<![CDATA[Monitoring the identity of library visitors is a very important part. Usually to monitor students who are diligent in visiting the school library by providing books or guest books, the purpose of this study is to record the identity of students who visit the library electronically, in the study describes the monitoring system for library visitors with internet communication lines, database storage media by using descriptive method. The design of this system consists of a library card, RFID, Nodemcu, 2 x 16 LCD, and a web as an application used to process visitor identities or as a place to display information in real time. The web application design uses the programming language HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Forms (CSS), Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Content Management System (CMS) using a MySQL database while the test results show that this system can work well, with the The school library visitor monitoring system using internet-based RFID and nodemcu can make it easier for employees to view and process the identity of library visitors]]>

<![CDATA[Gambus Paser music is one among traditional perfoming arts belongs to Paser tribe. Contextually, gambus Paser performing art cannot be detacted from its socio-culural since it geographically affects the characteristic of that cultural music. Generally, the culture of Gambus Paser music has its various values according to its various geographical dispositions. Geographically varied characteristic of Gambus Paser music is reflected on the interpretation of the music especially on the style of pentengan (picking technique) and the lyric of Gambus song. Gambus Paser music is also characteristically identified by the use of that pentengan style. On the other hand, coastal area also affects Gambus Paser characateristic which tends to be expressive and dynamic. Conceptually speaking, this research is qualitative research with descriptive analytical method. This research focuses on Gambus Paser performing art as the cultural (music) literacy enhancement. The purpose is to analyze the form of Gambus Paser performance as Paser cultural literacy. The result shows that literature related to Paser art is still hardly found, while on the other hand, we have also found how potential this performance as sustainable literacy and identity enhancement for Paser community to welcome the Indonesian capital relocation to East Borneo. A concrete step which is taken is to documenting and disseminating the Gambus Paser performance to create a cultural literacy and a sustainable traditional art.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial performance, capital expenditure, budget management on regional competitiveness. Second, this study also determines the impact of financial and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through capital expenditures and budget management in the Bungo Regency. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with respondents with predetermined criteria and processed using Structural Equation Model analysis with PLS. The results study found only financial and non-financial performance and budget management had a significant effect on regional competitiveness, while capital expenditure had no effect. This study also found that financial and non-financial performance affects regional competitiveness through budget management, but it had no effect if capital expenditures were intervening.]]>

<![CDATA[This research has a long-term purpose: to implement the study of introduction to economics effectively and efficiently. The learning materials developed were the non-printing type using the Aldiko Classic application so that the students do not have to spend more money to buy the printed learning material. The students just have to download the application (for free) in Playstore and install the learning materials of introduction to economics developed in such application. It was expected that the social sciences education students better understand the learning materials taught by the lecturer using the e-book and ease them to study independently. The stages in developing the e-book based learning material are as follows: 1.) analysis stage (analysis) covers the analysis of learning sources and learning material requirement, 2.) design stage (design) is to determine the learning material framework, cover learning material, layout, references, and creating assessment instrument of learning material, 3.) Development stage (Development) covers developing an e-book based learning material, experts validation and revision, 4.) implementation stage (implementation) is the trial test of learning material which has been validated, 5) Evaluation stage (Evaluation) is the stage to analyze weakness and strength of learning material which has been tested to students. The research results are 1) the development of an e-book based introduction to economics learning material has excellent feasibility because it has been conducted validation with an average score of 83% (valid). 2) the learning material of e-book based introduction to economics was declared practical to be used by the students based on the results of the response questionnaire with an average score of 77% (practical).]]>

