Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of library services in the era of the covid-19 pandemic and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of library services in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the Library and Archives Service of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is an interactive analysis model. The results of research conducted at the Office of the Library and Archives of West Nusa Tenggara Province can be seen that in general the Office of the Library and Archives of West Nusa Tenggara Province has implemented a library service strategy. The library service strategy in the Covid-19 pandemic era at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Library and Archives Service is based on the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Regulation Number 10 of 2019 concerning Regional Innovation which includes: the NTBelib application, iDepositNTB and Mobile Literacy Cafe Car (Feeling). Based on the results of the study, it can also be seen that the strategy carried out by the Office of the Library and Archives of West Nusa Tenggara Province has not provided optimal library services to the user community because it is influenced by inhibiting factors.

Abstract

Efforts have been made to improve the quality of schools through the class 2 teaching campus program organised by the Ministry of Education and Research and Technology through the Independent Learning Campus policy. The Teaching Campus program has a main mission in the form of increasing the understanding of literacy and numeracy for students in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the mission carried out by students who are deployed directly to schools in their assignments, it is hoped that it can increase reading interest and interest in learning for Asy-Sarkowi Islamic Elementary School students. In addition to literacy and numeracy, students also participate in assisting schools in adapting technology by providing learning through the AKSI application for elementary schools and assisting school administration management as an effort to improve the quality and quality of the school so that it can make a progressive school for the future. However, before students are sent directly to assignments, students are given briefing in the form of providing material that will later be useful and can help students when they go directly to the assignment location.

Abstract

The balance sheet as one of the local government financial statements consisting of assets that describe the condition of economic wealth owned by the local government, but in the balance sheet of the local government of Tasikmalaya Regency there is a decrease in assets, namely current assets and other assets. The purpose of this study is to analyze assets on the balance sheet of the local government of Tasikmalaya Regency so that it can be seen how the financial condition of the Tasikmalaya Regency Government is, how is the ability of the Tasikmalaya Regency Government to fulfill its obligations, and the indicators behind the decline in assets by using financial ratios. which consists of the liquidity ratio and solvency ratio. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. While the validity of the data is tested by using data triangulation. The results showed that the financial condition of the Tasikmalaya Regency Government was in prime condition and the Tasikamalaya Regency Regional Government was very good at fulfilling its obligations as seen from the results of the analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios. The decline in asset value in 2020 at the Tasikamalaya Regency Government was influenced by a decrease in current assets due to a decrease in cash and a decrease in other assets due to asset write-offs.

Abstract

An important issue in today's development is sustainable agriculture. Along with the increasing rate of conversion of agricultural land to non-agriculture, the government made regulations to control land conversion by issuing Law No. RI. 41 of 2009 concerning the Protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B). Just as Indonesia has experienced agricultural land conversion, in West Sumatra, especially in the City of Bukittinggi, agricultural land conversion has also occurred. In this case, the Local Government of Bukittinggi City, especially the Department of Agriculture and Food, is mandated to make a special policy on LP2B. However, this regulation has not yet been issued. This study aims to determine the role of the Department of Agriculture in the Protection of LP2B in Bukittinggi City. The method used in this study is descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation.

Abstract

This study discusses the evaluation of political communication between the political elite and the community in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City. In this study, the approach used is a qualitative approach, with 6 informants. This research was conducted in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis with steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of political communication between political elites and the community in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City so far has gone well, this can be seen from the political communication process of the political elite, in simple terms, the communication process consists of several elements, namely: Communicate as a giver of information; Information, data, facts, or opinions as the message conveyed; and Communicators as recipients of information. In addition, communication will require media or means in the process of delivering information from the communicant to the communicator. After the delivery of information occurs, then there will be reciprocity of the communication process. Likewise, in political communication, in the process there is an exchange of political information from the communicant to the communicator.

