ABSTRAK OPTIMALISASI DETEKSI DINI SATINTELKAM GUNA MENCEGAH TERJADINYA KONFLIK ANTAR ORMAS PERSAUDARAAN SETIA HATI TERATE (PSHT) DI POLRES KARANGANYAR Andika Mahardika Ramadhan, 18.079. Mahardika981@gmail.com Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari fenomena di lapangan bahwa Konflik Antar Ormas Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Di Wilayah Hukum Polres Karanganyar yang terjadi dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun terakhir ini cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Dalam konflik antar Ormas PSHT tersebut mengakibatkan kerugian harta benda dan jiwa manusia, pada sisi yang lain terdapat anak sebagai korban. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya untuk menciptakan situasi Kamtibmas yang kondusif diperlukan pencegahan konflik antar Ormas PSHT melalui upaya optimalisasi deteksi dini yang dilakukan oleh Satintelkam Polres Karanganyar. Sebagai pisau analisis, penelitian ini penulis menggunakan kepustakaan konseptual berupa Teori dan atau konsep antara lain: Ilmu kepolisian, menajemen, penanganan konflik sosial, konsep Polmas, konsep ADR. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Sumber informasi didapat dari sumber data primer dan sumber sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik yaitu reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa kegiatan deteksi dini dalam pencegahan konflik antar Ormas PSHT memerlukan dukungan unsur-unsur manajemen agar informasi dapat diolah dengan pemanfaatan informasi sesuai kebutuhan pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan pencegahan konflik sosial. Penanggulangan konflik sosial antar ormas PSHT dilaksanakan oleh segenap fungsi jajaran Polres Karangang secara terpadu. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembahasan, sehingga penulis dapat menyimpulkan Penanggulangan konflik sosial oleh Polres Karanganyar dilaksanakan melalui sinergitas instansi terkait melalui kegiatan pendekatan preemtif, preventif dan represif. Optimalisasi deteksi dini Satintelkam guna mencegah terjadinya konflik antar Ormas PSHT dapat efektif melalui optimalisasi unsur-unsur manajemen serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mengendalikan informasi hoax. Untuk itu penulis menyampaikan saran pertama adalah mengusulkan kepada pimpinan membuat pedoman untuk tim cyber troops. Kedua perlunya meningkatkan koordinasi antar instansi yang terkait dengan menjaga hubungan dengan instansi yang terkait antara lain pihak Polri, Pemda, tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat, dan unsur terkait lainnya dalam penyelesaian konflik dimasa lalu. Mahardika981@gmail.com This research is motivated by the phenomenon in the field that the Conflict Between Persaudaraan setia hati Terate (PSHT) in the Karanganyar Police Jurisdiction that occurred in the last three years tends to increase. In the conflict between PSHT Organizations, it causes losses of property and casualties, on the side that there are children as victims. Therefore, in an effort to create a conducive security and order situation, it is necessary to prevent conflicts between PSHT Organizations through efforts to optimize early detection carried out by Karangayar police intelligence unit. As an analysis knife, this study the author uses conceptual literature in the form of Theory and or concepts, among others: Police science, management, handling social conflicts, community policing concepts, ADR concepts. The research approach used is qualitative with case study research methods. Information sources are obtained from primary and secondary data sources. The data collection technique is to conduct interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis is carried out by techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the findings of research and analysis conducted, it was obtained that early detection activities in the prevention of conflicts between PSHT Organizations require the support of management elements so that information can be processed by utilizing information according to the needs of leaders in making decisions to prevent social conflicts. The management of social conflicts between PSHT organizations is carried out by all functions of the Karangang Police Department in an integrated manner. Furthermore, discussions were carried out, so that the author could conclude that the management of social conflicts by the Karanganyar Police was carried out through the synergy of related agencies through preemtif, preventif and repressive attachment activities. Optimization of intelligence unit early detection to prevents conflicts between PSHT Organizations can be effective through optimizing management elements and the use of information technology in controlling hoax information. For this reason, the author conveyed the first suggestion is to propose to the leadership to create guidelines for the cyber troops team. The two leaders need to increase coordination between agencies related to maintaining relations with related agencies, including the National Police, local government, religious leaders and community leaders, and other related elements in resolving conflicts in the past. Abstract

Increased driving licences issuance services at the Kudus Police Station are dominated by renewal driving licences services. However, the increased number of applicants for driving licence extended services affects service quality. The phenomenon resulted in the Traffic Police Unit unable to provide the driver's demands to get excellent service. Kudus Police station tried to accommodate the driver's demands using SIM Booking service. This study aims to describe the implementation of driving licence renewal service using SIM Booking services and find out the efforts of Police Traffic Units to improve driving licence renewal services through SIM Booking services to establish Excellent Service. In analyzing the problem, the author uses the concept of public service by examining the essential components of public service, the concept of excellent service, theory of management elements, and theory of service quality. This study uses a qualitative approach, using analytical descriptive research methods and field research data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and document studies.The study results indicate that implementing driving licences renewal services using SIM Booking has not fulfil the standard service components. The study also found the officer's competence was not yet qualified, and the timing of service delivery was not suitable. Efforts have been made to improve services by providing fast and convenient service, providing comfortable service rooms, showing empathy, and implementing service motto. Factors that influence internally are incompetent personnel, methods that have not been able adapting to conditions, and the local community's characteristics. The author concludes that the implementation has not been maximized because it has not fully met the service standard components, and Kudus Traffic Police have attempted to improve services based on service quality dimensions. the author suggests Kudus Police Station coordinate with the HR department to be allowed to participate in higher education and certification opportunities, adjust to local community situations and conditions, implement cashless payment using QRIS and start utilizing SIM Nasional presisi issued by korlantas.

