Abstract

Human resources are the main and crucial element in achieving a company's goals. Effective management is very necessary to direct and move important factors in the organization, in order to achieve the goals that have been set. This research aims to determine the effect of Social Support and Work Stress on the performance of Zoomers generation employees in Serang City. The research method used was a quantitative approach with accidental sampling technique, involving 130 respondents who were employees of the Zoomers generation. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25.0 software.The research results show that Social Support has a significant influence on employee performance, confirming the importance of support from colleagues, superiors, and the work environment in increasing productivity. In contrast, Job Stress does not show a significant influence on employee performance when tested individually. However, simultaneously, the Social Support and Job Stress variables together have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings provide important insights for companies in managing and empowering Zoomers generation employees, with a focus on increasing social support and managing stress in the workplace to improve overall performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of attitudes and individual characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions among students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. In this research, the Proportional Random Sampling technique was used which resulted involved 399 active students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, class of 2019, as the research sample. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research with a survey research design. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS 27 software. The results of this study indicate that attitude has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students, and individual characteristics also have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Additionally, both attitude and individual characteristics have a simultaneous effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Attitude and individual characteristics have an influence of 82.8%  Against Student Entrepreneurial Intentions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of General Allocation Funds and Capital Expenditures on the financial performance of the Regency/City regional government of East Java Province in 2018-2022. The object of this research is 38 Regency/City Budget Realization Reports for East Java Province 2018-2022. This research data collection method uses documentation techniques by obtaining data from the official DJPK website of the Ministry of Finance. The research results reveal that the General Allocation Funds has a negative effect on the Financial Performance of Regency/City East Java Province in 2018-2022. Meanwhile, capital expenditure has a positive effect on the financial performance of districts/cities in East Java Province in 2018-2022

Abstract

This study is useful to determine the effect of leverage and liquidity on financial distress in various industrial sectors. The population used in this study is companies in various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019 to 2022, which was obtained by 56 companies. The sample collection technique used is purposive sampling, with criteria for companies in various industrial sectors that present complete financial statements in rupiah during 2019 to 2022. So that 30 companies were obtained with 120 observational data during 2019-2022. This research applies analytical techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis through normality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. This study used the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science 25 program. The results of this study revealed leverage has a negative effect on financial distress, while liquidity has a positive effect on financial distress

Abstract

This research aims to test and prove the extent to which the effectiveness of Land and Building Tax revenues affects the Regional Original Income of the City of Surabaya during the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The population and sample of this research are a Report on the Realization of Regional Original Income and a Report on the Realization of Regional Taxes for the City of Surabaya from 2018 to 2022. The data analysis technique used is Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software as well as hypothesis testing with the t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of Land and Building Tax has an influence on the Original Regional Income of the City of Surabaya in 2018-2022, while the contribution of Land and Building Tax has no influence on the Original Regional Income of the City of Surabaya in 2018-2022

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and salary on employee job satisfaction at the Arofah Islamic Hospital in Mojosari, Mojokerto. Using a quantitative approach with a causal research design, this research involved 43 employees as the population and sample. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique applied is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that both the work environment and salary have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at Arofah Islamic Hospital. These findings emphasize the importance of work environment factors and compensation in increasing employee job satisfaction in the health sector. Thus, hospital management is advised to continue to improve working environment conditions and salary structures in order to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. This research provides important insights for human resource management in health institutions

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Family Ownership, and Institutional Ownership on Tax Avoidance in manufacturing companies from 2019 to 2022. This study employs a form of quantitative research that utilizes secondary data extracted from financial reports and business sustainability reports. The study sample consists of 226 manufacturing companies that were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2019-2022. The samples were chosen using the purposive sampling technique, applied to a total of 176 data points collected from 44 company samples throughout a 4-year research period. The data analysis employed double regression analysis techniques to examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility, family ownership, institutional ownership, and tax avoidance. The research findings indicate that these factors have a considerable negative impact on tax avoidance. Therefore, if the corporation implements higher levels of corporate social responsibility, family ownership, and institutional ownership, it will effectively prevent any potential instances of tax avoidance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, infrastructure, and population on inter-region development inequality. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are panel data from the five largest regions in Indonesia; Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua from 2013 to 2022 which are collected through documentation techniques. The test results show that the variables of education level, road stability infrastructure, and infrastructure of households that have access to PLN electricity have a negative and significant effect on inter-region development inequality. Meanwhile, the total population variable has a significant positive effect on inter-region development inequality. Simultaneously, all research variables have a significant effect on inter-region development inequality. The coefficient of determination test in this study shows a 99% influence on development inequality and the remaining 1% is explained by other variables outside the study

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information on the influence of training and career development on job satisfaction at PT Anggana Catur Prima, North Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The total population is 202 with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, and the samples obtained in this study amounted to 135 respondents. Data analysis was done using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analyses, correlation coefficient analyses, coefficient of determination analyses, and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that training has a significant effect on job satisfaction, Career Development has a substantial impact on Job Satisfaction, and  Training and Career Development simultaneously have a considerable effect on Job Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 80%, while other factors influence the remaining 20%

Abstract

Most students are interested in a career as a public accountant after graduating, but this career is only one of their priorities. Students feel that a career in public accounting is challenging, so the number of public accountants in Indonesia still needs to be increased compared to the need for accountants in the business world. This research examines and analyses the influence of job market considerations, financial rewards, and perceptions of the public accounting profession on interest in a public accounting career. The research was carried out on 2020 accounting students at Surabaya State University with a population of 113 accounting students, and the sample used the Solvin formula, namely 88 accounting students with quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the analysis test it shows that: 1) job market considerations have a significant effect on interest in a career as a public accountant, 2) financial awards have a significant effect on interest in a career as a public accountant, 3) perceptions of the public accounting profession have a significant effect on interest in a career as a public accountant, 4 ) job market considerations, financial rewards, and perceptions of the public accounting profession jointly influence interest in a public accounting career
