Abstract

This study aims to discuss how the concept of rububiyyah in the perspective of the Koran. The discussion departed from the background of the concept that the scholars had conveyed various views. This study refers to the opinion expressed by Quraish Shihab which is the essence of the opinion of the scholars that the root word "Allah" is Aliha Ya'lahu which is calm, because when with Him the heart becomes calm. Or in another sense that is "menunju" and "begging for", since all beings rely on Him and to Him all beings beg for. The stage of concept formulation is taken from the series of revelation by revelation. Then chronologically, the conception of the rububiyyah was formed with the confirmation of the revelations thereafter. The discussion here has significance in terms of formulation of limits, implementation, the concept of rububiyyah accurately in accordance with the verses of the Qur’an. Overall, the written concept of rububiyyah is not written literally in the Qur'an, but its meaning is implied in the verses revealed gradually. By its nature, the concept of rububiyyah includes the notion that God is the one who possesses and controls of everything. And finally, the concept of rububiyyah is as the Preserver of the universe and its manifestations are human attitudes in maintaining and managing the universe well, attitudes to increase spiritual values, and attitudes of determination for the happiness of life in the world and the hereafter

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of justice contained in the Qur'an. Allah Almighty as the "Most Just" (al-Adlu) has required the implementation of justice principles for humans. The study of justice is one of the central themes in intellectual studies and Islamic studies such as fiqh and hadith. In its discussion, justice is conveyed in two terms namely al-'adl and al-qisthu which both have identical textual meanings but there are differences in several aspects. The concept of justice is divided into 4 concepts, namely: fair in the sense of being equal, fair in the sense of being balanced, fair in the sense of considering and fulfilling one's rights, and fair in the sense attributed to Allah. The fundamental difference in the meaning of justice lies in the contextual aspects (legal issues and measurements). Furthermore, justice is someone's right distribution that have been agreed without any special tendency to certain parties. In its continuation, the application of justice can be formulated as welfare

Abstract

One of the miracles and blessings bestowed upon the prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH) is the revelation of Qur'an. Almighty Allah bestows the Quran to show his love and treatise (risālah) at the same time not only to the prophet, but also to the entire humanity. Treatise takes part as the guidance maintaining the correctness in the deed and faith of the human. However, the discussion in this exploration is being narrowed by having several questions in mind such as: (1) How the treatise is understood? (2) How the treatise is formed in the Qur'an? (3) What is the role of treatise in human life? The discussion makes it clear that the word Al-risālah appears ten times delivering the idea closely related to the prophets and messengers of Allah The Almighty. It is referring to the responsibility that Allah gives to His prophets and messengers. Also, they got rejection and denial when delivering the message from Allah especially from the leaders in the era. Further, the treatise from Allah The Almighty has already settled down and controlled the way of human living in this world.

Abstract

Since a baby born, all kinds of human being are supposed to carry trust bestowed upon every single of them. The values of trust are revealed from the Quran conceptualized within two key points of trust as in Al-risalat and Al-Amanat. This study discusses the definition of trust as the terminology from various perspectives. The word of is defined lexically as calm and not afraid. However, the other translation openly expresses as loyalty, sincerity, trust (tsiqah) or honesty. Nevertheless, in broader understanding, the terminology refers to the righful person who remains morally responsible for their life narration. The method used inthis interpretation approach is maudhu'iy (thematic) as the focus of the study in this discussion. Based on the previous background, the formulation of the main problem being studied is, how trust is reviewed in the Qur'an through the maudhu'iy interpretation approach. The limitations of the problems examined in this discussion are about the trust understanding, the editorial of related verses, the concepts of trust according to the Qur'an. Values of trust in Quran are conclusively established as: (1) human responsibility to God, (2) human responsibility to each other, and (3) human responsibility to himself. Some of the verses from Qur'an are taken into account as the reference. It is clear that the importance of trust associated with the matter of urgency in human life, the religious appeal, the broader scope in life.

Abstract

This paper describes the educational thought about Islam Ibn Maskawaih. Although Ibn Maskawaih is an expert on the philosophy of morals, but it turns out that if traced further, he also had a brilliant thinking in the field of education, particularly in the field of Islamic education. It is evident that his philosophycal ideas that introduces in Islamic education are the reference of Muslim and Western scientists. The educational concept of Ibn Maskawaih related to the purpose of education which makes the capability of inner attitude to spontaneously give birth to all deeds of good-value. Thus thorough perfection and true happiness (assa’adah ) of human life are achieved. By using the library's analysis of this paper explains about the biography of Ibn Maskawaih, his works, the concept of the human being and ethics and the concept of education according to Ibn Maskawaih.

