<![CDATA[Multicultural education responds to ethnic, social, and cultural conflicts with a focus on values of mutual respect, sincerity, and tolerance. In Indonesia, which is rich in diversity, challenges such as corruption and violence threaten social harmony. Religious education often exacerbates conflicts with its exclusive approach, when it should strengthen universal morality and inclusive understanding. Multicultural education in educational institutions should instill values of peace and pluralism so that students understand and appreciate religious diversity. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies to understand the values of multicultural education in Hinduism, especially in the Niti Sataka scripture. Sociological and anthropological approaches are used to analyze individual interactions in the context of religion and culture, as well as social practices in the holistic context of human culture. Multicultural education integrates diverse cultures and values to create equality in education and appreciate ethnic diversity. The goal of multicultural education in Indonesia is to develop awareness of cultural diversity and strengthen positive attitudes towards diversity, with Hindu religious education emphasizing caring values aligned with multicultural education. The Niti Sataka scripture highlights awareness of ignorance, wisdom, and other values that support peaceful living. Multicultural education aims to acknowledge student diversity, promote positive attitudes towards differences, and assist in the development of social skills and cross-cultural understanding.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of technology in education has become an increasingly relevant topic and has gained attention in recent years. With the advancement of information and communication technology, education has undergone significant transformation, enabling the adoption of various technological tools and applications to enhance the effectiveness of learning. This study aims to investigate the impact of technology use in education, the challenges faced, and efforts to overcome these challenges. Through literature review, this research also aims to analyze various technology-supported learning models and how their implementation can enrich students' learning experiences. This study uses a literature review method to gather information from various literature sources related to the use of technology in education. Data are analyzed qualitatively to identify relevant trends, challenges, and solutions in the context of technology use in learning. The use of technology in education has a significant impact on improving the effectiveness of learning and enriching students' learning experiences. However, there are challenges that need to be addressed, such as technology accessibility gaps, the quality of learning content, teacher technology skills, and institutional support. By overcoming these challenges and effectively harnessing the potential of technology, education can continue to evolve towards an inclusive, innovative, and technology-oriented learning environment, thus helping to create a generation better prepared to face future challenges and strengthen the learning foundation for a more advanced society.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of beach tourism has become an alternative for marine tourism. This research seeks to reveal this, as an added value based on the ecosystem of the coastal area of Karang Jahe Beach which has unique characteristics, biodiversity, human resources that have high productivity, the attractiveness of beautiful landscapes, and the availability of various services which are one of the main drivers of activities. Intensive development is being carried out at this tourist attraction. This research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources coming from interviews with visitors and tourism managers. Apart from that, it is supported by observation results and documentation to crosscheck interview data. Secondary data sources come from scientific journals which can be accessed online. The data was analyzed using the 4A concept (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities and Activities) to be used as an indicator that the object is worthy of being called sustainable tourism. The research results found evidence that supports the existence of the Karang Jahe Beach tourist attraction as part of sustainable tourism by fulfilling the supporting elements of attractions, accessibility, amenities and activities at the tourist attraction. The management of the Karang Jahe Beach tourist attraction deserves to be designated as marine ecotourism which is guided by the concept of sustainable tourism development. This can be seen from the community's participation in managing these tourist attractions while still paying attention to the natural ecosystem. Management is by developing tourism support facilities, natural beauty of beaches, and empowering management resources. In this way, tourism management has an economic impact while maintaining the natural ecosystem around the coast.]]>

<![CDATA[The public's main complaint about public services provided by government officials is that they often do not comply with established procedures, even though there are minimum service standards. This problem highlights the challenges in government implementation. This research discusses efforts to reconstruct government bureaucracy and public services in the context of moving towards Yogyakarta's privileges. This research method is normative juridical by exploring the legal norms that regulate the government sector and public services in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Research involves identifying relevant legal sources, which include laws, government regulations, and constitutional documents which are then related to bureaucracy and public services. Next, an in-depth analysis of the content of these legal norms was carried out, with a focus on compliance and conformity with the concept of Yogyakarta exceptionalism. This research also carries out comparisons between various legal norms, looking for any inconsistencies that may exist. The research results revealed several key findings. First, it was found that several legal norms needed to be revised or updated to better support the unique vision of Yogyakarta, especially in relation to reform in the bureaucracy and improvements to public services. Second, this research builds a good basis for understanding potential conflicts or obstacles that may arise in the implementation of bureaucratic reconstruction and public services in Yogyakarta. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations to the government and relevant stakeholders to take concrete steps to support efforts towards making Yogyakarta unique. These recommendations involve policy updates, increased coordination between government agencies, and improved communication with the public. This article makes an important contribution in the context of understanding law and policy related to the reconstruction of bureaucracy and public services in Yogyakarta, as well as its relevance to the vision of Yogyakarta's special features.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which hotels in Yogyakarta use modern technological devices for more profitable, effective and efficient hotel operations, and at the same time leading to smart tourism. The research was conducted between 2022. In this research, only 4 star hotels and 5 star hotels were selected in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population of 4 star and 5 star hotels is 46 hotels. Using the standard method for determining the number of samples, the number of samples for this research has been calculated as 14 hotels consisting of 7 5 star hotels and 7 4 star hotels. Sampling for questionnaire data was carried out on guests staying at these 14 hotels. Using the Raosoft method, the sample size for this research was 214 respondents. It is assumed, that the use of technology has a positive influence on hotel services, but only as a way to make better services provided by employees (assuming that they are trained and motivated to use it) and that technology cannot and should not replace the human factor. From the results obtained, almost all hotels studied all use the latest technological devices and there is a strong correlation between convenience and usefulness and satisfaction in using technological devices in hotels. The results of the smartPLS bootstrapping analysis state that the alternative hypothesis is accepted or rejects the null hypothesis, in other words it can be stated that there is a significant relationship both individually and jointly between the ease and usefulness of using modern technology in hotels and guest satisfaction in using modern technology in hotels.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore and analyze the application of creative concepts at the 33rd Ilusman 3 Medan reunion event in 2023. This research method involves a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. This research also involves analysis of documentation and direct observation of the reunion event that has been carried out. The results showed that the application of creative concepts in the 33rd Ilusman 3 Medan event in 2023 contributed positively to the diversity and creativity of the event. A more memorable and satisfying experience, with more dynamic visual aspects, content presentation, and reunion atmosphere. The application of creative concepts also strengthens the emotional and nostalgic bond of participants to the alma mater or alumni group of SMA Negeri 3 Medan, which is fully supported by live streaming on Youtube and Zoom Meetings. Thus the interaction between participants becomes more in-depth and active participation in creative activities takes place. In addition, creative concepts poured both offline or on the stage and online or into live streaming also create a positive impact on the image and identity of the reunion organizers, creating an impression of professionalism and innovation towards the response of modern dynamics that lead to the development of digital technology. By utilizing creative elements. The creative elements implemented have gone through the stages of the design process and neat infrastructure design. Thus the reunion event can be more dynamic, relevant, and able to create a unique and memorable experience for the participants. The results showed that using creative aspects visually can create an evocative atmosphere during the event. In addition, the creative aspects applied in live streaming can certainly increase the attractiveness of an event.]]>