<![CDATA[The development philosophy by Indonesia is change, starts from the village to correct previous development practices. Hence, public service motivation is essential to promote village development. So, the purpose of this study is to examine the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on public service motivation. The methodology accordingly includes a seven-item scale questionnaire survey consisting of 210 samples of village officials. We used the structural model, fit model, and mediation model to test the hypothesis and allow SmartPLS. The result showed that public service motivation is directly influenced by transformational leadership and organizational culture. Indirectly, public service motivation is influenced by transformational leadership mediated by organizational culture. Hence transformational leadership is the essential thing that should be implemented by the village official where they needed to empower. In line with it, organizational culture has a mediation role in improving public service motivation. Hence, the local role of government is expected to empower the village's organizational environment to make the village more positional.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze DER, ROE, on stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2019 period. The analytical research technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin have an effect on stock prices . Based on the coefficient of determination of the influence of Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margi has an influence of 54.6%. It is recommended that investors and potential investors if they want to invest are expected to be able to see and analyze the ratios that affect the overall stock price.]]>

<![CDATA[Awareness of Indonesian nationalism reached its peak after independence. The heroic values inherited by historical actors must be imitated by the next generation of this nation. This paper explored the national heroes in the Indonesian revolution and their meaning for the younger generation. The method used in reviewing the problem is a literature study by studying various sources such as books, published scientific articles that are relevant to the research study. The results of the study showed that in the context of inheritance, a comprehensive understanding of the values of heroism is needed so that the meaning and spirit of Indonesian nationalism continued to prioritize the ideals of the nation so that it could exist more in the midst of a highly competitive global era. Today's life is coloured by various competitions in line with the universal process marked by the loosening of national boundaries so that the challenges faced by a nation are increasingly complex. The younger generation of the nation's successors is required to appear in front of taking a role in global competition. <![CDATA[This research was aimed to determine the public’s perceptions toward the attraction of Tajwid Lake. This research was also to describe the impact of Tajwid Lake attraction on local communities.The methodology used in this research was qualitative method. The data source in this research was consisted of primary and secondary data. Data collecting technique used in this research were participatory observation, in-depth interview, documentation and literature review. This research was conducted for two months. The results of the study indicated that the turning of Tajwid Lake into a tourist spot cannot be separated from various problems that cause the various public’s perceptions, both pros and cons. The impact of turning Tajwid Lake into a tourist spot is the presence of a recreation area for the community and providing space to increase income such as selling and providing services for tourists so that it can help the community's economy. However, it also has a negative impact on the community, especially those who make a living as fishermen, it because Tajwid Lake was place for fishermen to get their fish. Since Tajwid Lake became a tourist spot, it has been difficult to get the fish due to the dredging of the lake for tourism purposes, as well as restrictions for fishermen looking for fish in the lake to avoid the interfere with tourist activities. It caused the fishermen losing their place to get fish. Therefore at the time they looked for fish to go far up the river, and reduced the catches which have an impact on their economy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the potency of Beauveria bassiana (Bb) and the best concentration on the population of whitefly Bemesia tabaci on horticultural crops. The method used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) on eggplant and chili plants with 4 treatments, namely control, Bb 100g/10ltr water, 150g/10ltr water and 200g/10ltr water. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. Data analysis used analysis of variance and continued with the BNT test. The results of the potency test of Beauveria bassiana have the best concentration at 200g/10ltr of water. The average whitefly population on eggplant plants was 65.57%, the population decreased to 6.37% and chili with an average population of 39.37% chili, the population decreased to 15.87%. This is also influenced by agricultural systems in eggplant fields which often rely on synthetic pesticides which cause pests to become resistant and also destroy natural enemies. compared to whitefly pest populations in chili fields which often use organic materials that are far from pest resistance and anti-natural enemies. In addition, the leaves of the eggplant plant are larger than the chili leaves which allow them to lay more eggs and also have a number of trichomes as a shelter for whitefly from natural enemies (predators). The conclusion of the study was that Beauveria Bassiana had good potency at a concentration of 200g/10ltrair against the whitefly Bemesia tabaci on horticultural crops, both eggplant and chili plants. It is suggested to analyze the relationship between leaf structure and preference level of whitefly on horticultural crops.]]>
