Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Test and analyze whether Servant Leadership Style has an effect on loyalty, and will be answered through questionnaires distributed to respondents and then tested with several tests offered to determine the effect of these variables. 2) Test and analyze whether empowerment has an effect on loyalty, and will be answered by processing data by conducting several tests to determine the effect of these variables 3) Testing and analyzing whether Servant Leadership Style has an effect on loyalty through empowerment, and will be answered by processing respondent data through several The test is used to find out whether Servant Leadership Style has an effect on loyalty, or the empowerment variable has more influence on loyalty. The research method uses a quantitative approach that explores each variable and tests hypotheses using a structural equation model. The results showed that the overall hypothesis tested has a positive and significant value. Servant Leadership on Loyalty through empowerment has a fairly good value and can be said to have a positive and significant effect. This shows that the empowerment variable as an intervening variable can contribute to fostering loyalty to members.

Abstract

This research examines leadership in an Islamic perspective. Where several studies show the dynamics of leadership with employee motivation and discipline which often affect performance within organizational groups. As a leader, you should have a management style and method to achieve your goals. As an institution that is in the Islamic education environment, this research examines how leaders position themselves from various religious dimensions such as perspective, management methods and employee credibility in an Islamic education environment that is thick with religious culture. This study uses a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Islamic values in Al-Quran and Al-Hadisth as well as the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW become guidelines in managerial leadership that are able to create an Islamic culture that is thick with exemplary values, namely Shidiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah. The results of this research are expected to contribute to theoretical leadership in Islamic Education Institutions in the future.

Abstract

Some students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study programs students still have low pedagogical competence. It is deemed necessary to increase the pedagogical competence of prospective PAI teachers, one of which is by implementing a Moodle-based flipped classroom on microteaching. Specifically, this research focuses on 1) how is the implementation of the Moodle-based flipped classroom on microteaching in improving the pedagogical competence of prospective PAI teachers, 2) Describing the effect of the implementation of the Moodle-based flipped classroom on the pedagogical competence of prospective PAI teachers, and 3) Knowing student responses to the implementation of the flipped classroom Moodle-based on microteaching. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of Moodle-based flipped classroom on microteaching at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan is carried out with e-learning on the http://learning.iainpekalongan.ac.id/ page, 2) Based on the results of the t-test (paired sample test) that the value of t count = [-44,338] or 44,338 while the value of t table = 2.028 so that 44.338 > 2.028, and a Significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 so that 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the implementation of moodle-based flipped classrooms in microteaching courses on the pedagogical competence of prospective teachers, 3) Student responses to Microteaching courses are included in the category very positive, the Moodle LMS is included in the positive category, and the flipped classroom is included in the positive category.

Abstract

This article has used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research approach (case study) because it describes management or descriptive interpretation of the extracurricular management of muhadharah at Madrasah Aliyah Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang. The main data sources in this study were interview data with the Head of the Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, teachers and Muhadharah extracurricular coaches, and 18 student representatives from each class. The findings of this study are: Planning (Planning) extracurricular muhadharah is going well as seen by involving all components responsible for the stability of activities carried out to achieve madrasa objectives, such as by holding meetings, determining classes, schedules, materials, and so on. Coaches and teachers who function as human resources for extracurricular muhadharah activities can carry out their duties properly. The implementation (actuating) of extracurricular muhadharah activities shows that madrasa leaders/representatives are less proactive in providing motivation that can generate enthusiasm at work. Supervision (controlling) extracurricular muhadharah activities at Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang Madrasah Aliyah, this activity did not run optimally because the madrasa leadership did not formally request a written report on the activities carried out, and informally the leadership did not ask for an explanation verbally or directly on activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and describe the problems of teaching at SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study research type. The main data or key informants in this study were the main subjects of the study, namely the principal and teachers (PAI, Natural Sciences, Social Studies, and English) of 10 SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih concerned. The determination of respondents was based on teachers who were given teaching assignments not in accordance with their field of expertise and educational background. (determination of respondents and those studied). Secondary data or supporting data in this study include school principals, teachers, and documentation data. From the results of the study it was found that the problems of teaching teachers at SMPN 7 Prabumulih, teachers who were appointed to teach and were not in accordance with their areas of expertise encountered various problems in the process such as difficulty understanding the material, and students who also had difficulty absorbing explanations from the teacher, even though the school provided a strategy as an alternative to facilitate the teacher's task but still, as a necessity, a teacher is indeed required to harmonize between his field of expertise and his teaching duties.