ABSTRAK UPAYA UNIT PATROLI SATUAN SAMAPTA DALAM MENCEGAH TINDAK PIDANA PENCURIAN KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI POLRES PEKALONGAN KOTA MOCHAMAD RYAN KURNIAWAN, NO.AK. 18.136 ryankurniawan.mrk.99@gmail.com Pencurian kendaraan bermotor terus meningkat sepanjang tahun 2019-2021 di wilayah hukum Polres Pekalongan Kota. Unit Patroli Satuan Samapta Polres Pekalongan Kota telah melaksanakan patroli dan beberapa upaya pencegahan terhadap pencurian kendaraan bermotor yang kerap terjadi, namun masih harus dilakukan evaluasi sehingga sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dalam Perkabaharkam No. 1 tahun 2017 tentang patroli dan selaras dengan Enam belas Program Prioritas Kapolri menjadi suatu yang berkesinambungan untuk mendukung peran Polri dalam mewujudkan keamanan dalam negeri. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan dan bentuk upaya Unit Patroli Satuan Samapta dalam mencegah tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Polres Pekalongan Kota Pendekatan dan jenis pendekatan penelitian pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian pendekatan analisis fenomenologi interpretatif. Teori dan konsep yang digunakan, antara lain teori manajemen, teori pencegahan kejahatan, konsep patroli, konsep pemeliharaan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, dan konsep pencurian kendaraan bermotor. Tugas akhir ini menjelaskan beberapa faktor penghambat pelaksanaan patroli oleh Unit Patroli Satuan Samapta Polres Pekalongan Kota yang terdapat dalam setiap unsur, yaitu men, money, methods, materials, machines, dan markets. Dalam tugas akhir ini juga dijelaskan mengenai bentuk upaya pencegahan kejahatan oleh Unit Patroli Satuan Samapta Polres Pekalongan Kota dengan pencegahan primer, pencegahan sekunder, dan pencegahan tersier. Selain itu, terdapat langkah pemecahan masalah terhadap permasalahan yang ada yaitu dengan mengevaluasi proses manajemen yang telah diterapkan, menggunakan teknologi untuk membantu kegiatan patroli, dan meningkatkan kemampuan Petugas Patroli. Selanjutnya, saran yang diberikan dalam tugas akhir ini, yaitu Petugas Patroli lebih memperhatikan pedoman pelaksanaan patroli sesuai dengan Perkabaharkam No. 1 tahun 2017 dan melakukan inovasi dan evaluasi dari setiap pelaksanaan patroli. ABSTRAK UPAYA SATUAN INTELKAM DALAM PENERBITAN SKCK GUNA MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT DI WILAYAH HUKUM POLRES KUDUS Reza Fathonah, Brigtar, No Ak 18.233 Rezafathonah01@gmail.com Di era teknologi digital 4.0 ini,polri dituntut untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik,khususnya pada pelayanan SKCK, namun pelayanan SKCK belum terlaksana secara maksimal karena adanya beberapa faktor eksternal maupun intenal yang menjadi penghambat ,dengan pelayanan SKCK ini polri dapat melayani masyarakat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut polri dituntut untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dan meminimalisir keluhan serta komplain yang masuk akibat pelayanan pembuatan SKCK yang kurang memadai oleh institusi polri khususnya Satuan Intelkam. hal tersebut dituangkan dalam poin-poin permasalahan yang dijadikan sebagai bahan penelitian sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat secara teoritis dan praktis kepada peneliti maupun pembaca. Dalam menganalisis permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta kepustakaan konseptual yang menyajikan teori-teori Management George Terry 4M dan Teori Manajemen Strategis, Serta Data yang didapatkan adalah hasil dari wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Tinjauan kepustakaan tersebut menjadi bagian dari kerangka berfikir yang mendeskripsikan Upaya Pelayanan penerbitan SKCK Oleh Satuan Intelkam Polres Kudus. Hasil penelitian dan simpulan yang diperoleh adalah pelayanan SKCK di Polres Kudus berusaha melayani masyarakat dengan maksimal dalam pelayanan pembuatan SKCK, tetapi masih banyak faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan SKCK tersebut, dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Satintelkam Polres Kudus terus berupaya meningkatkan berbagai aspek yang berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan kepada masyarakat publik, seperti: pelatihan anggota Satintelkam di unit pelayanan SKCK, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pelayanan SKCK di Polres Kudus untuk menunjang pelaksanaan, melaksanakan sosialisasi empat program inovasi SKCK agar masyarakat dapat mengerti dan memanfaatkan teknologi pelayanan