Abstract

The era of globalization requires excellence, equity, resilience and competition will change the educational paradigm. Efforts to build the quality and quantity of human resource development in entrepreneurship, the business in the field of formal education both at the school and college level has the potential, to build enthusiasm and develop entrepreneurial spirit in students. Entrepreneurship is an ability (ability) in creative thinking and innovative behavior that is made the basis as a resource, driving force, tactics, tips and processes in facing life’s challenges. Thus entrepreneurship is very important to instill and teach as an independent scientific discipline in the preparation and use of skilled and professional human resources. Abstract

The  presence  of increasingly  sophisticated  social  media  also  clarifies the  mutual relationship between communication and culture. Social media is able to help people connect with the surrounding as well as the world. Like the communication between teachers, members and alumni SVETA through facebook. Although they are in a long distance, Facebook is able to strengthen communication between one with another. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of facebook as a medium of communication in the organization SVETA. Methods used include interview techniques,  questionnaires  and  documentation.  The  result  of this  research SVETA  Organization  (Sisya  Veda  Sastra)  utilizing  social  media  especially  facebook  to communicate between alumni and member of SVETA. Given the facebook function that allows many people to communicate, it would not be surprised if the majority of users of young people. Similarly with teachers, students and alumni SVETA, they use facebook applications to discuss and provide information related to organizational activities such as praying, funds punia, gotong royong, tirta yatra and others. The SVETA group activity in social media facebook include upload photos, status updates, comments, and chats about SVETA activities like Tirta Yatra, Dana Punia, discussions, and status updates. The conclusion of this research is interpersonal communication and small group communication in facebook able to strengthen the sense of brotherhood among teachers, members and alumni SVETA. Abstract

At this time people around the world are struggling to deal with the Corona Virus pandemic which has claimed many victims. The community must remain productive to meet their needs, worship and so on by still paying attention to health protocols. The role of counseling on Hinduism is very necessary, apart from increasing the preparedness of the community to face the Covid 19 pandemic, to pay attention to the health procedures that have been recommended by the government. Efforts to cultivate Sradha and Bhakti people in religious life are also very important to focus more on carrying out prayer services in their respective homes. In this paper, it focuses on the application of the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha and Catur Guru by the Pandavas during the incognito period in the Matsya Kingdom in Lontar Wirata Parwa. This research is a textual research, which uses text as the main source. This was done solely to find out the mindset and chronology of Hindu thought in the past. As in Lontar Wirata Parwa, there are teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha which consist of Kayika Parisudha, Wacika Parisudha and Manacika Parisudha. Mean while, the teachings Catur Guru consist of Guru Swadyaya, Guru Rupaka, Guru Pengajian and Guru Wisesa. Referring to these teachings, it is expected to make guidelines in life so as not to deviate from the behavior taught by Religion. Abstract

This article examines the history of the Gambur Anglayang State Temple in terms of Pluralism and religious tourism. The research was conducted in Kubutambahan village, district of Kubutambahan, Buleleng, Bali. Search informants determined by purposive sampling. Determination informant begins with determining the key informants, and then developed using a chain with sampling. This technique called snowball technique. For data analysis, among others: (1) the determination of the informant, (2) collecting data, (3) the validity of the data, (4) data analysis, ( 5) conclusions / verification. Negara Gambur Anglayang temple established in 1260 or the 13th century by people around Kuta Banding beach in the reign of King Bhatara Parameswara (2) The structure of Negara Gambur Anglayang temple consists of three pages or mandala the part is Nista Mandala (outside), Madya Mandala (middle side), and Utama Mandala (inside). Vertically shrine at Negara Gambur Anglayang temple refers to the concept that consists Triangga (feet, body, and head) that apply in the Negara Gambur Anglayang temple. It is shown from the pelingih-pelinggih line that represents different religions and ethnicities. For example Bhatara Ratu Gede Siwa Rambut Sedana, Bhatara Sri Dwijendra Ratu Agung Dalem Makkah (Islam), Ratu Agung Syahbandar (China) are Dewa Pabean (Pelabuhan), Ratu Agung Melayu (ethnic Malays), and Ratu Bagus Nganten (Ratu Bagus Sundawan) from Sundanese West Java.Keywords: Pura, Tourism, Pluralism

Abstract

An important concept that forms the basis of customer loyalty in the tourism industry is customer satisfaction. One of the things that can cause customer satisfaction is how a tourism service provider responds to customer complaints. This study aims to describe several types of negotiations and the tendencies of student negotiation style of students in Cultural Tourism Study of Mpu Kuturan State Institute of Hindu. To answer these issues, observation methods, literature studies and interview methods were used. The results of these methods can be described as follows. There are 4 types of negotiations when dealing with customers based on Corvette (2014). The four types of negotiations are Avoidance, Adversarial, Accommodating and Cooperative. Based on the results of the study 30% of students did avoidance technique. As many as 60% of students do accommodating technique, the other 10% do cooperative techniques and no students do adversarial techniques. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for teaching student, especially in applying the right concept of negotiation styles at the right time. Abstract