Abstract

Every person constantly wishes and works toward attaining psychological well-being for themselves. It is necessary for the individual to be able to receive in order for them to acquire psychological well-being.  This research was carried out with the intention of having an in-depth discussion on the topic of growing well-being in self-confidence with psychological well-being in the student population of SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. In this study, a qualitative research design with a descriptive method was used, with participants observing, being interviewed, and documenting their experiences. Three kids from grade seven at SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan participated in this research as the study's subjects. In this work, the method of data analysis makes use of data analysis techniques created by Miles and Huberman. In this particular paradigm, analysis is comprised of the following steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. According to the findings of this study, a healthy level of self-confidence is associated with 1) the condition of students self-confidence a low self-confidence attitude, does not dare to express opinions, does not dare to ask questions when not understanding the lesson, hesitating when speaking in front of the class, and is silent when appointed by the teacher to come to the front of the class. 2) the condition of students' self-confidence has a high self-confidence attitude, do not dare to ask questions when not understanding the lesson, and ask questions when not understanding the lesson. 2) The role that BK teachers play in boosting their students' self-confidence starts with the development of information service programs, the clarification of each student's situation, and the provision of information on how to boost their students' self-esteem.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of guidance and counseling teachers (BK) in providing information services to develop honest behavior of students at SMP 6 Percut Sei Tuan. This research uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this study is primary data. The object in this study was 9 junior high school students grade VII. This research data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles and Huberman. Analysis in this model consists of data reduction, display data, and conclusion/verification. Data validity techniques are through source triangulation, data collection technique triangulation, time triangulation. The results in this study are 1). The application of information services provided to the nine students was quite effective because students could understand how to instill an honest attitude to themselves. 2). The role of guidance and counseling teachers (BK) in responding to dishonest behavior is to provide information services containing material about the value of an attitude of honesty assisted by media infocus and lectures. 3). The factors found from honest behavior in junior high school were 9 respondents who experienced problems with honesty such as cheating. The reasons given were that students reasoned that the exam time was too short, lack of interest in studying, underestimated lessons and exams, habitually cheated, and lacked confidence in their own answers

Abstract

This article aims to find out how to innovate lesson plans, implement learning, inhibiting and supporting factors for implementing learning as well as innovative use of media in implementing Islamic education teacher learning at MTs Nurul Khairiyah Deli Serdang. This type of research is qualitative, with descriptive analysis. The samples in this study were class VIII students of MTs Nurul Khairiyah Deli Serdang. Data collection tools using interviews, observation, and documentation. Analyzing the researcher uses two stages, namely data processing and data analysis. In terms of analyzing data, researchers also use two methods, namely pre-field analysis and field analysis. From the two methods, conclusions will be drawn from the results of the research conducted. The results showed that the learning method using a combination of several learning methods for one material in one meeting was seen as more effective and efficient in conveying the material. Choosing appropriate learning media and utilizing existing learning resources in Madrasahs and developing selected teaching materials can attract student learning interest. Existing media is accompanied by methods, and strategies that can help the selected media.

Abstract

Attitude is an individual's response to an object, whether positive or negative, influenced by personal judgment of the object. Attitude can be seen as an individual's way of responding to or reacting to something. The librarian's attitude is one of the important factors in the success of a library. A librarian with a good attitude will be able to provide better service to library users and help improve the quality of the library's collection. This study aims to identify the attitudes of librarians in interacting with the users of the Library of Islamic Integrated Teacher Training School Al-Ulum Medan. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. There are 3 sources used in this study, all of whom are users of the Library of Islamic Integrated Teacher Training School Al-Ulum. The results of this study indicate that the librarians of the Library of Islamic Integrated Teacher Training School Al-Ulum have a friendly, reliable, and attentive attitude in interacting with library users.

Abstract

Character education is present as a solution for the degradation of morals and morality where character education is designed by educators with the aim of forming characters who have good character and behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the religious character of students and discipline as well as the impact of character on student discipline attitudes at the State Primary School 2 Sungai Penuh. This type of research uses qualitative research and data collection techniques, namely observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study are that the formation of student discipline through religious activities at SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh is carried out by religious teachers, namely through worship practices such as prayer, ablution, the practice of memorizing short verses and reading prayers. While the impact of religious attitudes on students' discipline in SMP N 4 Sungai Penuh that the visible impact of students is the religious character of students through the practice of worship in religious subjects can be seen from changes in students' attitudes and behavior.
