Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, known as MSMEs, have many roles in poor members, reduce unemployment, and increase people's income so that they can independently support their economy. UMKM players must be able to develop and survive in line with the intense business competition. The ability to compete in trade is important so that the Indonesian economy remains strong, especially in facing the Asean Economic Community (AEC). Therefore the government continues to strive so that MSMEs in various regions can develop so as to support the economy of the small community by providing various things both in terms of marketing, other supporting facilities. The presence of the 4.0 industrial revolution has an impact on intense competition, MSMEs must be able to overcome this view creatively, product innovation, marketing, product packaging, human resource development and technology. The strategy for empowering MSMEs can be achieved through the role of the Government in issuing fiscal and non-fiscal policies, higher education institutions in carrying out services to educate and prosper the community and the supporting role of supporting MSMEs to be more self-reliant and innovative. Community service is focused on UMKM Adritepa Abadi, Banjarsari Village, Bogor Regency, is able to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and is able to make plans in the budget for running a business.

Abstract

Usaha rintisan memiliki resiko akses pasar. Berkembangnya perkembangan internet mempengaruhi pula perilaku konsumen dalam mencari produk yang diinginkan. Meskipun bisnis rintisan memiliki produk yang solutif dan inovatif tetapi bila dalam pemasaran atau penyajian foto produk kurang menarik maka akan kesulitan dalam menarik konsumen. Pada kenyataannya untuk mendapatkan foto produk yang menarik dan mampu menyampaikan pesan dari produk membutuhkan biaya yang mahal bila harus dilakukan oleh profesional. Kegiatan pengabdian masayarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keahlian pengambilan foto produk yang mampu dijangkau dan dilakukan mandiri oleh usaha rintisan sehingga dapat bersaing dan menarik calon konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Abstract

The development of technology and industry has an impact on human life, especially in today's business world. In addition, the number of businesses emerging both small and large companies has an impact on intense competition between companies, especially competition from similar companies. One that is considered quite busy in this increasingly fierce competition is the food business. The density of activities in modern times today causes most people do not have much free time to prepare their own food at home and tend to want to enjoy fast food. Abstract

In the context of Islamic finance, it is necessary to provide adequate understanding to the public regarding financial issues such as Islamic banking and non-bank financial services institutions, products, contracts and Islamic financial services. The purpose of community service is to introduce Indonesian youth, especially students of Hidayatut Thalibin Vocational High School, one of the schools with an Islamic concept, namely providing literacy education and inclusion of Islamic financial institutions. The implementation method consists of three stages. The first stage is an introduction to the theory of Islamic and non-Islamic financial institutions. The second stage is counseling and simulation of Islamic and non-Islamic banking products and contracts. The last stage is evaluation, which is to determine the level of students' understanding of Islamic banking and non-Islamic banking. The results of this educational activity showed that the students gained sufficient knowledge of the elements of theory and application based on the post-test given regarding Islamic banking products and contracts. The implication of this educational activity is that youth are expected to contribute to the development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia

Abstract

Tenaga pendidik (guru) sebagai fasilitator peserta didik harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalamn melakukan analisis butir soal. Identifikasi terhadap setiap butir item soal dilakukan dengan harapan akan menghasilkan berbagai informasi berharga yang pada dasarnya akan menjadi umpan balik guna melakukan perbaikan, pembenahan, dan penyempurnaan terhadap butir soal. Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Iman NW Bundua (mitra 1) dan Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Anwar (mitra 2) sebagai mana diketahui bahwa banyak tenaga pendidikanya yang tidak memiliki kompetensin menganalisis butir soal. Instrumen yang digunakan tenaga pendidik masih didominasi dari buku dan LKS. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa guru belum mengetahui kualitas tes yang digunakan sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi guru melaui pelatihan analisis butir soal. Analisis butir soal yang diberikan berupa analisis butir soal dengan menggunakan program Iteman dan SPSS. Guru sebagai objek pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) diharapkan mampu menyusun butir soal yang memiliki tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda serta fungsi distraktor yang baik. Butir soal soal yang sudah dilakukan analisis akan dikumpulkan menjadi satu kemudian akan dibentuk menjadi bank soal bagi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan diantaranya (1) tahap pelatihan program yang akan di isi dengan pemahan konsep dari setiap bentuk analisis. (2) Tahap pendampingan analisis butir soal bagi peserta. (3) Tahap implementasi program yang dilaksanakan melalui uji coba hasil analisis butir soal kepada peserta didik di masing-masing mitra. Luaran yang diperoleh dari Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah berupa bank soal, yang selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pembuatan dan pengembangan butir soal yang lebih berkualitas

