Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the role of the community in infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, and to find out the factors that influence what factors influence the community's role in infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. . This research method approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 579 people with 85 samples. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample (census). The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data collected was then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS and percentages. The results of the research show that the recapitulation of infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage result of 70% in the good category, as well as the factors that influence infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage recapitulation result of 60 % in the good category.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the application of good governance principles to public services in Banua village, Bungin sub-district, Enrekang district, to determine supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of good governance principles to public services in Banua village, Bungin sub-district, Enrekang district. The population of this study was 194 heads of families in Banua village. The sample in this research was 66 heads of families, taken based on non-probability sampling techniques. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity, reliability and simple linear regression using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 application. The research results show that the implementation of Good Governance principles in Banua village is in the "good" category with results of 80%. Public services in Banua Village are in the "Good" category with a percentage result of 63%. The application of the principles of Good Governance to Public Services in Banua Village, Bungin District, Enrekang Regency is in the category with the "significant/influential" level, from the ANOVA test, the F count obtained is 19,725 with a significant level of 0.003, based on the t value > t table. or 3,012 ≥ 1.667 then H0 is rejected, meaning that the level of implementation of Good Governance Principles is significant/influences public services in Banua Village, Bungin District, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication model implemented by the Village Head in efforts to increase community participation in Timoreng Panua Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore how the Village Head applies an effective communication model to encourage community involvement in the village development process. The findings indicate that the communication carried out by the Village Head successfully involved various elements of the community and village government, contributing to increased community participation in development activities. However, community participation is still not optimal, especially in decision-making related to village development plans. This research is expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of more effective communication models to enhance community participation at the village level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of subsidized fertilizer and land area on the income of rice farmers in Aek Rau Hamlet, Simangumban Julu Village,District Simangumban, Nort Tapanuli Regency. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 87 rice farmers using rice farmers using the saturation point formula technique, because the population is less than 100, the number of samples in this research is taken absolutely from a population of 87 respondents. Based on the test subsilized fertilizer with tcount > ttable (4,095>1,988) with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05, then the land area variable obtained ttable > tcount (7,840> 1,988) with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05, thus it can be concluded that the variable subsidized fertilizer and land area partilially have a positive and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Aek Rau Hamlet, Simangumban Village, Julu Simangumban District, Nort Tapanuli Regency. The faitung value of 30,517 is greater than Eubal’s 3,11 with 0,000 < 0,05 indicating Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So, it can be concluded that the variables of subsidized fertilizer and land area together have a positive and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Aek Rau Hamlet, Simangumban Village, Julu, Simangumban District, North Tapanuli Regency. Coefficient of Determination (R2) = R2 X 100%, so that R2 = 0,421 or 42,1% of farmer income (dependent variable) can be explained by the variables subsidized fertilizer and land area. The remaining 57,9% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

Consumer dissatisfaction can also be a driving factor for Brand Switching. Dissatisfaction occurs as a consumer response to the evaluation of the perceived discrepancy between initial expectations before purchase and the actual performance of the product that is perceived after using the product in question. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation on brand switching behavior for Yamaha motorbike products to Honda motorbikes in the city of Medan. In this research, researchers used quantitative research. The number of samples that will be used in this research is 96 respondents who previously used Yamaha motorbike products and then switched to Honda motorbikes. This research uses simple regression analysis with data processing using SPSS 24 For Windows software. Based on the data processing results above, it can be seen that the t test results for the motivation variable (X) show a tcount value of 10.875 and a significance value of 0.000. Thus tcount>ttable (10.875>1.66) and the significance value at the α = 5% level is 0.000<0.05. So based on the partial hypothesis testing criteria, the first hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between motivation (X) on Brand Switching (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between fiscal mix policy and monetary policy in order to maintain macroeconomic stability as seen by monetary and fiscal indicators on macroeconomics. The method used is Vector Autoregression by completing assumption tests and estimates on the research variables tax, government spending, exchange rates, interest rates, money supply and gross domestic product. The time series research data for 2008-2022 is sourced from the World Bank with the results obtained that government spending is influenced by the amount of money in circulation and tax revenues, interest rates influence tax results, the amount of money flowing also influences exchange rate figures and gross domestic product has an influence. by exchange rates and taxes. Shows that monetary policy and fiscal policy have a mutually influential relationship on macroeconomic stability in Indonesia. With these two policies, they become a policy mix that can describe the economy in Indonesia, so that the use and implementation of fiscal and monetary policies must always be controlled efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the Influence of Transactional Leadership Style and Transformational Leadership Style on Work Motivation, and to find out the factors that affect the Work Motivation of Government Apparatus in Takkalasi Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The approach of this research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the population and sample in this study are village officials as many as 12 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data was then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS and percentages. The results of the study showed that the recapitulation of the Influence of Transactional Leadership Style in Takkalasi Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage result of 86% means that it is very influential in terms of employee rewards and exception management.

