Abstract

Tantangan pembangunan sanitasi di Indonesia adalah sosial budaya dan perilaku masyarakat yang masih ditemukan dalam membuang air besar sembarangan. Berdasarkan Hasil Studi Indonesia Sanitation Sector Development Program tahun 2006, masyarakat Indonesia yang berperilaku buang air besar sembarangan sebesar 48%. Selain itu, perilaku BABS ini sudah menjadi kebiasaan atau habit dikalangan masyarakat Cipinang. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi akibat rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai pola hidup sehat dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai dampak dari prilaku BABS yang dilakukan. Sosialisasi bahaya buang air besar sembarangan ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan diri dan lingkungan dengan tidak melakukan BABS. Sasaran dari sosialisasi ini adalah masyarakat desa Cipinang, dengan pertimbangan di Desa Cipinang masih banyak masyarakat yang melakukan BABS dan tidak memiliki jamban sebagai sarana sanitasi mereka

Abstract

Aktivitas perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) harus dilakukan dalam upaya menghadapi persaingan bisnis. Karyawan memegang peranan penting dalam upaya melakukan aktivitas perbaikan berkelanjutan tersebut. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam upaya mempersiapkan karyawan dalam mengenalkan konsep dan implementasi Quality Control Circle (QCC). Pelatihan QCC diselenggarakan di sebuah perusahaan yang berlokasi di kawasan industri Gajah Tunggal Tangerang yang diikuti oleh 22 karyawan yang berasal dari 17 departemen/bagian yang berbeda. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi dan tanya jawab. Dengan dukungan yang baik dari pihak manajemen dan departemen yang ada di perusahaan tersebut serta antusiasme dari peserta yang baik sehingga pelatihan pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar dan efektif. Hasil pre test dan post test menunjukkan bahwa dengan pelatihan QCC ada peningkatan pemahaman Quality Control Circle sebagai aktivitas perbaikan berkelanjutan sebesar 16,8%.

Abstract

This paper is about the implementation of the idea of Food Fusion in the field in the form of Community Service for a village named Curug Wetan. The purpose of the paper is to essentially document the efforts of the team as the task is being done and the methods that have been implemented by the team to make sure that the operation runs smoothly. This paper is also to convey the feelings of the team on the products that have been made but will mostly focus on the operations of the event that took place rather than the products. The event was to show the people of Curug Wetan village the methods in making two out of the four types of Xiao Long Bao which were the Soto Betawi variant and the Soto Lamongan. The reason being is that those two products have been some of the better performing of the four when it came to the testing from Panelists. As Curug Wetan seemed to have trouble advertising their brands outside of the village (Jeklin, 2016) so the team made the decision that the creation of a new variant of an existing and established food can be a driving force for people to start something new and to expand their businesses even if it’s a tiny bit.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak kepada tiga sektor, yaitu kesehatan, ekonomi, dan sosial. Pada sektor ekonomi khususnya, terjadi beberapa hal seperti munculnya pengangguran, kemiskinan, serta banyaknya perusahaan yang memberhentikan operasionalnya. Salah satu industri yang terdampak secara ekonomi akibat COVID-19 adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pada krisis tahun 1998 dan 2008, Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) bisa diandalkan untuk menjadi penyangga atau penyelamat dari krisis ekonomi Indonesia. Namun, pada 2020, justru UMK yang terpukul dan rentan. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia kini sedang menghadapi dua krisis. Selain krisis kesehatan akibat pandemi Covid-19, UMKM juga menghadapi resesi ekonomi yang kini dialami oleh Indonesia, dampak dari wabah Covid-19. Pengusaha nasional, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno mengatakan, dua krisis itu menimbulkan kerugian bagi pelaku usaha, termasuk UMKM. Namun, ia mengimbau pelaku UMKM untuk tetap bersemangat dan menjadikan krisis sebagai momentum untuk menempa diri.

Abstract

Perkembangan kewirausahaan ,memang sangat didukung oleh pemerintah . Apalgi lapangan pekerjaan sekarang semakin sempit , diikuti jumlah kelahiran yang semakin tinggi .Disatu sisi hal ini menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam bidang Keluarga Berencana dimana kesehatan dan kesempatan untuk hidup sehat sejahtera menjadi tujuan yang utama. Namun disisi lain persaingan dunia usaha jyga semakin ketat.Apalagi bagi pedagang kaki lima , persaingan dalam memasarkan dagangannya tidak lagi sebatas gencarnya pemasaran yang dilakukan baik itu jenis dagangan , harga ,tapi penentuan lokasi sangat menentukan kelangsungan hidup pedagangang ini. Oleh karena itu pemberian penyuluhan tentang penentuan lokasi bagi pedagang angkringan ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh pedagang . Tidak hanya tempat yang ramai ,yang banyak dilalui oleh calon pembeli,tapi disini juga penentuan lokasi yang nyaman , tempat duduk yang luas ,tempat parker yang memadai juga merupakan factor yang menentukan konsumen untuk menetapkan pilihan dalam menentukan tempat nongkrong dan melepaskan kepenatan .

Abstract

With the development of increasingly advanced technology today, it is undeniable that information technology and computers are one of the most basic human needs, the use of computers today can be done routinely for important tasks involving large amounts of data in a company, help every job in the field of computerization in the world of industry, education, sports, health and so on (Maimunah et al., 2017)Some MSMEs have used computer processes for financial management, such as filing, calculating, and making reports, so it doesn't take a long time. So far, MSMEs in using computers is only limited to typing activities. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the potential for MSME actors, for example in providing financial reports. Microsoft Excel training for residents of Tanjung Duren Utara can provide new benefits for participating actors in filing, calculating, and managing financial reports. Automatic calculations can increase the effectiveness of the performance of MSME actors in making financial report recaps.The existence of this community service is to provide management training using Microsoft Excel. So we hope that with this training, it will be a start to find out and make a profit and loss report quickly on the business being run so that it can increase business turnover. This training activity, it is held Virtually through the Zoom Meeting Application. With this socialization, it is hoped that MSME actors can make reports quickly and validly so that they can increase their business turnover.

Abstract

Community Service is one of the tri dharmas of higher education that can be aimed at increasing a sense of concern for the community by sharing knowledge and skills. The objectives of this Community Service activity are: (1) providing training on Sambal Hiyung marketing (2) providing education about marketing through social media (3) building collaboration between the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University and the SML UMKM Center (4) carrying out one of the functions Tri Dharma higher education, especially in the field of Community Service. Therefore, the Community Service team carried out training activities to provide training on Sambal Hiyung marketing in the form of online workshops to a number of SML MSME Center business actors digitally, based on the problems faced by SML MSME Center business actors who needed new products to increase their income by opening the opportunity to become a reseller. It is hoped that this activity can be useful for MSME Center business.
