Abstract

Nowadays, technology is developing more and more rapidly. With this technology, everything is very easy to do. There is almost no one who doesn't have a Gadet. Gadets are no longer a luxury item but have become a necessity. There are many types of gadgets, from expensive ones to cheap ones that are affordable for the public. Gadget features vary from those with a few features to those with a large number and sophistication. So that MSMEs or entrepreneurs or business people can carry out promotions easily. With Gadgets, promotions can be done directly (on line). The purpose of this research is to find out how interested consumers are in seeing online advertising promotions. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how much about the effect of service quality, Corporate Image and Perceived Value on customer satisfaction at Sentani-Jayapura International Airport. In this study, Corporate Image is a moderating variable in the effect of service quality and Perceived Value on customer satisfaction at Sentani-Jayapura International Airport. This research uses a quantitative approach using SEM-PLS analysis. The research results show that there are Service quality has a positive effect on Corporate Image, Perceived Value has a positive effect on Corporate Image, Service quality has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Value has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Image has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Service Quality has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction through Corporate Image, Perceived Value has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction through Corporate Image

Abstract

The activities of the Supreme Court Judicial Ambassadors aim to strengthen relations between the law and the younger generation. The nation's next generation must have a deep understanding of the law to form a civilized society and reduce legal problems among youth. Through promotion and publication using the third party endorsement method and the AIDA formula, the Supreme Court tries to reach the public effectively. This research uses a qualitative approach to evaluate the impact of the promotion. This promotional effort was successful in attracting public attention and building trust and sympathy for this government institution. This is important in strengthening the foundation of legal understanding among the younger generation and forming a more legally aware society as well as narrowing the gap in legal knowledge among young people

Abstract

This research examines the facts about the implementation of Indonesia's fiscal and monetary policies and the obstacles. This literature research aims to compile and describe policy enforcement. The research was carried out using the type of library research. In this research, we use a qualitative approach which aims to examine existing social phenomena in more depth. This research uses reference books and journal articles related to the discussion in this journal. The Government & Bank Indonesia work together in creating fiscal and monetary policies that influence inflation, financial stability, or increase economic growth. State income or expenditure regulated in the APBN Law, and tax regulations to increase state revenues are part of the fiscal policy running in Indonesia. On the other hand, the Indonesian Central Bank implements monetary policy in Indonesia against the background of low interest rates and stable rupiah exchange rates.  However, there are several limitations to the effective implementation of Indonesia's fiscal and monetary policies, and inequality in the MSME sector remains limited, which hinders its role in enhancing economic growth and providing job vacancies. and the lack of public education and financial literacy which hampers the transmission of Bank Indonesia's monetary policy to the real sector

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Lion Superindo, Taman Palem branch. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that training has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.837 having a moderate level of relationship. The determinant value is 0.701 or 70.1% while the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (13.067 > 1.993) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a partial significant effect between Job Training on Employee Performance at PT.Lion Superindo Taman Palem Branch. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT.Lion Superindo Taman Palem Branch with a correlation coefficient of 0.901 having a strong relationship level. The determinant value is 0.812 or 81.2% while the remaining 18.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (17.755 > 1.993) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a partial significant effect between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Lion Superindo Taman Palem Branch. Job Training and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Lion Superindo Branch Taman Palem with a correlation coefficient of 0.909 having a strong relationship level. The determinant value is 0.827 or 82.7% while the remaining 17.3% is influenced by other factors including compensation, work environment and work discipline. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count > F table or (171.837 > 1.993) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the Effect of Work and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Lion Superindo Taman Palem Branch

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in preparing the financial reports of XYZ Shop in Serang City. Qualitative research methods were used to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of SAK in daily practice. The research results show that Toko However, this shop faces challenges in the form of limited human resources who understand SAK in depth and limited technological infrastructure. Nevertheless, the benefits of implementing SAK are clear, such as increasing the trust of external stakeholders, better strategic decision making, and compliance with tax regulations. This research reveals that implementing SAK is not only a formal requirement but also a valuable investment for business growth and sustainability

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of planning and implementing new E-commerce methods on micro, small and medium businesses (MSMEs) in Serang, Banten. In the digital era, MSMEs must adopt online marketing strategies to remain competitive. This research uses surveys and data analysis from MSME owners in Serang City who have implemented online marketing technology. The variables examined include the type of online marketing innovation used, the level of adoption, and its effect on increasing sales. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the contribution of online marketing to the economic growth of MSMEs in the region through collecting data from MSME respondents. Data analysis will identify relationships between the variables investigated, with the hope of providing insight to MSME owners, local governments and other stakeholders about the importance of using online marketing innovation as a strategy to increase MSME sales in Serang, Banten. In addition, it is hoped that this study will become a reference for other researchers who want to explore the potential of online marketing in supporting the growth of MSMEs in various locations

Abstract

Financial Technology (fintech) is one of the financial service institutions that is currently in great demand, especially in terms of money loans or what is known as Financial Technology peer to peer lending (Online Loans). Due to the easy conditions and without the need for face-to-face meetings, certain groups of people use online loans as an alternative or solution to solving their financial problems. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause people to easily choose or decide to use online loans. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method through a more in-depth study of published sources such as journals, books, reports and articles as well as online sources. The results of this research show three main factors that influence the level of online loan use in Indonesia: consumer behavior driven by digital technology and easy access to financial services; low financial literacy which causes a lack of risk understanding; and uneven financial inclusion, limiting access to information about formal financial services

Abstract

This research aims to identify effective strategies in developing the production capacity of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Serang City. MSMEs in this sector face major challenges in the form of limited traditional production technology and low human resource skills in production management and quality control. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches using in-depth interviews, field observations and surveys. The research results show that key strategies that can be implemented include the application of modern and efficient production technology, increasing human resource skills through training and mentoring, as well as increasing access to capital and local government support. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase productivity, efficiency, product quality consistency and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Serang City. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to the development of MSMEs and the local economy in Serang City

Abstract

This research discusses marketing strategy as the key to the success and growth of a company. Marketing is the main element in meeting consumer needs and achieving business goals through a marketing mix which includes product, price, place and promotion. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that explores the use of the marketing mix in the context of increasing consumer satisfaction. The main focus of research is on marketing strategies that include product innovation, competitive prices, strategic locations, effective advertising campaigns, and their impact on customer satisfaction. In the short term, research shows the importance of winning over consumers with new products, while in the long term, maintaining product quality is key to retaining the existing consumer base. An effective marketing strategy also includes developing and implementing multi-purpose markets as well as sustainable market segmentation to better meet and serve consumer needs. In conclusion, this research provides insight into how marketing strategies can be used to increase competitiveness and consumer satisfaction, as well as maintain a company's position in a competitive market
