Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the role of work characteristics and environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri, Tanjung Morawa. This type of research is descriptive research. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires (questionnaires) to distribute a list of closed questions. Data analysis used descriptive analysis is the analysis by detailing and explaining at length the relationship of research data that is typically provided in the form of tables and analysis based on the data in the table. The results showed the study showed that the characteristic variabel (X1) received an average score 4:37 which means very good. This shows that emloyess generally feel that they work according to their superior’s orders and according to their expertise. Of the distribution of questionnaires to the value of the variable (X2) working environment, safety statements work in companies closely related to employee performance improvement obtained average value of 4:21 means categorized very well from the distribution of questionnaires to the value of the variable (Y) the performance of the employee, the statement timeliness in completing work makes you happy to be categorized 4:03 excellent value

Abstract

Ability is the capacity of an individual to perform various tasks in a job. Capacity could be talents and interests owned by employees, with the ability of its employees to carry out and complete the task well with maximum results. Selaian ability, learning provided to employees should always be done, it is to increase the power of thought so that employees can work optimally. Besides ongoing monitoring is also done as needed to complete the task and the employee's job or an employee in accordance with the established plan and desired by the supervisor that the leadership. The sample in this study are as many as 93 people using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variable ability to have a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise with learning variables that significantly influence employee performance. While monitoring the variable has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously variable ability, learning and monitoring significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance variable (Y) is affected by the variable X1 (ability), variable X2 (learning) and variable X3 (supervision) jointly by 31.6% and the balance of 68.4% is determined by other variables outside the research contributions

Abstract

Human Resources is basically one of the capital and play an important role in the success of the agency. Good HR management is the key to successful achievement of the agency. To assess the quality of human resources can be measured by the performance of employees. The objective of this study was to determine and influence menganlisis Motivation and Discipline of work the Employee Performance at PT Indah Karya Muda, both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used assoisiatif approach and sampling technique by using saturated sample, as many as 40 people, with data analysis techniques multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate Motivation effect on Employee Performance at PT Indah Karya Muda, Discipline influential work against Organisasai Citizenship Behavior In Young PT Karya Indah and Motivation and Discipline influential work on Employee Performance at PT Indah Karya Muda. Discipline motivation and work together to have an effect of 80.0% on the Quality of Work, while the remaining 20.0% Employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Competition today’s business world runs very fast, this encourages employers compete with each other in order to satisfy the needs of consumers by producing goods and services in accordance with the wishes of consumers. This study was conducted to determine yhe effect of product quality, price and promotional on purchase decisions in business Tam-Tams drink in the tavern students practice Harapan Medan. Both partially and simultaneously. This type of reasearch is the study of associative. With a sample of 100 people from the consumer population growing beverage Tam-Tams. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with multiple linier reference analytical techniques. Results from the study showed the product quality influence on purchase decisions in the beverage business Tam-Tams. Price influence on purchase decisions in the beverage business Tam-Tams. Promotions influence on purchase decisions in the beverage business Tam-Tams. In addition the results of this study indicate that the product quality and promotional price influence on purchase decisions in the beverage business Tam-Tams. Product quality and price promotion simultaneouslyhave the effectof 54,8% and the remaining 45,2% is influenced by other variabels that are not addressed in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sentra Daya Madani which engaged in contracting. In the normal course of business, job satisfaction is important for employees as a disgruntled employee will do its job as well as possible for the betterment of the company. For that job satisfaction of employees in a company can be improved by providing promotion, work environment and adequate compensation to employees in accordance with the duties and responsibilities. This type of research is associative. The study population are employees who work in PT. Sentra Daya Madani as many as 58 people, while sampling using a sample census so that the same number of samples with a total population of 58 respondents. The sources of data research using primary data and data collection using survey techniques. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing. Based on the results, it can be concluded that partial, promotion and working environment positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sentra Daya Madani Medan. While compensation and no significant negative effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sentra Power Madani. Simultaneously, the variable promotion, work environment and compensation together positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sentra Daya Madani Medan. In the test the coefficient of determination, the value of R = 0.777 means a promotion, work environment and compensation have a strong influence on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of adjusted R2 = 0.604 meaning the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sentra Daya Madani Medan able to be explained by the promotion, work environment, and compensation amounting to 60.40% and the remaining 39.60% was explained by other variables outside the scope of the research was not done (for example communication, training, incentives, career development, and so on).

Abstract

This study is based on the idea that job training is one way to improve employee productivity which will further improve the company’s productivity. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze whether the job training effect on employee productivity at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. This research was conducted at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with descriptive research. The results showed that job training effect positive and significant on labor productivity at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. From the t test calculation results obtained tcount of 14.185, meaning tcount > ttable (14.185 > 1.992). From the data processing coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R2 values of 0,726 this means job training variables are able to explain the variable productivity of employees amounted to 72,6 % while the remaining 27,4 % variable labor productivity can be explained by other variables outside variables used in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline and communication to employee performance in PT. Lamurindo di Medan. Data collection tehniques using questionnaires with a sample of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques used are nonprobability sampling or non-random manner, and testing techniques of data used in this study include the classic assumption test, instrument test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing, and the operation of the calculation using SPSS 19. Test result showed that the t value t calculated on a variable work descipline 3,508 with 0,001 significance level less than 0,05 prove that the discipline of work have a significant effect on employee performance, the communication variables calculated value 1,713 with 0,092 significance level greater than 0,05 prove that the communication didn’t have a significant effect on employee performance and test-f f count 11,578 f table 3,15 with a significance level of 0,000 prove that the discipline of work and communication have a significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient determination of employee performance related to the two independent variabels, that is work discipline and communication at 25,8% while the remaining 74,2% is caused by other factors beyond the research.

This research aims to study and analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Tabugan Negara Medan. Abstract

This study is based on the premise that an understanding of the settlement procedures of document in order to import expenditures will increase confidence in the business, which in turn can eliminate the high cost in each of the documents and imported goods. It is developed for executives imports to provide a deep understanding of delivery procedures of imported goods and can utilize the facilities and services available. The theory is used to analyze the problems is about understanding the import and industrial activities. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Commerce of North Sumatra province. This study uses a case study which is descriptive of a study to collate, classify, interpret and interpret the data so as to provide a description of the problem to be studied. The results obtained and at the conclusion of this study include that with the policies pursued in the government's import activities in Indonesia, then over time, imports will be more towards the target of the objectives of the Indonesian state. Can meet the needs of society, the state revenue will increase because of their income, improve the economy of the people, promoting the growth of the industry, obtaining the goods can not be produced in their own country, expand the market and increase the advantages of modern technology transfer.

Abstract

Training provided usually by sending potential employees and have achievements above average to follow the training as managerial training, production processes adapted to the latest ISO, as well as the training is usually level supervisors, managers, the division as well as employees who have the potential to be able to replace one of the available positions. In addition to training, the provision of incentives is one of the efforts made by the company to tie up a skilled workforce in order not to switch to other places. A wage incentive or award given by the company to its workforce on labor efforts that have been forfeited to the company. Incentives are also a motivational tool that can give rise to a boost / stimulation to make employees work harder and passionate and in accordance with what is desired by the company. If the employee worked diligently and passionately, it will be seen from a high performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and incentives on employee performance in PT. Murni Pratama Sari Medan. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that by the F test, shows that training and the provision of incentives simultaneously positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Murni Pratama Sari Medan. Based on t test results, showing that training and the provision of incentives and significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Murni Pratama Sari Medan. Based on t test, the incentive is the most dominant factor in this study.
