Abstract

The development of Islamic banking credit risk shows a downward trend. However, the existence of Indonesian Islamic banking in the world is not yet among the best ranked, even though it has the largest Muslim population. This study examines the factors that influence credit risk in Islamic banks in Indonesia by using the bank's specific characteristics and macroeconomic factors. This study uses a multiple linear regression method with monthly data on Islamic banking in Indonesia for the period 2020-2022. The dependent variable for credit risk uses Non-performing financing (NPF). Independent variables from bank-specific factors are used Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO). While the independent variables from macroeconomic factors use inflation and interest rates. The results showed that the CAR, FDR, and inflation variables affected the credit risk of Islamic banks. FDR has a positive effect, while CAR and inflation have a negative effect. BOPO and interest rates do not affect credit risk.

Unfortunately, the stock price is so volatile and it is difficult to predict it. The concept of random walk also occurs in stock price or stock index. During the covid, the stock price decrease and it is so interesting to predict the stock whether follow the random walk or not.  In order to forecast stock price, the investor should know the price of the stock. They can get benefit from the difference of the stock. The adf and KPSS test show the Jakarta shariah index does not follow random walk, meaning the index can be forecast.  The result of the test shows the best model is ARIMA (5,1,2). Arima is a best forecasting method that can predict stock price. The Model has passed Ljung Box, ACF Graphics and also PACF Graphics.

Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online to 101 respondents who had paid zakat on BAZNAS through the fintech platform Kitabisa.com. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research method used is quantitative associative research and the data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that creating awareness and attraction (X1) and empowering people to act (X4) significantly influence the decision to pay zakat (Y), while changing attitudes and conditions (X2) and motivating people to change behavior (X3) has no significant effect on decision to pay zakat (Y). Humans carry out consumption activities to meet their needs. There are two types of behavior in consumers, namely rational and irrational consumer behavior. This research aims to determine the effect of bandwagon effect on clothing consumption patterns in Muslim communities in Tanete Riattang District. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique carried out is a statistical test through a simple linear regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Before statistical tests are carried out, research instrument tests are carried out, namely validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests and linearity tests. Data management in this study used SPPS 29 software. The results showed that the bandwagon effect had a positive and significant effect on clothing consumption patterns in the Muslim community in Tanete Riattang sub-district. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that t_value (8.275) t_table (1.984) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the established probability ꭤ which is 0.05 which means that a person's clothing consumption pattern is based on a tendency to buy or recognize trends because many other people also do it.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the community's habit of paying zakat through BAZNAS Cilegon City. Even though the population of this village is predominantly Muslim and the income of the people is very high, this is just unfulfilled potential. Apart from that, this great potential must be supported by excellent service from the Cilegon City Baznas to maximize this great potential. This research aims to find out how the public perceives BAZNAS services in Cilegon City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to generalize the population from several samples so that conclusions can be made. The data sources for this research are informants from several communities as a result of the informants. Furthermore, the data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire distributed to the public. Then the results are analyzed descriptively (descriptive analysis) and then the results are interpreted through survey results in the form of tables or images. The results of research on the analysis of the level of conformity between the level of perception and preferences of Muslim tourists towards Cilegon City Baznas services show that the average level of conformity is 100%, which means very good. However, several aspects must be a priority in improving services to the community, namely the human resources aspect with the attribute "Responsive officers in responding to community needs" and the aspect of ease of information and speed of service with the attribute.
