Abstract

Information search behavior is an attitude or action in seeking or finding the information needed. Information search behavior is important to do to get the required information that can help in solving problems. Kriklas (2006: 16), argues that information seeking behavior is an activity in determining and identifying messages to satisfy perceived information needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method to describe the nature of the problems being monitored. Sulistyo-Basuki (2006: 78) describes qualitative research intending to get a complete reflection of things for the thoughts of people being watched. This research results that in the search for information, it is included in the novice category. Because according to Hsieh Yee, a novice information seeker is a non-professional searcher who has no experience in searching or has never attended college or practiced online searching. Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion with teachings in it that create happiness and prosperity for its adherents but unfortunately there are still many people who have not embraced Islam, and moreover it is very unfortunate that people who have embraced Islam still do not want to practice Islamic teachings let alone to preach, spread them, Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out da'wah activities that are able to build an Islamic society, so that later it is expected to be able to create a prosperous and happy community life. Da'wah that can be carried out includes words of invitation, examples of deeds and with writings like those in this journal writing, in which there is an explanation of how to build a real Islamic society, and in order to truly realize an Islamic society, practice is needed so it's not just a theory of service, and of course the need for unity from the Muslims themselves, because Muslims will be strong by uniting and helping each other, an Islamic society will be built. Abstract

To carry out da'wah activities we can use many ways. For example, by using something that can only be heard, it's easy because it can be heard anywhere and carried anywhere via radio. In this day and age radio does not only function as a means of conveying news but radio now also functions as a means of entertainment and even as a means of communication, education and also now radio can be used as a means of preaching. As we know from the past until it has developed like now, radio is a medium that can only be heard, besides being easy, radio is also cheap for the community. Even though the development of the current television era has emerged, the role of radio in society is irreplaceable. Not a few parents and even teenagers who still use radio for daily entertainment. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out about how an effective communication process can be carried out in organizations. Because in reality there is communication that will appear in every organizational process. The research method used in this article is qualitative which uses the method of literature study. To create effective communication, a communicator must be able to identify targets who are recipients of messages, determine communication goals, design messages, choose media, choose message sources, and collect messages. feedback. To build effective communication five important foundations are needed, namely the effort to truly understand other people, the ability to fulfill commitments, the ability to explain expectations, the willingness to sincerely apologize if you make a mistake, and the ability to show integrity. Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman semakin banyak pelaku bisnis yang sedang berlomba – lomba mendirikan bisnis. Semakin banyaknya pebisnis, persaingan bisnis akan semakin ketat. Perusahan akan bersaing dalam pemasaran produk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen agar dapat dikenal, diakui serta dijangkau oleh konsumen. Persaingan bisnis khususnya dalam dunia kuliner mengalami banyak kemajuan. Salah satunya dengan komunikasi Word of Mouth, yang mendorong konsumen untuk membicarakan produk atau jasa yang dikembangkan oleh sebuah perusahaan. Salah satu yang memanfaatkan komunikasi Word of Mouth dalam keputusan pembelian adalah Eustacio Coffee. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menguji seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Eustacio Coffee di Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan variabel X merupakan 3 dimensi dari komunikasi word of mouth dan variabel Y adalah keputusan pembelian. Hasil yang didapat adalah variabel-variabel komunikasi word of mouth mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk SIG as the largest cement producing company in Indonesia which is shaded by BUMN. This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in maintaining the company's image. In maintaining the company's image, public relations communicates CSR programs that have been implemented through internal and external media. This study uses the concept of public relations, public relations strategy, image, CSR and communication as the approach used in knowing the GIS public relations strategy in maintaining the company's image. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that in analyzing the strategy in maintaining the company's image through CSR programs, which go through four stages of the public relations process, namely: finding the facts and defining the problem, planning and programming, action and communication, and evaluation. In this strategy stage, packaging communication through media is attractive and easy for the public to access so that it can maintain a positive image in the eyes of the public and stakeholders. Abstract

This research was structured to find out about Coordinating the Formats of Da'wah Events, the results of this research are organizing, controlling, supervising the effective and efficient arrangement of da'wah programs, so that in carrying out a da'wah program it can be well controlled and acceptable to mad'u. As we know, at this point, many people are not interested in a da'wah program due to the lack of ways to coordinate various formats of da'wah events so that mad'u are not interested in the da'wah program. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how communication is in an Islamic perspective. The use of research methods seen from the type of research that is using the method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this study are that the communication in question is Islamic communication, namely communication with al-karimah or ethical morals. Communication with good morals means communication that originates from the Al-Quran and hadith (sunnah of the Prophet). As for the objectives of Islamic communication, one of them is giving good news and threats, inviting those who are good and preventing evil, giving warnings to those who are negligent, advising and admonishing. Principles are guidelines that make humans interpret an event, in Islamic communication covering all Islamic teachings, including aqidah (iman), sharia (Islam), and morals (ihsan). Regarding the method (kaifiyah), various guidelines are found in the Koran and Al-Hadith so that communication can run well and be effective. In various literatures on Islamic communication we can find at least six types of speech styles or talks qaulan sadidan, qaulan balighan, qaulan masurran, qaulan layinan and qaulan ma'rufan. Abstract

This research was structured to explain how the mechanism for the production of direct and indirect broadcasts on radio and television. The results of this study The process of broadcasting mechanisms occurs from the moment the idea is created until the idea is disseminated. The steps include the initiator of the idea which in this case is the communicator, then the idea is converted into a form of message that can be sent both verbally and nonverbally through channels and or means of communication that enable the message to reach a wide audience (communicant). live broadcast mechanism can be done in the studio or outside the studio. Broadcasts in the studio, for example, broadcasts of talk shows/programs, dialogues and so on. Indirect broadcasts occur between shooting/coverage and broadcasting, there is a grace period, so there is an opportunity to prepare the program better through the editing process.
