Abstract

This study aims to describe the cultivation of the thought that women are considered inferior in position to men is at the root of the problem of gender inequality that still occurs today, not only in Indonesia but also around the world, to erode the thinking of a society that has been firmly entrenched, it takes a thorough effort from various sides, including religion. This study uses data collection tools from articles on Google Scholar and google.com. The method of delivering material in this activity is through Zoom Meetings with students at one of the universities in Tangerang. Gender equality from the perspective of Islamic teachings, men and women already have their innate nature and character since birth that is different both physically and psychologically, with such differences that do not mean that according to Islam men are superior or inferior to women but only show the existence of different forms of phishing and psychic or character, as well as their rights that should be the same as men but in reality women many are limited to their rights in society. This research shows that gender equality and woman's rights intelligence is very important to implement because it contains religious character value-based character education.

Abstract

Masyarakat madani merupakan masyarakat berperadaban, memiliki kebebasan untuk menunjukan invovasi, kreasi, serta dinamika secara baik, memiliki etos kerja yang baik, mandiri, sejahtera dalam susunan keadilan serta atas dasar iman dan taqwa . Memelihara kerukunan hidup umat beragama tidaklah berarti mempertahakan status quo sehingga menghambat kemajuan masing-masing agama. Kerukunan itu harus dilihat dalam konteks perkembangan masyarakat yang dinamis, yang menghadapi beraneka tantangan dan persoalan.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan arahan dan mewujudkan generasi muda yang taat hukum dan agama dan mampu menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai hukum dan agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi pada kegiatan ini adalah zoom meeting melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Simpulan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran generasi muda islam mentaati hukum yang dibuat oleh pencipta manusia memang harus bersumber dari Al-qur’an itulah yang menghantarkan generasi muda untuk menikmati kesejahteraan, ketenteraman kedamaian dan sejumlah istilah lainnya yang semuanya berintikan keadilan. Dan upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk menegakkan hukum Islam dalam praktek generasi muda harus melalui proses yaitu proses dakwahdan proses kultural. Apabila Islam memasyarakat, maka sebagai konsekuensinya hukum harus ditegakkan. Sementara itu fungsi profetik agama adalah menghilangkan klasifikasi sosial tertentu yang mengakibatkan kebal terhadap hukum, membebaskan manusia dari berbagai sistem dan struktur yang melestarikan ketidakadilan.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to create a young generation, especially students who have good morals, as their role as a 'moral force' in social life. The method of delivering material in this activity is a zoom meeting through lectures and discussions. This activity concludes that efforts to foster student morale can be taken through the implementation of learning contracts in lectures. The definition of a learning contract in this case is an agreement between lecturers and students about various things in lecture activities that will be carried out in one semester. This learning contract includes outward rules, rules of conduct, and rules of order that contain obligations, prohibitions, and sanctions for violations committed by students. Through the implementation of learning contracts in this lecture, students can also increase the moral foundation in their role as a 'moral force' in social life. Where the purpose of these activities is that students must provide the best moral example according to their intellectual level so that the people who follow are also able to become moral people.

Abstract

Bamboo crafts are in demand by foreigners abroad. Sukabumi Regency has bamboo handicrafts that are considered unique and of good quality. There are quite a lot of bamboo craftsmen, but they are constrained by the use of appropriate technology tools (TTG), so they cannot compete with other regions in terms of quality and quantity to be able to penetrate the Asian and European markets. When viewed from the ability of the artisans in Sukabumi Regency, they can make various types of crafts using bamboo materials, including making woven Bamboo. These are the obstacles and problems faced by partners in these limitations and products that are still lacking in the promotion and have not yet received a target market. Therefore, the Community Service team, lecturers at the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University, will hold training on marketing strategies in the use of bamboo creations as a source of life for hotel and culinary amenities in collaboration with the Sukabumi bamboo world to provide broad knowledge and insight to the community and bamboo artisans in Egrang Village, Cibiru. , Cicantayan Village, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency. The Community Service Team will train 20 participants on making and using bamboo creations for hotel and culinary amenities and marketing strategies for marketing bamboo creations. The method of community service used is through training in direct mentoring with participants in Sukabumi Regency. The results of this activity are expected to encourage the community to be more active in planting Bamboo, do reforestation with Bamboo, and making the hotel and culinary amenities from bamboo creations which are then sold and developed through the stages of the commercialization process with the application of a marketing mix which includes product development, pricing, distribution channels, and methods Campaign for bamboo products.

The purpose of this article aims to find out the crime of corruption and how to eradicate it. corruption eradication activities in Indonesia can overcome the problem of corruption which has become an obstacle in the development of the country and can harm the country. Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengedukasi di kalangan masyarakat terutama orang tua agar anak-anaknya terdidik dan tidak berlebihan dalam menggunakan teknologi lebih tepatnya menggunakan gadget. Karena saat ini sudah banyak sekali anak anak kecil bermain gadget berlebihan maka harus ada peran dari orang tua untuk mengawasi serta memberikan arahan yang benar dengan disertai nilai keagamaan seperti mengaji dan belajar tentang ilmu agama. karena mereka adalah bibit-bibit yang nantinya akan menghasilkan generasi yang lebih maju dengan teknologi dan didasari dengan nilai keagamaan. Metode penyampaian materi ini melalui zoom meeting dengan penyampaian ceramah dan diskusi. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengarahkan peran dari masyarakat agar lebih bijak dalam menggunakan iptek dan juga harus ada pondasi dengan nilai pendidikan agama agar hasilnya lebih bermanfaat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada para pemilik usaha olahan lele alumni Sekolah Kewirausahaan Bina Amanah Cordova tetang perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Para pengusaha olahan lele belum memiliki pemaahaman tentang cara perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang benar. Harga pokok produksi sangat diperlukan sebagai dasar perhitungan harga jual. sehingga pengeloan usaha dapat berjalan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan secara daring maupun luring yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab dan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan perhitangan harga pokok produksi olahan ikan lele, Terdapat 6 (enam) pengusaha ikan lele yang mengikuti kegiatan ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM telah memberikan pemahaman tentang penghitungan harga pokok produksi sederhana yang diperlukan oleh para pengusaha pemula olahan ikan lele. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang jenis-jenis biaya, perhitungan harga pokok produksi, dan penentuan harga jual, dari sebesar 20,83% peserta yang paham saat pretest menjadi 100% peserta yang paham saat posttest. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada para peserta PkM, terlihat bahwa secara umum peserta sangat puas dengan kegiatan PkM yang telah diselenggarakan.

Abstract

Community service is the implementation or application of science, technology, and cultural arts which is carried out directly to the community institutionally through scientific methodology as the dissemination of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and has a high responsibility in developing community capabilities. The purpose of carrying out this research is to determine the implementation of policies and the implementation of research and community service programs in each university. The research method applies quantitative and qualitative methods with descriptive techniques. The research sample is a student of STMIK Insan Pembangunan who was selected purposively. Data collection tools and techniques are guidelines for documentation studies, interviews, and focus group discussions. Primary data is taken from speakers in universities, while secondary data is a document regarding laws and regulations and previously related research.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui kegiatan bimbingan belajar dengan ini kami membimbing siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah dan mengajarkan siswa tentang materi yang belum dipahami ketika belajar disekolah. Kegiatan ini memberikan siswa untuk lebih semangat dalam mengerjakan tugas dengan baik dan tidak ada tugas yang terlewatkan karena ada yang membimbing. Selain itu, pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran di sekolah meningkat dengan adanya pengulangan bahan.
