Abstract

The presence of a capital market in Indonesia is one alternative for the investor to make an investment. The most widely used investment by investors is in the form of stock. Analysis of interest rate and profitability ratios that include calculations and interpretations of stock price developments to support economic growth. This research is conducted to analyze interest rates, profitability ratios, and stock prices of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 43 mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The purposive sampling method was used in determining 5 companies the samples. This study indicated that there is an impact of interest rates and profitability ratios on stock prices.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers do, the phenomenon at the office of PT. Jiwasraya Cabang Medan, among others, placement of employees who have not been in accordance with the demands of office and educational background, so as not to meet the capacity capability as appropriate. The need for competent employees in accordance with the position of his position that has not sufficient cause the consequences of a less responsible attitude towards his work, the motivation for achievement to be lost, not enthusiasm work and feeling saturated. Such trends can occur in PT. Jiwasraya Cabang Medan, all of this stems from the mismatch of employee position placement with an existing workload that the interest or job satisfaction of employees decreased, while in terms of facilities and infrastructure and has been very supportive of employees in completing their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement, workload, and organizational culture on work motivation at PT. Jiwasraya Cabang Medan. The number of samples in this study amounted to 79 people using the curated sample technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously work placement variables, workload and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee work motivation. Job placement has no significant effect on employee work motivation, workload and organizational culture have an effect on employee work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, visual merchandising, and personal selling in increasing consumer buying interest and using a quantitative method with a sample of 50 people tested through multiple linear regression. The results of the partial study (t test) show that there is a significant influence between Promotion on Purchase Interest, tcount ≥ t table, namely 4.158 > 1.67722) so that Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected). There is a significant influence between Visual Merchandising on Purchase Intention (t count ≥ t table, namely 2.425 > 1.6772) so that Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected). There is a significant influence between Personal Selling on Purchase Intention (t count ≥ t table, namely 3.502 > 1.67722) so that Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected). The results of the study simultaneously (F test), there is a significant influence between Promotion, Visual Merchandising, and Personal Selling on Buying Interest at PT. Shafco Multi Trading Medan (Fcount ≥ Ftable, namely 47.950 > 3.20) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 while the Ftable value is based on N with a significant level of 5%, namely dk = n – k– 1 then 50 - 2 - 1 = 47 is 3,20. Because Fcount < Ftable then Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected). The results of the Determination test show that the influence of Promotion, Visual Merchandising, and Personal Selling on Consumer Purchase Interest is 0.758 or 75.8%, while the remaining 24.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the declining UMKMs income in Medan. The decline in revenue is thought to be due to the lack of working capital availability with relatively high production costs. This study aims to determine the effect of the availability of working capital and production costs simultaneously on the UMKMs income in Medan. The population of the sample is 56 UMKMs in East Medan District. Collecting data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the working capital availability variable showed a significant positive effect on UMKMs income in Medan, every increase in the working capital availability variable by 100% led to an increase in UMKMs income by 55.2%, meaning that the condition of working capital availability was not ideal (balanced). to support UMKM production activities. Partially it is known that the production cost variable shows a significant negative effect on the UMKMs income in Medan, every increase in the production cost variable of 100% causes a decrease in UMKMs income by 35.8%, meaning that production costs need to be evaluated so that the prices of goods produced are not too expensive. Simultaneously it is known that the variable availability of working capital and production costs shows a significant positive and negative effect on the UMKMs income in Medan. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (Adjust R Square) it is known that the variable availability of working capital and production costs can explain UMKMs income of 84.8%. While the rest (15.2.6%) can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on organizational commitment at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Food Medan. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. In this study, the entire population became the sample, namely 89 employees at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Food Medan. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment, work motivation has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment, work discipline has a significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Kebun Helvetia. The location of this research is on Jl. Tj. Gusta, Kec. Sunggal, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20374. The results of the sample calculation obtained were 114 people out of the total permanent employees in the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Kebun Helvetia. The results of the research conducted in this thesis can be concluded that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to review literature regarding the influence of internal audits, internal control systems, and management audits on the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Internal audit serves as an independent oversight mechanism that ensures operational integrity and regulatory compliance. An effective internal control system plays a crucial role in identifying and managing risks, as well as ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Management audits, which assess operational efficiency and effectiveness, provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Through this literature review, it was found that these three elements interact with each other to create a strong control environment, increase transparency, and strengthen accountability in the management of BUMN. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide insight for practitioners and researchers in understanding the importance of implementing good audit and internal control in order to achieve optimal corporate governance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the hospital Martha Friska engaged in health services for the community. With competition getting tougher in the field hospital, the hospital management was required to give the best to meet the needs of consumers. To that end, the hospital management Martha Friska seeks to preserve and maintain the brand equity that has been well established in the community and provide satisfaction as expected consumers so that consumers remain loyal in the use of health services from hospitals Martha Friska. The purpose of this study to examine and analyze the effect of brand equity and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously to increase consumer loyalty Martha Friska Hospital Medan. This type of research was associative. The research sample using a random sample with a sample size of 100 respondents. Sources of data research using primary data with data collection using surveys. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the research results show that partial and simultaneous brand equity and customer satisfaction positively and significantly to the improvement of customer loyalty in the hospital Martha Friska. In correlation determination shows that the brand equity and customer satisfaction has a very strong influence on the increase of consumer loyalty Martha Friska field hospital that was equal to 71.4%.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a system of programs designed for both workers and employers in an effort to prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents and diseases caused by working relations in the work environment by identifying the things that potentially cause workplace accidents and anticipatory action in the event of such a thing. The resulting impact of this workplace accidents can be bad, such as the loss of lives, disability, damage to production, which is ultimately detrimental to all parties. In Indonesia, every company has to follow the program of the Occupational Health and Safety (K3), but can be seen in workplace accidents are still common. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Medan. Digunakana research method is simple linear regression. The estimation deskriptif showed that is company an very important for health and safety (K3) on employee company and the health and safety (K3) positif and significant effect on employee performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Exertainment Indonesia Medan by focusing on the influence of organizational climate, career development and compensation toward employee performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the partial effect and simultaneous organizational climate variables, career development and compensation to employees performance at PT. Exertainment Indonesia Medan. This type of research is associative. The study population that employees working at PT. Exertainment Indonesia Medan as many as 75 people so the sample using saturated samples (census) by 75 respondents. Sources of data research using primary data and data collection using survey techniques. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study showed that partially organizational climate have influence positive and significantly toward employee performance, career development have positive but not significant effect on employee performance and compensation have positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Exertainment Indonesia Medan. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0.547 means the performance of employees at PT. Exertainment Indonesia Medan was able to be explained by the organizational climate, career development and compensation amounting to 54.70% and the remaining 45.30% was able to be explained by other variables outside the scope of the research was not done.