SKCK. Based on this, the National Police are required to increase public satisfaction and minimize complaints and complaints that come in due to inadequate SKCK making services by the Indonesian National Police, especially the Intelkam Unit. This is stated in the problem points that are used as research material so that they can provide theoretical and practical benefits to researchers and readers. In analyzing these problems, the researcher uses a qualitative approach and conceptual literature that presents George Terry 4M's Management theories and Strategic Management Theories, and the data obtained are the results of interviews, observations, and document reviews. The literature review is part of the framework of thinking that describes the Service Efforts to issue SKCK by the Kudus Police Intelligence Unit. The results of the research and the conclusions obtained are that the SKCK service at the Kudus Polres tries to serve the community to the maximum in the service of making SKCK, but there are still many internal and external factors that hinder the implementation of the SKCK service. aspects that affect services to the public, such as: training for Satintelkam members in the SKCK service unit, improving SKCK service facilities and infrastructure at the Kudus Police to support implementation, carrying out socialization of the four SKCK innovation programs so that the public can understand and utilize SKCK service technology. It is hoped that the SKCK issuance service can run optimally and be able to increase public trust, especially in the field of SKCK services at the Kudus Police. ABSTRAK OPTIMALISASI KINERJA BHABINKAMTIBMAS MELALUI PEMBINAAN DAN PENYULUHAN UNTUK PENCEGAHAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOBA DI WILAYAH HUKUM POLSEK SEMARANG BARAT Atissa Dwi Putri, 17.044, atissadwiputri@gmail.com Penulisan tugas akhir ini dilatar belakangi dengan maraknya penyalahgunaan narkoba di wilayah Kota Semarang menjadikan Bhabinkamtibmas menjalankan kinerjanya tidak hanya meliputi tugas pokoknya tetapi harus mampu melaksanakan tugasnya untuk pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan binluh dan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Semarang Barat untuk pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Konsep yang digunakan yaitu konsep optimalisasi, konsep Bhabinkamtibmas, konsep penyalahgunaan narkoba dan konsep binluh dengan teori manajemen dan teori kompetensi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, Bhabinkamtibmas untuk pencegahan penyalahgunaan di Polsek Semarang Barat sebagai motivator dan pembina. Sebagai pembina yaitu membangun kemitraan pada masyarakat dengan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama dan pemuda dalam perencanaan setiap kegiatan. Sedangkan sebagai motivator, Bhabinkamtibmas harus bisa menumbuhkan kepedulian dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap hukum dan kamtibmas, mengarahkan dan menggerakkan serta meningkatkan partisipasi mayarakat. Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini menjadi kendala yang dihadapi oleh Bhabinkamtibmas. Kegiatan pembinaan dan penyuluhan oleh Bhabinkamtibmas selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini terfokus pada vaksinasi dan protokol kesehatan. Berdasarkan pembahasan dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka penulis memberikan saran untuk penyuluhan terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba kepada masyarakat didukung dengan alat-alat peraga dan materi yang mudah dipahami dan diterapkan oleh masyarakat. ABSTRACT OPTIMIZATION OF PERFORMANCE OF BHABINKAMTIBMAS THROUGH COUNSELING AND EXPLANATION FOR THE PREVENTION OF DRUGS ABUSE IN THE JURISDICTION OF THE POLICE OF WEST SEMARANG Atissa Dwi Putri, 17.044, atissadwiputri@gmail.com The background of writing this final project is the rampant drug abuse in the Semarang City area, making Bhabinkamtibmas carry out its performance not only covering its main duties but must be able to carry out its duties to prevent drug abuse. The problem of this final project is how to optimize the performance of Bhabinkamtibmas through binluh for the prevention of drug abuse in the jurisdiction of the West Semarang Police with the aim of describing the implementation of Binluh and the competencies possessed by Bhabinkamtibmas of West Semarang Police. