Lontar Bubuksah as a creation or the heritage of Hindu culture contains a story about the moral preaching of priests, philosophy of life and syncretism between the preaching of Shiva and Budha thus it is clear that the manuscript contents of the Lontar Bubuksah are about religion. Through the two main figures of Gagakaking and Bubuksah brothers each chose a different path in realizing their ideals.Even the way carried out each seemed very contradictory. However, both of them hold one concept that is successfully believed and implemented consistently and consequently The value of holiness is played by the character of Gagakaking with all his behavior based on spiritual purity. While the value of lascarya is played by Bubuksah in his tyaga pati and all manner of behavior in carrying out his brata bherawa. Different behaviors have a connecting line that can be drawn is the value of a satya; loyalty to the choice of beliefs that are considered true with all the consequences, as well as being faithful to both achieve the realm of freedom (moksa). This research uses a qualitative research method about the Bubhuksah lontar text. Therefore, from the research standpoint it is an exploratory research (explotrative research) in this case the research and study of the Bubuksah lontar text with primary data namely the Bubuksah lontar and secondary data of this study were obtained from two sources namely documents and through discussions with informants and in the form of literature, references and books.Keywords: Phylosophy, preaching of priests, Lontar Bubuksah and Gagakaking, goal of life.

In improving the economic resilience of the Balinese people, especially in the field of tourism, in addition to seeing the potential that exists the government must also improve the social fabric of the local community, culture, and mentality. Therefore a strong concept is needed which becomes the basic foundation in the development of tourism in the form of Ecotourism. The foundation can be built in accordance with the local wisdom of the local community, or through a philosophical concept that is believed by the Hindu community in Bali that leads to a harmonious community life. One of the philosophical concepts of Hinduism which is also used as local wisdom is THK ("Tri Hita Karana"). Etymologically, the concept of Tri Hita Karana is Tri meaning three, Hita means prosperity, and Karana is the cause, consisting of parhyangan (spiritual environment), pawongan (social environment) and palemahan (natural environment). Broadly the concept of Tri Hita Karana can be interpreted as three harmonious relationships between humans and God, humans and other humans, and humans and the environment to achieve the safety and peace of the universe. Research on the revitalization of local culture-based tourism area aims to describe: (1) cultural values that can be used in tourism sector in Buleleng, (2) revitalization strategy of local culture-based tourism area that can be used to improve the existence of local culture in Buleleng. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Informants in this research are cultural and community who work in the cultural and tourism sector. Data were collected by interview. Data analysis was done by descriptive method. The result of revitalization research of local culture-based tourism area shows that: local cultural values (Buleleng) that can be used in tourism sector are cultural values based on Tri Hita Karana philosophy. Implementation of the concept of parahyangan can be done by building places of worship around the tourist area, conducting praying activities. Implementation of the concept of pawongan can be done by greeting each other with "Om Swastyastu" to all people encountered and maintain intimacy among religious people. Implementation of the concept of palemahan can be done by not littering, keeping the environment free of air pollution, greening and tree planting, maintaining the environment. Strategy of revitalization of local culture-based tourism area that can be used to improve the existence of local culture in done through four things, namely: (1) tourist attractions, (2) tourist attractions, (3) tourism promotion, (4) tourism partnership. Associated with tourist attractions, revitalization efforts made more on efforts to improve tourist sites. Related attractions revitalization efforts undertaken in the form of improvement of every activity / activity of art and local culture. Related promotion tour. Done by offering cultural tour packages. Related to tourism partnerships can be built cooperation to introduce the culture of Buleleng Regency. Keywords: Culture, Tourism, Revitalization

Preservation of Subak existence in Bali as one of the local genius must be done by all stakeholders. Pekaseh is a Prajuru Subak, who is managing Subak in general, assisted by Pangliman, Penyarikan, Kasinoman, Patengen and Kelihan Tempek. As a leader, Pekaseh has a strategic to role participate in trying to keep Subak's existence, both in Parhyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan aspects. However, Pekaseh in assignment to preserve Subak culture, Pekaseh usually encounters principal constraints resulting from the character of most societies today which is empirical-profane materialistic, which causes: (a) Society is very easy to sell land for a lot of money. (b) Granting land transfer permits for housing, without coordinating with the Pekaseh. (c) The interest of the younger generation to become farmers is very little. The young generation prefers to work in other sectors such as the more promising tourism sector. The Hindu community is actually very rich in literary works such as geguritan, kidung, kekawin, stories, and lontar which are inherited from ancestors that need to be preserved. Hinduism has always been a source of inspiration that inspired many traditional texts owned by people in Bali, one of which was Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa. Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa is one of thousands of manuscripts inherited by Balinese today. Growing understanding of Hinduism cannot always be learned from a tradition that lives and develops in the midst of society. Moreover, to improve the understanding of Hinduism in this post-modern era, it is more conducive to resynergize the teachings that are excellent in lontar texts with religious activities so that they are not out of their way. Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa can be the basis for understanding Hindu religious activities and being a mental foundation for acting in society. As it is known that attachment to worldly things causes someone to forget his essence, so that the suffering experienced from the reflection of attachment causes a person to blame the situation and get lost in the niche of suffering. Religion is a way that can be done to end suffering, as in Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa contains philosophical teachings about why humans suffer and how humans escape from suffering. Suffering can be stopped one of them by increasing the belief (sradha) and deep understanding of the teachings of the concept of Panca Sradha which consists of Widhi Sradha, Atma Sradha, Karma Phala Sradha, Punarbhawa Sradha, and Moksa Sradha. Bali, as one of international tourism object has to maintain their positive image internationally. Realistically, news media have crucial role in influencing the image of a tourism object. In another side, tourism sector often faces crisis. This crisis is not always caused by human, but also by nature in form of natural disaster. This is what has been faced by Bali recently due to the eruption of Mount Agung. This research tries to comprehend on how international media present their news about Mount Agung eruption. To achieve this, framing analysis method proposed by Gamson and Mognliani (1987) was used. Based on the analysis, it has been found that international media tend to inform the news from the potential threat caused by Mount Agung eruption. This case mostly viewed geographically and historically. Besides that, the emerging effect caused by the eruption also becomes the focus of the news. Unfortunately, there is a little information about preparedness of related parties, disaster mitigation and the capability of related parties to handle the effect of Mount Agung eruption. This research hopefully can reflect the newsworthy issue and the framing used by international media in depicting the Mount Agung eruption. Language that serves as a means of interpersonal communication for the people of Bali, because the language of Bali is the mother tongue for the people of Bali. Balinese language is a reflection of all aspects of human life and also as a language of instruction in the social. Balinese language has a position and function that is able to become the identity and identity of Balinese people. As for some functions of the language of Bali is very important for the community, among others, as a symbol of pride of Bali, as a means of communication or liaison in the community, as the identity of the people of Bali. The purpose of this research is to know the Language of Mother Age of Now in Culture of Interpersonal Communication. The results of this study include Mother language (Balinese) today in the culture of interpersonal communication is very useful to know yourself and others. The Balinese language also teaches to better appreciate and maintain good relationships with others. Effective strategies in delivering messages Hinduism teachings can be done with various media, one of which is Wayang Kulit media. The role of wayang kulit in conveying messages is quite effective because shadow puppets fulfill all the criteria of traditional media that can be used in communication, namely the form, theme, and flexibility of the media. The presence of Parwa’s shadow puppets art is still very popular with the people. Parwa Leather Puppets contain educational values such as: ethics, morals, and spirituality which are inserted in each chosen play, it makes art always interesting to witness. Of the several plays that are often performed are the Aguru Pandavas. This paper describes comprehensive the communication that is communal in the form of community interaction in the ngedeblag tradition carried out by the people of Kemenuh Village as part of respect for tradition and maintaining the balance of the energy of the universe. The presence of modern life, does not necessarily only affect the life of urban communities which tend to be heterogeneous. However, through cultural and market expansion, massive economic growth, and social mobility, a civilization that can generalize all aspects of life can even form the individualistic and materialistic side of each individual. Uniquely, the presence of a tradition in the life of people in Bali can become a fortress for this form of generalization. As seen in Kemenuh society, it is related to the ngedeblag tradition which is believed to be part of a ritual to drive out evil spirits or negative forces, and to restore the balance of the great bhuwana. In ongoing observations, the tradition of ngedeblag is actually a reflection of the life of the communal community. This is indicated by the process of interaction through community communication patterns that occur from the beginning of preparation for the implementation of the ngedeblag tradition to the end of the tradition. Not only in the aspect of social interaction, the communication of this tradition also has implications for the next generations of the existence of the ngedeblag tradition as part of cultural heritage and understanding the expression or intent to be conveyed through the ngedebalag tradition.Keywords: Ngedeblag Tradition, Communal Communication, Modern Life