Abstract

The government of Gampong Suak Puntong is led by a keuchik or so-called Gampong leader and assisted by other Gampong government officials. Keuchik Gampong Suak Puntong as the head of government has the main role and responsibility to realize this development. It is hoped that the keuchik will be able to become the main driver to improve village development and community welfare. The formulation of the problem in this study is the first problem of unresponsive communication or lack of concern from the community to be involved in the village development process. Second, the problem of a static government system as a result of the long power transfer process as a result of the resignation of the keuchik in 2016. Third, the unstable socio-economic problems of the community due to the covid-19 pandemic, so that many Gampong funds have been diverted to solve problems. In this study the researchers used qualitative methods, with approaches to observations, interviews, documentation, and used secondary data sources such as literature, journals, and other media in explaining activities or facts in the research area that can assist in collecting data in the research area this research.

Abstract

The economic aspect, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is greatly affected due to this pandemic. The current rules are not fully known to the public, so they do not understand what the opportunities and challenges are in this new standard era because they are still not 100% free from corona, that's why we made this research. The subjects of this research are Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kebonsari Village, Surabaya, the length of the study was carried out from March to early June 2022. The research conducted was survey research and data analysis. directly and the use of questionnaires. The government's latest policy has caused changes in people's behavior which is usually called the new standard era, almost all community activities are carried out online. MSME actors must pay attention to product quality, by paying attention to and improving product quality, the level of consumer satisfaction will increase. Therefore, MSME actors must be able to pay attention to the opportunities and challenges that exist

Abstract

The national economy has experienced economic growth this year. One of the driving factors for economic growth is the progress of MSMEs. The progress of MSMEs cannot be separated from the role of the government as an institution that oversees, guides, and encourages the smooth running of MSME activities in improving the national economy. This study aims to analyze the role of the village government in promoting the growth of MSMEs in Kebonsari Village. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of approach. The data analysis technique using Gede Diva's theory of the government's role includes three indicators, namely: facilitator, regulator, and catalyst. Kebonsari Village has been quite active as a facilitator, catalyst, and regulator in supporting the development of SMEs in Kebonsari Village. The role of the village as a facilitator can be seen through its support for infrastructure and collaboration with outside parties. Kebonsari Village responds quickly to the complaints of Kebonsari SMEs. As a regulator, Kebonsari Village has implemented regulations or policies related to the empowerment of existing MSMEs to ensure legal certainty in the implementation of empowerment and improve the ability of microbusinesses to face business competition

Abstract

The Nusantara Student Exchange Program-Credit Transfer System with Information Technology (PERMATA-SAKTI) is one of the Directorate General of Higher Education (Dikti) grant programs to support Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy in universities. There are several obstacles in this virtual exchange of students, including cooperation between universities, information dissemination, and information and technology systems. Based on these, a university must provide the management of the PERMATA-SAKTI program following the principles of Good University Governance (GUG). This study aims to describe and analyze of the PERMATA-SAKTI program from the GUG perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results of the research findings are that private university has implemented the GUG aspects. However, it is necessary to improve quality assurance, human resources, organization/management, technology, and information and developing cooperation. The results of this study are expected to be input in the next PERMATA-SAKTI program management.

Abstract

To support the “Tangerang Berbenah” and Government programs through: this program is to accelerate poverty reduction by fulfilling basic rights, reducing the burden of life, and improving the quality of life of underprivileged people by helping people have livable houses. The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the Healthy Simple House Construction Program (PRSS) in Parung Serab Village in Ciledug District, Tangerang City by using indicators of the theoretical policy implementation model from George C. Edward III. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection are carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research in the Communication indicators have been good and effective between the Housing, Settlement land Office, BKM /Urban Village and the community, resource indicators are still inadequate due to insufficient budget resources. The Disposition Indicators have gone well as well as the good attitude shown by the implementers. The bureaucratic structure in the division of responsibilities carried out starting from the Urban Village, BKM Parung Serab Village and Housing, Settlement land Office of The Tangerang City is well carried out, based on clear and systematic SOP.