Abstract

Tuntutan pelayanan universitas saat ini mengalami pergeseran dari world class university berbasis riset menuju world class university berbasis kewirausahaan. Dekan FEB Ubhara Surabaya memutuskan membentuk Pusat Kajian Ekonomi Pembangunan Pertanian (prodi EP) dengan Nomor Skep : SKEP/134/VI/2018/FEB, diharapkan dapat menjadi model proses belajar mengajar lebih seimbang dengan kebutuhan untuk lingkungan industri. Berdasarkan amanah Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang percepatan penganeka-ragaman pangan berbasis sumberdaya lokal, diusulkannya PPUPIK tepung labu kuning yang memiliki dampak positif bagi para pihak terkait (mahasiswa, dosen, Ubhara, Pemkab, industri makanan dan minuman). PPUPIK tepung labu kuning perkiraan kapasitas produksi terpasang dari usaha PPUPIK tepung labu kuning/bulan sebesar 69.550 kg. Hasil proyeksi laba rugi usaha PPUPIK tepung labu kuning menghasilkan laba (setelah pajak) sebesar Rp.345.081.754 dengan nilai profit on sales 19,02% Usaha pengolahan tepung labu kuning dengan menggunakan asumsi yang ada menghasilkan NPV sebesar Rp 2.597.316.108 dengan IRR 35,40% dan Net B/C ratio 4,21 kali. Berdasarkan kriteria dan asumsi yang ada, menunjukkan bahwa usaha tepung labu kuning ini layak dilaksanakan dengan Payback Periode selama 1,7 tahun dan dapat dilanjutkan setelah program PPUPIK berakhir. Persentase kontribusi yang dapat diberikan kepada institusi sebagai pendapatan sebesar 10% - 15 % dari keuntungan bersih

Abstract

Penyimpangan seksual adalah aktivitas seksual yang ditempuh seseorang untuk mendapatkan kenikmatan seksual dengan tidak sewajarnya. Biasanya, cara yang digunakan oleh orang tersebut adalah menggunakan obyek seks yang tidak wajar. Penyimpangan Sexual seperti fetisme, homosekxual, masokisme, dan pedofilia di kalangan remaja. Tujuan untuk menambah dan meningkatkan Pemahaman santri terkait pentingnya menghindari penyimpangan sex pada remaja. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di SMU Darul Ulum 1 Jombang Tanggal 11 Juli 2022. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi dan Tanya jawab sesuai dengan kajian literatur untuk memberikan dan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penyimpangan sex. Hasil dari pengabdian iniPeserta yang hadir mengikuti kegiatan dengan penuh perhatian dan tertib. Selama proses pelaksanaan penyuluhan peserta didik aktif yang terlihat dari banyaknya peserta yang secara aktif berperan dalam sesi tanya jawab serta peranan fasilitator sangat membantu berjalannya proses penyuluhan dan diskusi. Setelah dieberikan penyuluhan tentang pengetahuan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penyimpangan seksual sebesar 88,8% yang sebelumnya hanya 65,6%. Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan pada siswa SMU Darul Ulum 1 Peterongan berjalan tertib dan lancar sesuai rencana kegiatan yang telah disusun. Hasil evaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa SMU DU I Peterongan Jombang tentang penyimpangan seksual terjadi peningkatan sebelum dan setelah dilaksankan penyuluhan.

Abstract

The condition of the spread of Covid-19 has reached almost the entire world with the number of cases continuing to increase. Health workers act as service providers, therefore hospitals have an obligation to nourish their workforce. There are ways to overcome and reduce the possibility of work accidents and occupational diseases (PAK). One of them is by increasing the frequency of using personal protective equipment (PPE). PPE only functions to reduce contact with hazards by placing a barrier between workers and the dangers that exist in patients and vice versa. Purpose: To analyze the influence of the variables Availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Education on nurse job satisfaction. Method: Descriptive in nature, namely a research design that is directed to describe symptoms, facts, or events in a systematic and accurate manner, regarding the characteristics of a particular population or area of ​​25 people with a total sampling technique. Collecting data in this study used a type of questionnaire instrument that contained the characteristics of the respondents and the behavior of using personal protective equipment (PPE). Results: The results of this study show an overview of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by nurses in the APARMA Unipdu Covid-19 Special Room in the use of head coverings, surgical or N95 masks, face shields, surgical gowns and isolation gowns, aprons, gloves and shields shoe. Conclusion: in general, nurses at the Aparma Healthy Home use personal protective equipment in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health.
