BMI and gender with the degree of severity of CTS in Mataram City Hospital. Observational analytic quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique of 34 samples. The research was conducted at the Mataram City Hospital, from November to December 2022. The data obtained was analyzed using the spermaman rank test. Results of the 34 study samples, there were 8 people (23.5%) with BMI < 24.9 kg/m2 and, 26 people (76.5%) with BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2. A total of 13 men (38.2%) and 21 women (61.8%) suffered from CTS. The value of p = 0.001 (p <0.05) with a correlation value of 0.528 for the relationship between BMI and the severity of CTS, and p = 0.001 (p <0.05) with a correlation value of 0.531 for the relationship between gender and the severity of CTS . There is a significant relationship between BMI and gender with the degree of severity of CTS in Mataram City Hospital.

Abstract

Science subjects are subjects related to systematic methods for learning about nature. The study of natural phenomena is the focus of the scientific discipline. In an elementary school science class, students learn about close natural knowledge. In previous studies, many students did not understand science lessons with the material "tot disorders in humans". Students had never heard of any muscle abnormalities in humans. after that students ask a lot of what tetanus is and what causes it, educators provide material about muscle disorders in humans and students read every material provided by educators after that they understand better what abnormalities occur in humans. Fifth grade students at SD MUHAMMADIYAH 1 BONTOALA have shown that the use of hands-on activity models can improve science learning outcomes. This is shown in the pre-cycle learning outcomes, namely 38 with the predicate "poor", the first cycle is worth 67 with the predicate "enough", and the second cycle is worth 96 with the predicate "good" with a performance indicator of 70.

Abstract

The increase in fuel prices always has an impact on rising production costs and transportation costs. The increase in production costs will affect the increase in the price of goods or inflation in the country. The increase in fuel prices will always be followed by an increase in commodity prices which can then increase the inflation rate. In addition, traders will automatically have to adjust the price of their merchandise from the increase in fuel prices. This study used a qualitative method with a total of 494 traders and the respondents who were taken were traders with various types of businesses such as convection, sandals, fruits, side dishes, electronics, and auto parts traders. The results showed that the income of the convection business was higher than the income after the increase in fuel prices, the type of sandal business had decreased or stabilized, the type of sandal business remained because it provided selling products through online media (buy online), the type of fruit business Fruits are stable because they take goods from their own area (local), the type of side dishes business which is a primary human need so fuel prices go up, consumers continue to buy products from side dishes, the type of electronic business has not decreased and the increase (stable) has been adjusting product prices with the cost of transportation costs, the type of spare parts business has decreased because they have not adjusted the prices of the products they sell with the prices of transporting goods from outside the island.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure >140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >90 mmHg, also known as the silent killer. Risk factors for hypertension are categorized into modifiable risk factors i.e. physical activity and stress, and non-modifiable risk factor i.e. age. As a person becomes older, the elasticity of blood vessels will decrease, thereby increasing the prevalence of hypertension at the age of 45 years and beyond. Objective to find out the association of physical activity and stress with hypertension incidence among pre-elderly in RSUD DR. R. Soedjono Selong, East Lombok. This study was an observational analytic quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. This study was conducted in RSUD DR. R. Soedjono Selong, East Lombok in November-December 2022. The sample was 30 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by Chi Square test with a significance value (p ≤ 0.05). 73% of the 30 sample respondents were hypertension patients who had moderate physical activity, 10% had mild, and none had heavy physical activity. For stress category 60% was moderate, 13% light, and 10% severe. 7% of the 30 sample respondents did not suffer from hypertension and had moderate physical activity, 3% had light and 7% had heavy. For stress category none was moderate, 13% mild and 10% severe. A value of p = 0.018 (p <0.05) was obtained for the association of physical activity with hypertension incidence among pre-elderly, and a value of p = 0.001 (p <0.05) was obtained for the association of stress with hypertension incidence among pre-elderly. There was a significant association of physical activity and stress with hypertension incidence among pre-elderly in RSUD DR. R. Soedjono Selong, East Lombok.
