The principal is a role model who must be able to improve the quality of the school in carrying out the student management function which includes students, teachers and school physics, in the management of student management it is the most important thing to make optimal student conditions so that schools have quality, student management, school principals have a very significant and very basic role, starting from the admission of new students, student development or self-development to the student graduation process. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the principal and teacher in student management at SDK Santa Maria Ratu Rosari Gianyar. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data were taken by means of interviews, observation and documentation studies. In this study, the subjects of this study were the principal, vice principal for curriculum and student affairs, as well as several students and teachers in the field of study and administrative staff at this school. Based on the results of research and data analysis and conclusions, it was found that; 1) the principal has a function that greatly influences the development of the school, both school progress, student achievement and student character development. The ongoing student management process is in accordance with the plans previously prepared by the school in accordance with technical instructions from the education office. 2. Student management management of SD Santa Maria Ratu Rosari Gianyar is managed by student teachers, classroom teachers and education staff who have been appointed by the principal with the principal as the person in charge. The management of student management itself begins with planning for new student admissions by adjusting the capacity previously adapted to existing infrastructure and existing teachers and education personnel, then admitting new students, organizing students, student orientation, student coaching and service, and student assessment.

Character education is one of the leading indicators for producing human beings who have character and act reasonably in a formal environment. Education can also be understood as human interaction activities between teachers and students to achieve educational goals. This study aims to explain the personality developed by educators in forming personality, especially the disciplinary character of students, starting from lesson planning, learning implementation, obstacles encountered, and efforts made by SMA Dwijendra Denpasar teachers. This research is qualitative descriptive research, where data is obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The collected data were analyzed using data reduction procedures, data presentation, and qualitative descriptions by conclusion. The results of the study show that the learning strategies of Hindu teachers in developing the discipline of students at SMA Dwijendra Denpasar are (1) The learning plans for Hindu teachers at SMA Dwijendra Denpasar include learning curriculum, syllabus, and learning implementation plans (RPP). (2) Classroom learning in developing the character of student discipline (preparatory activities, core activities, final learning activities) and strategies used in learning Hindu religious education (Exposition learning strategy and Cooperative Strategy type group investigation) methods used to carry out Hindu religious learning in the development of student discipline personalities. Learning methods include (habituation, demonstration, and learning task method). (3) The obstacles and efforts of Hindu religious teachers in growing and developing disciplinary actions for students include disciplinary violations (students are late for school, how to dress/uniform, not picket in class, do not do assignments from the teacher). Efforts to overcome these obstacles involve applying student discipline, excellence, motivation, and appreciation.

Social media is a popular tool for young people. Half the lives of young people are poured into social media. This is evidenced by statistical data that states that young people can spend a lot of time just to access social media. All kinds of affairs have shifted from conventional means to computerization. With the emergence of various kinds of limelight that exist on social media, young people are increasingly immersed in trends both positively and negatively. There are two general trends that young people make in social media, namely regarding privacy and the publication of posts on social media. This writing uses qualitative research methods using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation studies. The purpose of this study is to know the form of the phenomenon of publication and privacy of posts on social media for young people, and also to know the analysis of privacy and publication of social media posts among young people according to Herbert Blumer's Symbolic Interactionism. This type of research uses qualitative research methods using data collection techniques through literature studies to strengthen research arguments and interviews with five resource persons from young people with interview guide instruments and recording tools. The results of this study show strong reasons for choosing privatization, namely avoiding the curiosity of others, not everything must be published, knowing the limits to minimize crime seeds from irresponsible parties and preventing crimes such as account hacking, taking photos from social media for fraud.

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the legal force of Visum et Repertum and analyzing how the basic considerations of judges in deciding criminal cases of persecution in decision number: 221/Pid.B/2022/PN.Mtr. This is because in this decision the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 7 (seven) months reduced while the defendant was in detention to 5 (five) months and 10 (ten) days. According to the authors, the sentence was light enough considering that the victim did not only suffer immaterial losses in the form of pain due to the abuse but also suffered material losses which caused the victim to be unable to move for 1 (one) month and unable to carry out her job as a go-kart driver. The method used is a normative research method with legal material collection techniques through literature studies and documentation studies. Furthermore, using descriptive analysis by describing, analyzing, concluding and reporting the research results obtained. The theory used is the theory of evidence and relative theory. The results of the study show that Visum et Repertum has the same legal force as other evidence, but in making a decision the element of the Judge's belief is the most decisive thing about the guilt or innocence of the defendant with at least 2 (two) pieces of evidence as the basis for the Judge's consideration. Judge's consideration in decision Number: 221/Pid.B/2022/PN.Mtr. based on witness testimony, expert testimony, and documentary evidence in the form of the results of the Visum et Repertum examination stating that the victim was truly injured. The basis for the Visum et Repertum is Visum et Repertum Number: VER: Sket/Ver/324/XII/2021/Rumkit signed by the examining doctor, dr. Dyah Mayang Ramadhani.