Abstract

In order to make sure that PT. BPR Surya Artha Utama Perseroda Surabaya complies with Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017, which is about sustainable finance, this study aims to evaluate how the company creates its sustainability reports. Data was gathered via in-depth interviews, document analysis, and direct observation; the research employs a qualitative approach, particularly a case study technique. The findings reveal that PT. BPR Surya Artha Utama has not fully integrated environmental sustainability reporting. There remains a gap in comprehensive mapping and reporting on environmental impacts such as waste management, energy use, and emission reduction efforts. These environmental aspects are crucial for comprehensive sustainability reporting as per GRI guidelines. In conclusion, PT. BPR Surya Artha Utama has shown significant progress in economic and social sustainability reporting in line with OJK Regulation No. 51/2017 and GRI guidelines. To achieve full compliance and enhance the quality of its sustainability reporting, the company needs to expand its reporting scope to include environmental aspects. These steps are essential to ensure that the resulting reports not only comply with regulations but also provide a clear and accurate portrayal of the company's overall sustainability performance.

Abstract

The development of the strategic environment raises threats that have implications for national defense, and the South China Sea (LCS) regional dispute has become a geopolitical and geostrategic terrain in the Southeast Asian region. The United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom initiated AUKUS to counter China's aggressive activities in the Indo-Pacific. Indonesia has its own orbit with national airspace (aerial intrusion) from foreign civilian and military aircraft entering without permission is considered to violate the country's sovereign territorial boundaries. This study reveals the role of defense diplomacy to increase trust between military elements (confidence building measure) to maintain airspace through the capabilities of the defense industry. Maintaining the country's sovereignty in the airspace is the main task of the Indonesia Air Force from potential threats of traditional, non-traditional, and a combination of the two types of threats (hybrid). The principle of Indonesia's foreign policy is free-active in interpreting the meaning of the terminology of state sovereignty. The role of Defense Diplomacy to Maintain Airspace for the Sovereignty of the State of Indonesia is inseparable from three forms, namely hard power (military), soft power (diplomacy), and smart power (policy) which prioritizes mastery of science and technology.

Abstract

Pancasila as the basis of the state of Indonesia has a fundamental role in shaping the character and direction of nation development, including in the context of law. This study examines the role of Pancasila as the philosophical foundation of national law and how its values are implemented in the Indonesia legal system. Using normative legal research methods with a conceptual approach, this study analyzes how Pancasila functions as the source of all legal sources that animate every legal product and its enforcement in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the implementation of Pancasila values can be seen in various aspects, including the process of forming laws, court decisions, and legal policies. However, the implementation of these values still faces challenges, such as diverse interpretations and inconsistencies in practice. To ensure that the law in Indonesia is not only legally valid but also morally high and in accordance with the culture of the community, it is important to continue to prioritize the values of Pancasila in every aspect of the legal system. Consistency in the application of Pancasila values will help form a just, prosperous, and united society. Thus, Pancasila can be a strong foundation in the development of a just and cultured national law.
