Abstract

Kegiatan perhitungan biaya produksi yang terdiri dari biaya variabel dan biaya tetap untuk menentukan nilai BEP merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama yang apabila dikerjakan secara manual membutuhkan waktu yang cukup dan sering kali diabaikan karena tingkat perhitungan yang cukup sulit sehingga usaha tersebut mengabaikan perencanaan laba yang ingin diperoleh. Dalam penelitian dan penggunaan softwere, dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, yaitu penelitian lapangan, penelitian pustaka dan penelitian laboratorium. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan peninjauan langsung ke usaha batu bata merah di kecamatan Hinai Kabupaten Langkat, sehingga diketahui mekanisme kerja sistem yang ada. Penelitian pustaka dilakukan dengan mempelajari buku-buku yang dapat menambah kajian ilmu bagi sistem perhitungan nilai BEP untuk perencanaan laba produksi. Sedangkan penelitian penggunaan softwere microsot excel dilakukan untuk memudahkan perhitungan nilai BEP dalam perencanaan laba produksi industry batu bata merah.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to clarify the influence of Employee Engagement, Quality of Work Life, and Leader Trust to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour in PT Jiwasraya Insurance on Medan. The population in this study were all employees working, amounting to 140 people with samples taken by 100 people. This type of research is associative research. Methods of collecting data in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results obtained, H1 is accepted for the Employee Engagement variable with alpha 1%. Thus, partially that the Employee Engagement variable has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, H2 is rejected for the Quality of Work Life variable. Thus, partially that the Quality of Work Life variable does not have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, H3 is rejected for the Trust variable in the Leader. Thus, partially that the variable Trust in leadership does not have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, It concluded that H4 simultaneous Employee Engagement, Quality of Work Life, and Trust in Leaders do not have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and to determine the effect of personality types strengthening or weakening organizational cultural relations and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is the number of employees of the Medan PPKS / RISPA Palm Oil Research Center, amounting to 740 people and the sample used in this study was 88 people using the Slovin method. Data analysis techniques in this study are regression and MRA. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment had no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, personality types strengthened the relationship between organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior, and personality types strengthened the relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Supervision, fingerprint attendance and organizational culture are motivations to improve employee work discipline in an organization. Work discipline is something that must be applied in every employee. Employee awareness is required by complying with applicable regulations. Regulations are needed to provide guidance and counseling for employees in creating good order in the organization. Apart from that, the agencies themselves must endeavor so that the regulations are clear, easy to understand and apply to all employees. The population in this study is all employees who work at PT XYZ. The number of samples in this study were 89 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data is tested using validity and reliability tests, and the data must fulfill the elements of the classical assumption test. Furthermore, the data analysis test was carried out using multiple linear regression, normality test, multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study indicate that supervision, fingerprint attendance and organizational culture on work discipline at PT XYZ. Supervision variables, fingerprint attendance and organizational culture are variables that significantly influence work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether internal conflict and organizational climate affect morale (spirit at work) either partially or simultaneously. The population of this study is the population in this study is the total number of 1 (one) division in the company PT Envesal Putera Megatrading Tbk. Medan as many as 154 employees. The number of samples taken in the study was 77 people using the random sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that internal conflict and organizational climate have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on employee morale.

Abstract

Garuda Plaza Hotel is one of the companies in the city of Medan that is well known and quite attractive to the people of Medan. With competition the increasing number of other companies in the city of Medan has become a potential opportunity that must be developed by the Garuda Plaza Hotel to become a company that remains in the forefront. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, work environment and workload partially on Turnover Intention at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan and to find out whether the leader member exchange strengthens the relationship between work stress, work environment and workload partially on Turnover Intention on Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. This type of research is causal research. The population in this study is the number of employees of Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan, amounting to 241 people and the sample used in this study were 100 people using the Slovin method. Data analysis techniques in this study are regression and MRA. The results showed that work stress had no effect on Turnover Intention, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention and workload had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Work stress, work environment and work load simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This research is based on the notion that the tendency of widespread shopping behavior that occurs in the market so that it becomes an important point in marketing. Impulsive buying behavior is a challenge for business people where they are required to create emotionally attractive interests such as attracting consumers to buy and consume the product. Therefore this researcher aims to describe Impulsive Buying Tendency as the impact of the Store Environment Stimulus by mediating the Positive Emotions of studies at Matahari Department Store in Thamrin Plaza Medan. This research was conducted at Thamrin Plaza Medan, on Jalan M.H.Thamrin, Sei Rengas II, Medan. This research uses quantitative research methods.The population of Matahari Department Store's consumer research population is unknown. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collection instruments using questionnaires that were assessed on a Likert scale, each of which was tested and met the requirements of reliability and reliability. Data analysis uses Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS).The results obtained and at the same time conclude this study include that impulsive buying has a significant effect on the store environment, impulsive buying has a significant effect on positive emotions, positive emotions have a significant effect on the store environment, and impulsive buying affects the store environment through positive emotions as a mediating variable . Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be accepted.

Abstract

This research was done in PT. Pusat Penelitian Kepala Sawit with the aim of research to analyzed the influenced of working performance, working experience and working competence toward on job promotion. This type of research used correlational research, the population were employees who worked in the company as many as 497 people, random sampling was the Slovin formula so that the number of samples amount of 83 respondents. Data sources used primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques by giving questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the studied showed that simultaneously and partially working performance, working experience and working competency have positive and significant effected toward on job promotion. The adjusted R square coefficient (R2) of 0.862 showed that promotion in the company able to be explained by work performance, work experience, and promotion of 86.20%, and the other amount of 13.8% could be explained by other variables did not examined such as training, education, performance and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on work discipline, the influence of the work environment on work morale and the indirect effect of the work environment on work morale through work discipline at the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs of North Sumatra Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis and sobel. The sample used in this study were 130 employees of the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs of North Sumatra Province. The results of this study indicate that the Work environment has no effect on the Work Discipline of the employees of the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs of North Sumatra Province. The Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on the Work Enthusiasm of the employees of the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs of the Province of North Sumatra and there is an indirect influence between the Work Environment on the Work Enthusiasm through Work Discipline.

Abstract

This research is based on the idea that marketing activities play an important role in increasing the company's sales volume. In marketing activities a strategy is needed by the company to achieve sales targets that have been set. Therefore this researcher aims to describe the effect of Satisfaction, Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment on Repurchase Intention on Grab customers' online motorcycle taxi in Medan. The study was conducted in the District of Siti Rejo I, Medan. The research approach used is associative. The population of this study is Grab customers whose numbers cannot be known with certainty. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collection instruments using questionnaires that were assessed on a Likert scale, each of which was tested and met the requirements of reliability and reliability. Data analysis uses Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS). The results obtained and at the same time conclude this study include that Satisfaction, Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be accepted.