With just one hand, you can now get information quickly, regardless of distance and time. Social media has actually been around for a long time, but now it has become more advanced and there are many social media options that can be chosen and accessed. However, social media also has a negative impact due to misuse of social media. We can suppress the negative influence of social media abuse by upholding our belief in God Almighty. To prevent the negative influence of social media abuse among society, it is necessary to strengthen and increase Sradha and Bhakti so that they are in accordance with the teachings of Hinduism. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This social media can be used as a means of modern communication technology, Sradha and Bhakti in Hindu religious teachings can also be applied in preventing misuse of social media and can also be applied in the modern era like today. One religious teaching that can be used to prevent misuse of social media is by applying the teachings of Catur Marga Yoga, which is the path to God. One of the teachings of Bhakti Marga is the path to God with our devotion to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. Apart from that, it can also be applied by applying the teachings of Nawa Widha Bhakti or nine ways to show devotion to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. Thus, through the application of Sradha and Bhakti it can be used as a way to prevent misuse of social media.]]>

<![CDATA[The relationship between social media marketing, destination image and interest in visiting is very important in the tourism industry. Social media marketing can help create and maintain a positive destination image, which in turn will influence potential tourists' interest in visiting. This research aims to investigate the influence of two key factors, namely social media marketing and Destination Image, on visitors' interest in visiting the Bogor Botanical Gardens. This research uses a quantitative approach to measure the impact of these variables on visitor interest. This research uses quantitative methods with survey techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. The research sample was chosen randomly, and the total number of respondents involved was around 300 people. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test using SmartPLS. The results of data analysis show that social media marketing has a significant positive influence on interest in visiting the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Apart from that, Destination Image also has a significant positive influence on interest in visiting. Furthermore, this research shows that there is an interaction between social media marketing and destination image, meaning that the combination of the two can increase visitor interest more than either factor could produce individually. The results of this research show that social media marketing and destination image have a significant role in influencing visitors' interest in visiting the Bogor Botanical Gardens. In conclusion, the management of the Bogor Botanical Gardens and related parties can utilize social media marketing to promote this destination more effectively. Apart from that, efforts to improve the destination's image can also support increased visitor interest.]]>

<![CDATA[Candirejo Tourism Village is one of the villages that is well aware of its potential and packaged as one of the supporting attractions in the Borobudur Temple area. After its development as a tourist village, an analysis is needed to see the impacts caused by tourism activities, both positive and negative impacts. The impact of tourism requires some monitoring to protect the community's right to obtain welfare, as well as to ensure the long-term viability of tourism products. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the development of the tourism sector in the Candirejo Tourism Village with economic, socio-cultural, environmental aspects and its impact on the local community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using an depth interview method and is supported through various related literature sources. The purposive sampling technique was used to determine respondents or sources, namely the management of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative, which plays a role in tourism development in Candirejo Tourism Village. The results of the research and discussion show that the life of the Candirejo tourism village community has improved economically, has increased social interaction with tourists or visitors, and the natural environment is still maintained, because of high public awareness supported by the behaviour of tourists who are aware of environmental cleanliness. The conclusion of this research is that tourism activities that take place in Candirejo tourism village provide more positive developments in the aspects of the socio-cultural life of the community, economic improvement, and environmental sustainability.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the role of accommodation facilities in influencing tourists' interest in visiting Widodaren Beach. The results of the findings will certainly be used as additional in-depth insight into how to improve the tourism industry at Widodaren Beach. This research is quantitative research with variable X being accommodation. Meanwhile, variable Y is interest in visiting. The population in this data analysis is all visitors who visit this tourist attraction. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling or convenience sampling, which means that all visitors or anyone the researcher meets during observation are used as samples until the minimum criteria are met, namely 30 respondents. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant relationship between accommodation quality and interest in visiting Widodaren Beach. If the quality of accommodation improves, it will also increase visitor interest in Widodaren Beach, Yogyakarta. Thus, efforts are needed from the management and local government to improve accommodation facilities at this tourist attraction.]]>