Abstract

In this modern age there have been many developments that have renewed the order of society in philosophizing including the way reacting to the morals philosophy. It soon becomes obvious that all sosial behaviors are developed out of the original trend. Basically, the ethical values of religion were from revelation, so the Islamic morals philosophy is not somewhat debatable point. Yet, this article puts forward the idea of Islamization of the philosophy of ethics by Muslims in the dynamics of the changing phenomena of the age. Some areas confirmed in this study are (1) problem formulation of the concepts or epistemology of ethics or morality; (2) the extend of developments and concepts of contemporary ethics; (3) position and response of the moral philosophy in contemporary ethical thinking. From some of the explanations and references, it can be concluded that morals are the manifest (outer)of behavior (verbal or deed) and the motivational encouragement of spiritual images (inner). However, terms of ethics relate to value system, a collection of principles or moral values (code of ethics), the knowledge of good or bad. By exploring the broad sources of ethics, it becomes clear that some problems with contemporary ethics appears in two levels namely global (sosial injustice, terrorism and threats, value-free action that sacrifices innocent people, ecological issues and sustainable development) and local level (high rate of corruption crimes, weakening the sense of humanity). As the morals philosophy falls into two major opinions (obedience to God's commands is subjective and the other is objective), the exploration in this occasion reflects the use of morals philosophy based on the normative understanding described in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Nowadays, we can see in various media, especially on television, that there are lots of news about some artists who decided to change their appearance in a more religious direction, some decided to wear hijab and some let their beards grow, the changing of appearance is not without rhyme or effect. That is quite interesting to be reviewed the reason they emigrated. Some examples of artists who decide to emigrate include Teuku Wisnu, Fenita Arie, Laudya Cintya Bella and others. The average reason for them is a spiritual experience that they experience so as to create awareness in the heart. Departing from this problem, it is associated with one of the branches of the fourth school of psychology, transpersonal psychology. According to Davis, transpersonal psychology is between psychology and spiritual experience. Hence from this it is necessary to examine the phenomenon of migrating artists with transpersonal psychology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes through the learning model of the Contextual Teaching and Learning of Constructivist Type in class XI MIA I South Konawe 3 High School, Laeya sub-district, South Konawe district. The results of the study indicate that the learning model of Contextual Teaching and Constructivist Learning Types can improve student learning outcomes. The implementation of the first cycle obtained an average value of student learning outcomes of 74.88 or 76% of students who obtained a value of ≥65, so that it was continued in the second cycle. The implementation of the second cycle was obtained by the average learning outcomes of students getting a value of 77 or 84% of students who obtained a value of ≥65. By looking at the test results in the second cycle, this study was carried out only until the second cycle because the indicators of success of this study were achieved and improved learning outcomes in each cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cognitive development achieved in grade IV elementary school (SD/MI) children at the State 1 Madrasah in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The form of research used is qualitative research. The results showed that the cognitive development of children in grade IV of elementary school was in the concrete operational stage (10 years). At this stage, the child has begun to be able to think logically, rationally and objectively, but towards concrete objects. In addition, in elementary school the cognitive development of children is at the stage of thinking, such as the ability to remember, reason, beride, imagine and creativity. Then also can imagine by making works such as poetry and poems. Children who have cognitive development have high levels of intelligence. This evidenced from reports on student learning outcomes from grades I-IV. Also has a good focus and activity during the learning process.Based on the results of interviews with the children studied, it turns out that children who have achieved cognitive development can provide answers related to their dreams in the future. As for the things that support cognitive development achieved by children are genetic and environmental factors.The results showed that these two factors greatly influenced the cognitive development of children. The child studied by the researcher turned out to be one of the children whose parents were one of the lecturers and caregivers of the Islamic boarding school.In addition, the environmental influence of peers and the home environment is very influential. The children studied always study together with children who are in boarding schools. Besides that, he also often invited by his parents to perform poetry at an Islamic cafe in Yogyakarta

Abstract

This article departs from Hurlock volume 1 edition 6, stating that children who have a proportion of fat and heavy bodies have a high level of intelligence. However, the facts on the ground found that some children who had thin and long bones had good intelligence and motor power compared to other students. The subjects in this study had good fine motor skills and gross motor skills. The child has the skills to connect the dots correctly. This ability is in line with its ability to mix and match the color of the image, then adjust one image to another in the sticking activity, neat cutting ability. In this case it is influenced by the good factor of parenting and does not put pressure on the education process. In line with that, the nutrition received by children is well regulated and maintained in order to get nutritious food intake, and is also influenced by the school environment and in the community that supports the child's development process.