Men against women usually do hegemony. However, it does not rule out the possibility that women can do hegemony over their fellow human beings. Even if women do hegemony towards women, their form can be more sadistic than male hegemony towards women. They are not only found in real life but also in texts of literary works such as in Satua Men Tiwas signed Men Sugih, where this literary work is one of the well-known ones in Bali. In each of the Men Tiwas signed by Sugih, Men described the hegemony of Men Sugih towards Men Tiwas, where the economic levels of both of them are inversely proportional. Like the concept of karmapala in Bali, in this literature Men Sugih also got karmapala due to his sadistic actions towards Men Tiwas.Keywords: Literature, women, Hegemony, Economy, Karmaphala

Abstract

Bali is a Tourist Destination Region that has tourist attraction spread in every Regency. Badung Regency has several villages that made as a tourist destination. One of the tourist villages is Sangeh Village. To be able to make the existing village into a tourist village, certainly not easy, needed a process, strategy to explore the existing potential of both culture, nature and environment by empowering the community of the village. “Indigeneus Knowledge” (lokal knowledge and skills) possessed by the lokal community is very potential to be developed as a component of tourism. In the face of increasingly complex competition and global economic competition, creativity becomes crucial to create competitive advantage, and business continuity. The sustainability of the Tourism Village requires a creative and innovative human, entrepreneurial spirit. Form of activity, creativity of the community in supporting development of Sangeh Tourism Village. The concept is able to empower the community to be able to provide quality services to tourists with a commitment to lokal wisdom. Structuring the environment to be able to provide a peaceful, relaxed, familial atmosphere, away from the modern lifestyle that is full of pressure, comfortable, able to create togetherness between tourism actors, travel service providers and other related and able to lift, display lokal and traditional products.Keyword : Creative, Local Community, Tourism, Village.

Abstract

In Dadya Semalung, Ababi Village, Abang Subdistrict, Karangasem Regency, there is a temple, Pura Dalem Tunon, which was thrown by Dadya Semalung manners. The study was conducted on the basis of researchers' interest in relation to the existence of Pura Dalem, which was issued by Krama Dadya (a citizen who was gathered in a community group or group). In addition to this, the importance of the history of the temple as well as the religiosity of the community and the function of the temple is also a concern by researchers so that researchers feel interested in analyzing the study of the history of the existence of the Dalem Tunon Dadya Semalung Temple in Ababi Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency, the Structure of the Dalem Tunon Dadya Semalung Temple in the Village Ababi Abang District Karangasem Regency, and the function of Pura Dalem Tunon Dadya Semalung in Ababi Village Abang District Karangasem Regency. Pura Dalem Tunon was founded around 600 years ago, which is the width (death) of Jero Dukuh Sakti which is the first Sulinggih from Arya Gajah Para descent in the village of Pakraman Ababi. The structure of Dalem Tunon Dadya Semalung Temple consists of 3 parts in accordance with the Tri Mandala concept with 10 buildings or palinggih. Abstract

Life in the current era of globalization, various phenomena occurring in complex human life, make people look for various ways to get inner peace. This is a hope to be achieved in this world. So that various methods to achieve soul harmony are the top priority. Meditation is a condition of human consciousness in focusing the mind on the state of the body to consciously relax and the mind is allowed to be still, calm in balance, consciously wise to achieve ananda (happiness). Thought is a power that everyone can have. Mind is also the cause of humans to do something through the ten senses that are led, so that the mind is called Rajendriya. To practice meditation, someone is invited to control his thoughts. Mind control can be carried out with abhyasa vairagya in meditation, as a way of removing the five hindrances namely awidya, asmita, raga, dwesa, and abhiniwasa to attain a harmonious mind. This paper is adopted by the author to understand silence in meditation as the art of contemplating harmonious thoughts. This paper uses data collection methods consisting of observations and documents. The data analysis technique used is qualitative in nature with descriptive descriptions. The results of this paper show that by doing silence in meditation one can get a harmonious mind which has the characteristics of concentration, awareness, wisdom and love.Keywords: Silence; Meditation; The art of contemplation; Harmonious thoughts.

on. Creating quality human resources, then all managers and teams of educational devices must be able to work professionally and sustainably. School Supervisors are authorized to conduct education supervision in schools by carrying out assessment and coaching in terms of technical education and administration at education units at the preschool, elementary and secondary levels. Efforts to create good and conducive teaching and learning situations are not denied by various negative factors that arise by inhibiting the process of achieving the goals set. To ensure its quality, the education process must be monitored. Analyzing the motivation and performance of school supervisors is very important to improve the quality of teaching of teachers in improving the quality of student learning. Based on the results of research on the analysis of motivation and performance of elementary school supervisors in the Abiansemal District shows that it is not optimal, so that it can make recommendations to the Government as a policy maker to build competent and professional school supervisors in carrying out their duties as educational supervision.Keywords: Motivation, Performance, School Superintendent