Digital money has become a modern transaction tool used today in the form of a number of balances for buying and selling transactions. Apart from the ease of making transactions with digital money innovations, it is possible that errors may occur in sending the balance to the intended digital wallet. This research aims to determine the influence of display quality factors, system services, and information service factors in the process of topping up balances into digital wallets. This research method uses a quantitative method by collecting data using a questionnaire by distributing questions using Google Form tools to 200 respondents who use the BCA Mobile application in Indonesia. The research results obtained by carrying out the f square test illustrate that the Visual Quality factor has a very significant impact on errors in topping up balances to digital wallets, then the System services factor also has quite a significant impact on errors in topping up balances to digital wallets, and on the factors Information quality does not have a significant impact on errors in filling in balances to digital wallets.

Mangkang Market in Semarang City is a market with high economic activity. Mangkang Market is located on the pantura road that connects Semarang City with Kendal Regency, so it has high mobility, potentially causing noise and PM 2.5 air pollution in settlements around the market. Market activities also have the potential for water pollution in Kali Bakti. This study aims to determine the level of environmental pollution of settlements living around Mangkang Market. For this purpose, noise measurements, PM 2.5 air quality and water conditions in Kali Bakti were conducted. Measurement of surface water by taking water samples in Kali Bakti was carried out to measure the level of drainage water quality which is a place for domestic wastewater disposal. The water condition in Kali Bakti was measured in the laboratory of Semarang City Environmental Agency. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach by categorizing based on class or level. The result of noise measurement using Sound Level meter and formula is that the settlement noise is included in the low level of 52.4 dB from the standard 55 dB. While the measurement of PM 2.5 air quality is included in the high pollution category, namely 27 µg / Nm3, from the standard standard of 25 µg / Nm3 based on WHO. And laboratory checks of water in Kali Bakti are included in the medium level of pollution, namely IPj 2,151370942.

The education or teaching and learning process must still be carried out during a pandemic; this condition requires a strategy and the media platform's role to support the teaching and learning process, especially at Harapan Nusantara High School Denpasar. This study aims to reveal the part of the media platform during a pandemic to support the teaching and learning process at Harapan Nusantara High School Denpasar. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection methods include literature studies, direct observation, and interviews. The collected data were then analyzed using data triangulation techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the findings in the study, it can be concluded: 1). The media platform's role during the pandemic was constructive and facilitated the process of teaching and learning activities both from the side of educators and students. 2) The advantage of the media platform is that it provides access to teaching and learning processes even during a pandemic; a pandemic is not an excuse not to study or not go to school. 3) The weakness of the media platform is monitoring the honesty of students in doing evaluations, following the process of teaching and learning activities cannot be controlled, and another weakness is the network which could be more stable.

Tourism has great potential to provide economic benefits to society, but can also cause environmental and social damage if not managed properly. Overcoming this requires implementing the concept of sustainable tourism. That is what Pawon Luwak Coffee Borobudur has done as an educational tourism-based coffee shop. Its existence has served as an example of an industry that provides coffee and shares knowledge by directly inviting people to see the process of making it. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to explore in depth the process of managing a coffee shop based on educational tourism that has been implemented. The results and discussion in this research found that the educational tourism-based coffee shop management process has been implemented. Through detailed explanations by employees, they also act as tour guides to invite visitors to experience and gain knowledge about the process of making drinkable Luwak coffee. The management of the Pawon Luwak Coffee coffee shop based on educational tourism has the advantage of providing high quality Luwak coffee and providing a unique experience for visitors to see the process firsthand. Then the development of attractive educational programs requires improvements, such as collaborating with local communities in terms of production, environmentally friendly operations, employee skills development training, as well as evaluating sustainable practices that can be adopted. Managing a Luwak coffee shop based on sustainable educational tourism can provide economic benefits, promote environmental awareness, social networking, and become a positive example for the coffee industry as an alternative tourism in Indonesia. Based on the three pillars of sustainability, namely environmental, social and economic, it can be concluded that this coffee shop has become a positive example for the coffee industry as part of tourism in Indonesia.

Education is one very important aspect in educational life as a human effort to develop their personality in accordance with the values that exist in society and culture in order to improve one's quality and be able to develop one's potential. As a reference for prospective teachers to conduct direct research in real situations, both in teaching activities and other teacher duties in accordance with national/institutional education standards, and to form children who are suputra (good, wise), sadha (religious/faithful), and gunawan (intelligent, skilled) in accordance with the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha. This research aims to: (1) Find out how the teaching of Hindu Religion and Moral Character is taught at Taman Tirta Elementary School, (2) Find out what the obstacles are in implementing the Tri Kaya Parisudha teachings in learning Hindu Religion and Character Education at Taman Tirta Elementary School, (3) Find out how Efforts made to face obstacles in implementing the Tri Kaya Parisudha teachings in teaching Hindu Religion and Character education at Taman Tirta Elementary School. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data that has been collected is analyzed using the Qualitative Descriptive analysis method with reduction steps, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) Learning the Tri Kaya Parisudha and Good Character at Taman Tirta Elementary School is divided into: Planning, Implementation and Evaluation (2) Obstacles to Learning the Tri Kaya Parisudha and Good Character at Taman Tirta Elementary School, namely: Environmental constraints, Constraints from parties teachers and obstacles on the part of students, (3) Efforts in dealing with obstacles in learning Tri Kaya Parisudha and Characteristics at Taman Tirta Elementary School are divided into three, namely: Providing relief in learning, preventing levels of frustration from arising, instilling the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha.
