Abstract

This research to analyze about how much the influence of the working influence, motivation work and training to the employee performance at the Bintuni District Office of the Teluk Bintuni Regency. This research using the quantitative approach with the explanatory survey method used the quetioner. Variable of this research are the working environment variable (X1), motivation work variable (X2), training variable (X3) to employee performance (Y). The amount of population are the whole of employee, that’s are Civil Servant and Honorer amounted 31 employees working at the Bintuni District Office so that become the respondent in this research. The data collection technique with the quetioner using of Likert scala to examining validity and reliability.  The resulst of this research showed that the working environment made strong influence to the employee performance showing to the correlation of coeficien is 0,662 and determination of coefisien is 0,438. The motivation work have strong influence to the employee performance with the correlation value is 0,667 and the determination of coeficien is 0,458. The training have a low influence with the correlation of coeficien is 0,606 and the determination of coeficien is 0,36. The working environment, motivation work and training with together have a strong influence to the employee performance with the determination is 0,667. Analysis of this research find out that the working environment and motivation work have a strong influence than the training have a low influence to employee performance at the Bintuni District Office of the Teluk Bintuni Regency.Key words:  working           environment,        motivation            work, training, employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui: 1) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Resindo, Jakarta Selatan, 2) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Resindo, Jakarta Selatan, 3) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Resindo, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang yang seluruhnya adalah karyawan PT Resindo, Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Resindo, Jakarta Selatan. 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT Resindo, Jakarta Selatan. 3) Lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan slimutan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Resindo, Jakarta Selatan.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This paper tries to explain the incompatibility of multiparty systems with presidential systems. The effectiveness of government policies with multiparty systems certainly complicates the assessment of political parties in the policy-making process. Overcoming the need for political support, the implementation of the 2019 Concurrent Election was approved as a solution, in which the simultaneous timing of presidential and legislative elections supported a positive relationship with the amount of presidential political support in the legislature. But in fact, the changes in the electoral system arrangement resulted in significant coattail effect, as well as the subsequent management of the government was still built based on a pragmatic functioning coalition.Keywords: Presidential System, Multiparty System, Coalition, Presidential Election, and Concurrent Election

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja Jokowi dengan melakukan kerja Blusukan menemui rakyatnya, yang dianggap memperoleh respons positif dari publik, sehingga dijadikan sebagai strategi kampanye blusukan Jokowi dalam upaya pemenangan Pilkada DKI Jakarta tahun 2012 lalu dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor positif dan negatif dari strategi kampanye blusukan Jokowi tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa kedekatan Jokowi sebagai pemimpin dengan masyarakat melalui gaya blusukannya, inilah yang membuat namanya melesat dan hal itu menjadikan gaya blusukannya sebagai bagian dari kampanyenya untuk menjelaskan program kerja yang akan ditawarkan ketika terpilih di Pilkada DKI Jakarta 2012 lalu. Blusukan yang telah menjadi strategi kampanye Jokowi terbukti berhasil dengan terpilihnya Jokowi-Ahok di Pilkada DKI Jakarta 2012 lalu, meski pasangan Jokowi-Ahok ditengarai akan kalah dalam Pilkada, namun realitasnya pasangan ini memenangkan Pilkada DKI Jakarta berdasarkan gaya blusukannya dengan cara menawarkan program kerja melalui komunikasi langsung dengan masyarakat/pemilih.Kata Kunci: Pilkada, Blusukan, Kampanye

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi terfokus pada kegiatan Tri Dharma yaitu pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian dalam kinerja civitas akademikanya. Sebagai bagian dari pendidikan tinggi, Universitas Pamulang memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi tersebut. Saat ini, dosen Universitas Pamulang berjumlah 1.807 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen di Universitas Pamulang. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri motivasi, etos kerja, kompetensi, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dalam mempengaruhi kinerja dosen di Universitas Pamulang melalui pendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data melalui bantuan website www.yuksurvey.com. Metode kuesioner yang dilakukan menggunakan data ordinal yang ditransformasikan menjadi data interval dengan program MSI (Method of Successive Interval) dengan jumlah data responden sebanyak 377 dosen, menggunakan uji statistik asumsi klasik, analisa berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang diteliti dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen sangatlah berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan walaupun bila ditinjau dari hasil secara parsial ada tiga variabel yang tidak mempengaruhi kinerja dosen Universitas Pamulang yaitu motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja. Hal ini bisa sebagai rujukan kepada pimpinan Universitas Pamulang untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kembali faktor-faktor yang telah diteliti dalam penelitian ini dalam mempengaruhi kinerja dosen di Universitas Pamulang.Kata Kunci:Motivasi, Etos Kerja, Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Internet is not just limited to use of information that can be accessed through social media, but also can be used as a means to trade, that is e-commerce. In cyberspace, e-commerce transactions, it is possible occur a dispute as well as dispute occur in a conventionally legal relation. As activities of trade and e-commerce grow, the frequency of dispute will getting high and it means there will be a dispute that must be solved. Evolving information and communication technologies (ICT) will improve the managing and solving disputes online. When Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are combined with ICT, the result is Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). This research is an attempt to discuss some issues about business settlement via ODR, and the prospect of ODR in Indonesia. This description is an attempt to give comprehensive view about the ODR and how the law will be used to mediate the civil dispute using the internet media as alternative possibility to resolve civil conflict in Indonesian society. This research characteristic is analytical descriptive. Abstract

This study discusses the intervention of government policy through the policy of biofuels (BBN) based on cassava in rural areas. The government program intended to build an independent village by introducing renewable energy with a bioethanol energy program in the village by bring new knowledge and perspective to the local community about renewable energy issues. The struggle against the meaning and practice of alternative energy continues to roll in line with the various interests that color at the local level. This research was conducted using qualitative method with explorative descriptive format and conducted to reach description of adaptation to the implementation of alternative energy program in rural area. This research through data collected with interviews and document analysis. The research findings the government driven bioethanol programs are the sectoral ministry of ESDM, without involving other related institutions. Cassava-based alternative energy has not been able to encourage the progress of the village, due to the unchanged behavior of the community on cassava, land issues for cassava, technological constraints, and socio-economic conditions of bioethanol that are not formed. This results that program does not sustainable in the future .Keywords: bioethanol, adaptation and strategy, sustainability

Abstract

This research method uses explorative method with inductive approach. To obtain data researcher used data source in the form of person, place, and paper. Data collection techniques that the author use is observation, interview, and documentation. To answer and reveal the problems of the phenomenon that happens, researcher used data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. From the data analysis obtained description that, GERDEMA implementation and DD in building the Village in the Malinau Across Village still not fully effective. It can be seen from the indicators of effectiveness obtained by the researcher that the program's success, the success of the target, satisfaction with the program, the level of input and output, and goal attainment thorough is still lacking. Based on the description above, we conclude that the effectiveness of the implementation of the program GERDEMA and DD in building the village need for extra attention by the central government and local governments, especially in financial management, so that the focus of the village development and community empowerment can run effectively.Key Words: Effectiveness, Building Policy, Village Budget Allocation
