Abstract

The development of Bali Tourism has implications for the process of cultural transformation and cultural change. In the perspective of cultural dialectics, changes occur largely in the outer structure, whereas in the damal structure it is clear that there is continuity and preservation of culture; (2) The development of tourism, especially the type of tourism developed in Bali, essentially brings the Balinese people squeezed between the two poles of power. On the one hand, they are obliged to maintain their cultural traditions and customs which are commodities that can be 'sold' in tourism. On the other hand, tourism sometimes collides local culture with the modern world. This provides a great opportunity because of the unpreparedness of the community, resulting in local culture with the modern world. This provides local will be swept away in the swift waves of global culture. Phases of local people's attitudes towards tourism start from: (1) Eupharia, which is sympathy because people have high hopes for the development of tourism; (2) Apathy, which is starting to disturb his life because of social disparities as a result of tourism development; (3) Annoyance, that is, people are getting bored and even people feel disturbed by the existence of tourism; and (4) Antagonism, which has begun to openly show its displeasure with the existence of tourism. Keywords: Bali, Tourism, Dialetika Culture

Abstract

Pura Bencingah, Sukasada Sub-District, Buleleng Regency has the historical value of the struggle of the Balinese people, especially in Buleleng, established because of a vow (promise) of fighters in terms of seizing independence from invaders to the Almighty God. So that it has a very thick acculturation at the time of praising which is very interesting to study. This study aims to find out philosophical values, pujawali procession and cultural acculturation found in Pura Bencingah. In this study, problems were examined using the theory of Social Change, Religious Theory and Cultural Acculturation. The results showed that the philosophical value of the Bencingah temple was founded on the feeling of obtaining a sense of security (raksanam) from Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa when fighting and liberating the Indonesian nation from the shackles of colonialism, as a form of state and religion. The procession at the preliminary ceremony was held at Soma Kliwon Wuku Kuningan (Soma Macekan Agung) in Bencingah Temple led by Pura Bencingah Jro Mangku Dalem Chief witnessed directly by pemedek and veteran fighters using banten facilities such as banten for offal, banten for sekonghe gong and help caru. Cultural acculturation that can be seen in this pujawali is when the process of mepurwa daksina (walking around the main monument) while carrying a red and white flag 2 stalks of the arena followed by approximately 15 people rotating 3 times. This procession was accompanied by a bell / bajra sound by the Bencingah temple langang. At this time, the pemedek who came to pray joined in singing a great Indonesian song accompanied by the sound of Gong (gambelan "longgoran" at the time murwa daksina) and after that continued with a moment of silence. Abstract

Bali develops Subak as a Cultural Tour, because culture is the most potential for people’s lives in bali. The basic capital of cultural tourism is the culture of normative and operational functions. As a cultural normative role is expected to be able and potential in providing identity, basic handling, controlling pattern, so that the balance and culture ketahana also expected to be the main attraction for the increase of tourism. It gives a clue how important the role of culture in tourism development. So it does not mean culture for tourism but otherwise tourism for culture. Subak for the Balinese is not just an irrigation system, but also a life philosophy for the Balinese themselves. In view of the Balinese, Subak is a direct reflection of the Hindu philosophy of Tri Hita Karana (the three causes of goodness), which encourages harmonious relationships between individuals and souls (parahyangan), human (pawongan), and nature (palemahan). As a system of living together, Subak can survive for a century more because people are loyal to the ancestral tradition. Water distribution is done fairly, all issues are discussed together, even up to the time of planting and the type of rice. Sanctions against all forms of offenses will be determined by the residents themselves through a ceremony performed at the temple. Harmonization of life is the key to preserving Subak culture. Keywords: Subak, Cultural Tourism, Tri Hita Karana

Whereas based on the transcendental-praxis reference theory, that sampradaya grows from a transcendental reference that is the transcendence of daily experiences in the natural environment, which can give birth to a knowledge that is spiritual. The principle of sampradaya's teaching is implementing Titi, Tata. Said, Peace purely and consistently. Titi is astiti to Sang Hyang Widhi and parents. Tata is learning to organize, respect for older people, subject to village provisions, or the government. The speech is the words of the priest, leaders and saints or to those who understand better even though they are younger. While Peace is a condition that is based on patience. The practice of teaching is carried out through practice in family life, and practice in life in the communityKeywords: Sampradaya, Bali