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using technical triangulation and time triangulation. The concepts used are the optimization concept, the Bhabinkamtibmas concept, the drug abuse concept and the binluh concept with management theory and competency theory. The results of this study are, Bhabinkamtibmas for the prevention of abuse at the West Semarang Police as a motivator and coach. As a coach, that is to build partnerships in the community by involving community leaders, religious leaders and youth in planning each activity. Meanwhile, as a motivator, Bhabinkamtibmas must be able to raise public awareness and concern for law and security and order, direct and mobilize and increase community participation. The current Covid-19 pandemic is an obstacle faced by Bhabinkamtibmas. The coaching and counseling activities by Bhabinkamtibmas during the Covid-19 pandemic focused on vaccinations and health protocols. Based on the discussion of the results of the study, the authors provide suggestions for counseling on drug abuse to the community supported by teaching aids and materials that are easily understood and applied by the community. Abstract

The National Police as one of the state apparatuses has the task of maintaining security and order. For this reason, the Police have made various efforts, one of which is through the patrol activities of the Samapta Unit. The same was done by the Magelang Police Samapta Unit. However, with the patrols, the Magelang Police Samapta Unit is still unable to prevent the occurrence of violent theft in its jurisdiction. It is proven by the data obtained that violent theft has always been a concern in the community every year and has never decreased since 2019. Therefore, this study focuses on the implementation of the Turjawali Samapta Unit patrols of the Magelang Police in preventing the crime of violent theft. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research with the research location at the Magelang Police jurisdiction. This study also uses an analytical knife of organizational management theory and organizational resources and uses concepts related to the formulated problem focus. The results of this study indicate that the patrols carried out by the Turjawali Samapta Unit of the Magelang Police, are still not optimal. This non-optimal implementation of patrols is caused by the implementation of management that is still not in accordance with the provisions and the less than optimal efforts that have been implemented. This has caused crime of violent theft in the jurisdiction of the Magelang Police in the last 3 years to never decreased. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the patrol of the Turjawali Samapta Unit of the Magelang Police is still not optimal due to management factors and organizational resources that have not been used effectively and efficiently. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the patrol of the Turjawali Samapta Unit, of the Magelang Police in preventing the crime of violent theft.

Abstract

Intelligence investigation is one of the principal duties of members of the intelligence force in the law enforcement efforts of society. This research carried out because of the proliferation and increase in gambling and also gambling practices that have also improved, from manual gambling to online gambling in the affected district. This is due to the not yet optimal Intelligence Investigation of the Crime of Online Gambling to Eliminate Gambling Practices at the Pemalang Police. This research described the competence of members, the integrity of members, and the implementation of intelligence investigations by members of the intelligence units against the online criminal gambling in the affected areas. This research approach carried out by the writer involves a qualitative approach. The aim of this research is to get an idea of the real picture of the data source that researchers have obtained that is, the primary data source derived from interviews and secondary data sources is derived from document analysis. Some findings in this research, which is the lack of members' competence of information technology and the regulated legislation on gambling, members who tend to be lazy and undisciplined in addressing criminal gambling and members who lack the experience of carrying out intelligence investigations. The authors suggest a more sophisticated and advanced enhancement of tools and infrastructure, an increase in and implanting of integrity on personnel, and the courage of personnel to take police force into action. So it is hoped that the implementation of the intelligence investigation can run optimal.

