Abstract

The application of E-Samsat in South Jakarta is considered as an alternative that has more advantages, even so there are still some taxpayers who do not fulfill their tax obligations, including in terms of paying motor vehicle tax. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of Electronic Samsat on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers at the South Jakarta samsat office. In this study using associative methods with a quantitative approach.. The results of this study explained that the application of E-Samsat had a significant and positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the South Jakarta samsat office. This can be seen in the results of the correlation coefficient test of 0.823 which can be interpreted to have a strong influence and the results of the determination coefficient test that the application of Electronic Samsat has an effect of 67.7% on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers at the South Jakarta samsat office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees of the Directorate of High Schools of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology after the organizational restructuring. In this study, there is a problem, namely after the restructuring, the performance of employees of the Directorate of High School has not been fully optimal in working. This research uses employee performance theory according to Robbins, namely Quality, Quantity, Punctuality, Effectiveness, Independence and Work Commitment. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research was sourced from data from scientific journals, official websites, and supporting documents that describe the performance of employees at the Directorate of High Schools after the restructuring. The results showed that employee performance after restructuring was not optimal because employees were still being adjusted to the changes that occurred and there were still obstacles felt by employees in completing their work. However, the quality of performance provided for educational units (SMA) such as technical guidance and assistance services is good. The responsibility that employees have in completing their duties is good. However, there is still a low level of employee discipline in working hours.

Abstract

Pacitan district is one of the five districts included in the highest disaster risk region in East Java. One of the area with a big threat of destructive flood disaster is Sirnoboyo Village, which is located between Grindulu and Jelok River. An attempt to improve community preparedness in the midst of flood hazard are carried out through Village Disaster Resilience Program. Village disaster resilience program is a form of flood risk management (FRM) as a community-based disaster risk reduction by building up self-sufficiency and adaptation. FRM is a theoritical analytic-based that is used in conjuction with Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The qualitative-descriptive approach was chosen to describe chronologically the evaluation of village disaster resilience program, which encounters several obstacles such as lack of active community and youth participation and under-capacity of the volunteer team. This study offers a reconstruction of village disaster resilience program execution in accordance with the FRM framework to effectively maximize community readyness over the threat of flood hazard that stakeout throughout a year.

Abstract

The result which helps the people of Tangerang city to be more concerned with voter data so that no duplicate or unregistered voter lists are found during the general descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques: indicator or relative advantage that the innovation of the information stem of the Tangerang General Election Commission data has advantages and is useful for accelerating and facilitating the community and related institutions in sustainable voter data, then from the compatibility indicator, it helps the community by not Opening the sheet again, directly accessing the SITANGKOT application to check voter data, from the complexity indicator the SITANGKOT application reduces people who come directly to the KPU office if there is a problem because in the application there is a data request feature in the triability indicator and the steps in the application are already in the guide feature in the SITANGKOT application using language that is easy for the public to understand, indicators of observability in accessing the SITANGKOT application, the need for good internet network access so that it can be maximized and also if there is a change in the KPU processing 3x24 hours and there is a system cleaning at 12 o'clock at night.

Abstract

The management and service of public information at the Bengkulu City KPU is based on the KPU regulations which serve as guidelines for the Bengkulu City KPU in carrying out a program of activities. Through the writing of this thesis, the problem raised is how to implement public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU and what factors are the obstacles and supporters in the implementation of public information management and services at the Bengkulu City KPU. The purpose of this study is to find out and understand how the implementation of public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU and to find out what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU. This study uses a qualitative method which ultimately produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. Data collection techniques used in this thesis are observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses the theory of policy implementation from Charles O Jones. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU is quite good, because the services provided have met the requirements written in PKPU No. 1 of 2015 concerning the management and service of public information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the Government's Role in the Implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccine in Kadolo Village, Kokalukuna District, Baubau City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Study. Data analysis techniques in research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in the study are the function of the government as a motivator and encouragement to the local community, where the implementation of government vaccinations must be able to encourage the community so that people want to carry out vaccines; The government as a stabilizer, in implementing government vaccinations, must be able to ward off bad issues about vaccines, for that the government conveys positive news and information regarding the benefits of this COVID-19 vaccine to the public. So it is hoped that the community will not be anxious and have the desire to receive the vaccine voluntarily without any coercion. The government as a dynamist is that in implementing the Covid-19 vaccine, it must move multi-stakeholder participation when stagnation occurs in the development process and there are many doubts from the public about the vaccine.

Abstract

This study uses a method called a quantitative survey. It uses a Likert scale questionnaire to collect quantitative data that has been tested for validity and reliability. The people in this study are taxpayers who signed up at the Pratama Tax Service Office in Padang as E-Billing Taxpayers. Satu as many as 29,372 Taxpayers, this study used the Slovin formula to get 100 respondents (with a 10% error rate) and then used multiple linear regression to look at the data. In this study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant effect between the independent variable (E-Billing) and the dependent variable (taxpayer compliance in the city of Padang), which has been tested with a significance of 0.000, less than 0.05, and the effect of the application of E-SPT on the dependent variable (taxpayer compliance in the city of Padang).

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is a problem that is difficult to control by the local government of Tanjung Pinang City. Environmental cleanliness is an inseparable thing from human life and is a fundamental element in health science and prevention. In this case, the local government of Tanjungpinang City plays an important role in making policies related to the waste problem. When the terms policy and public are combined into one, that is, public policy, it has a broader meaning than when it is interpreted singly. The method in this paper uses a qualitative method, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is a key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation, data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study emphasize the meaning of generalizations. Policy evaluation is generally carried out after the public policy is implemented, in order to see between the level of achievement and failure

Abstract

This The development of this information technology is utilized by the Immigration Class 1 TPI Tanjungpinang to improve services by making it easier for people to register for passport applications with the support of the Online Passport Queue Registration Application (APAPO) which has been used since January 2019. The application of this Online Passport Service is a form of service improvement carried out by the Tanjungpinang City Immigration Office to handle public complaints regarding the queue for passport processing. Online passport services can be downloaded via smartphones in the Playstore and Appstore. At the Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Tanjungpinang there is information on a stop extortion poster, but the reality is that extortion is still being carried out by civil servants at the passport application service. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. This method is used in the process of data acquisition and data analysis process. The qualitative method used tends to be descriptive in terms of obtaining and analyzing money data. Implementation is a plan that has been conceptualized in carrying out a clear goal. Implementation itself certainly has a goal, the purpose of an implementation is to realize a plan that has been structured that can be implemented properly. The online passport queue application is a new output issued by the government in carrying out digital-based innovations that can be carried out by the community and make it easier for the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the blue economy concept and the role of stakeholders in it in the maritime area of Semarang City. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through library research in the form of research documents, journal publications, and government website data. The results of the study concluded that the strategy for implementing the blue economy in the city of Semarang is by utilizing technology to maximize aquaculture and trade in the coastal areas of Semarang city. Furthermore, the role of inter-stakeholders needs to be maintained in synergy to achieve maximum results later.