Dalam hal ini, perlu adanya pengoptimalan kegiatan pada Pendidikan Masyarakat Lalu Lintas, khususnya pada kegiatan safety riding yang sudah berjalan di Polres Demak. Tujuan dilakukan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara umum bagaimana gambaran kecelakaan lalu lintas di wilayah Kabupaten Demak, dan bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan dikmas lantas melalui program safety riding dalam mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas di wilayah hukum Polres Demak, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara, oberservasi dan studi dokumen. Sementara itu, teknik validitas dan realibilitas data hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi data dengan menggunakan analisis data berupa reduksi data,penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Konsep yang digunakan yaitu konsep lalu lintas dan konsep safety riding.Sedangkan teori yang digunakan yaitu meliputi teori manajemen dan teori komunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini definisi kecelakaan lalu lintas dari Undang-Undang no 22 tahun 2009, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa meningkatnya kecelakaan lalu lintas disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor baik internal yaitu perencanaan kegiatan, pengorganisasian para personel,pelaksanaan kegiatan,serta pengawasan para personel. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat masih rendah, jalan yang tidak memadai,kendaraan yang tidak sesuai ketentuan, serta cuaca yang tidak mendukung. Namun, program safety riding ini belum dilaksanakan secara merata kepada seluruh masyarakat yang terorganisir maupun non terorganisir.Menurut hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan oleh penulis, maka penulis memberikan problem solving kepada Unit Kamsel Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Demak perlu agar lebih memperhatikan pelaksanaan kegiatan dikmas lantas dengan melakukan optimalisasi dalam kegiatan dikmas lantas khususnya pada program safety riding agar dapat mencapai tujuan utama yaitu dalam memberikan pendidikan lalu lintas dan pemahaman mengenai keselamatan dalam berkendara di jalan raya guna mencegah kecelakaan lalu lintas di wilayah hukum Polres Demak.Kata kunci : Optimalisasi dikmas lantas, Safety Riding, kecelakaan lalu lintas.

ABSTRAK OPTIMALISASI BIMBINGAN PENYULUHAN OLEH BHABINKAMTIBMAS SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOBA DI WILAYAH HUKUM POLSEK PEDURUNGAN Ni Made Laksmi Sukmaningtyas, 18.250, amimade01@gmail.com Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya kasus Penyalahgunaan narkoba di Kota Semarang Khususnya di Kecamatan Pedurungan. Bimbingan dan penyuluhan merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba dilakukan oleh Kepolisian. Pada suatu Kelurahan, Bhayangkara Pembinaan Keamanan Dan Ketertiban Masyarakat atau yang biasa disebut dengan Bhabinkamtibmas merupakan ujung tombak dari pelaksanaan bimbingan penyuluhan di masyarakat. Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Pedurungan adalah anggota kepolisian yang turun langsung ke masyarakat Kecamatan Pedurungan untuk melaksanakan bimbingan penyuluhan khususnya tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan penyuluhan oleh Bhabinkamtibmas di wilayah hukum Polsek Pedurungan dan mengetahui bagaimana mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan bimbingan penyuluhan oleh Bhabinkamtibmas untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba di wilayah hukum Polsek Pedurungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif ananlisis, serta teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara (interview), dan telaah dokumen yang ada. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis antara lain: teori Manajemen POAC, 5M, dan teori Komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa hasil bimbingan penyuluhan pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba oleh Bhabinkamtibmas belum maksimal. Masih banyak faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan bimbingan penyuluhan tidak maksimal. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi, Bimbingan penyuluhan, Bhabinkamtibmas, Narkoba.

ABSTRACT EFFORTS TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF SATRESKRIM TEGAL POLICE IN HANDLING CURAT CRIMINAL ACTS TO INCREASE CRIME CLEARANCE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF PRECISION POLICE Marco Melandri, 18.053, marcomelandri10@gmail.com Performance is one of the references of a person's results in carrying out tasks in an organization. This reference can see whether the work done according to the criteria or not. The Reskrim Unit as a repressive function has handled crime cases, especially in the crime of theft by ballast. But the reality is that the settlement of theft cases with ballast has decreased. Therefore, this study wants to explore how efforts in improving the performance of satreksrim Tegal Police in handling curated criminal acts to increase crime clearance in the framework of Precision Police. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field study research with the research location at Tegal Police Station. This research also uses the analysis knife of organizational management theory and organizational resources and uses concepts related to the focus of the problem formulated. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that efforts to improve the performance of the Tegal Police Station in handling curated criminal acts to increase crime clearance in the framework of precision police, have not been maximally caused by internal factors, namely human resources, infrastructure, budget, and operational standards procedures and external factors that include the community and geographical location of Tegal Regency. For this reason, it is necessary to problem solving of improving the performance of satreskrim Tegal Police in handling curated criminal acts.
