The aim of this research is to determine the quality of digital-based public services and the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Bulo village as well as the influence of digital-based service quality on the level of community satisfaction.The population in this study was 182 people and the sample was 64 people. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling. This type of research is Quantitative Associative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are measurement scale instruments, reliability testing and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 and a Likert Scale. The results of this research from the results of the questionnaire obtained a recapitulation of the service quality variable of 67% in the "Good" category. The recapitulation of the community satisfaction variable was 64% in the "Good" category. The influence between Service Quality and community satisfaction in Bulo Village is categorized as "Influential/Significant", from the ANOVA test the F count obtained is 2127.592 with a significance level of 0.000. This shows that the influence of the independent variables as a whole has a significant effect, and the probability is far above 0.05, overall partial t count (46,126) > t table (1,671) meaning that the quality of digital-based public services has a significant/influence on the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Village of 97.2%.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gunungsitoli Branch Pawnshop. The method used is an associative quantitative method and data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a sample of 30 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 23. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is indicated by the t-calculated value of the organizational culture variable (X1) which is greater than the t-table value (2.196 > 2.052) with a significance level of 0.00 < 0, 05. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is shown by the t-calculated value of the leadership variable (X2) being greater than the t-table value (6.741 > 2.052) with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneously, it was found that organizational culture and leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this was indicated by the F-count value being greater than the F-table value (31.889 > 3.35) with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) value obtained was 0.681, which means that organizational culture and leadership variables can explain employee performance variables by 68.1%, while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable. It is recommended to PT. Pegadaian Gunungsitoli Branch can encourage its employees to innovate and take the lead in taking risks at work.

This research aims to measure the influence of employee empowerment and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Mutiara Mukti Farma. The variables of this study are Employee Empowerment (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) to Employee Performance (Y). This study uses a type of survey research, with a quantitative research method. The sample of this study is employees working at PT Mutiara Mukti Farma with a total of 78 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to employees. Then the data was analyzed by validity and reality test, regression test, normality test, multicollinearity and heterogeneity test, F test and T test using the SPSS 27 application. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that Empowerment and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown by the t-count value (14.533) in the empowerment variable, (3.599) in the organizational commitment variable and the t-value in the table of (1.665) this shows that the t-count value > the table and the significant value < 0.05. The result of F is calculated as (111.513) and the value of Ftable is (3.12) and significant is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the Determination coefficient test were obtained at 0.695 which means that it is positively related to the dependent variable, Suggestions for companies that PT. Mutiara Mukti Farma can implement a more systematic and structured employee empowerment program. This can include skills training, greater delegation of responsibilities, and giving employees greater access to the resources and information they need to succeed in their jobs

This research aims to depict the accountability for preparing school work plans in state secondary and special education units in the Central Java Provincial Government. This research used qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the Education and Culture Service which is located at Jalan Pemuda No. 134, Semarang City. The data source was obtained and collected directly from informants at the Central Java Province Education and Culture Service. The selection of informants was carried out using snowball sampling. Data collection in this research was carried out by participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the implementation of the principle of school planning accountability is quite good, namely by providing information to stakeholders regarding school planning policies, policy targets that have been implemented in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the school as well as assessment or evaluation of each planning activity carried out as material. consideration and decision making.

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the conversion of agricultural land into housing in Sidenreng Rappang district. The type of research used is quantitative methods. The population used in this research are farmers and developers or housing managers with a sample size of 32 respondents. Data collection was carried out using data primary, namely interview techniques, questionnaires, and observations. Secondary data collection was obtained from various sources such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and journals. The results of the research show that the analysis of factors that influence the conversion of agricultural land into housing in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely External Factors, Internal factors and policy factors have a significant influence simultaneously on farmers' decisions to convert their land. Meanwhile, policy factors partially influence farmers' decisions to convert their land, in contrast to external factors, and internal factors do not partially influence farmers' decisions to convert their land in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pemerintah daerah dalam program pengentasan kemiskinan di kecamatan Baranti kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diambil dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada masyarakat dan aparat pemerintah kecamatan Baranti. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan Nvivo 12 plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah telah mengimplementasikan berbagai program untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan, seperti pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, bantuan sosial, pendidikan, kesehatan dan pengembangan infrastruktur. Dapat kita lihat bahwa produk pelayanan dan waktu penyelesaian menunjukkan presentasi tertinggi dari kelima indikator yang kemudian disusul oleh kompetensi petugas yang sudah cukup baik, Namun, pemerintah masih memiliki tantangan dalam hal sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan masih sangat minim serta prosedur pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal evaluasi dan pengawasan kebijakan terkait.

Companies must be able to retain customers in various ways, including by emphasizing brand image that can attract new customers, and customer happiness that can create customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is one of the most significant variables in maintaining company growth and expanding its sales. Many public figures open companies, including restaurants and snacks. Many entrepreneurs who are involved in the business sector have prominent names to build a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers. This research was conducted at Ayam Geprek Sako with a sample of 160. This study combines descriptive and quantitative methods. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between three variables, namely brand association, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty. This study uses primary and secondary sources to obtain its data. The survey method will be used to collect primary data, while secondary data sources such as books, journals, and articles from previous studies will be used to obtain secondary data. Analysis with SEM PLS. the results show that Brand Association Strength has an effect on satisfaction and does not have an effect on loyalty. And satisfaction can mediate between brand association and loyalty.

In the dynamic geopolitical landscape of Southeast Asia, maintaining strong defense relations between neighboring countries is crucial for regional stability and security. This study explores Indonesia's defense diplomacy practices toward Malaysia through joint military exercises. In addition, this study discusses how these exercises contribute to the broader objectives of regional security, including counterterrorism, maritime security, and disaster response. This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection through interviews with several relevant informants, documentation studies, and literature studies. The theories and concepts used in this study are Defense Diplomacy and Regional Security. This study finds that defense diplomacy and joint military exercises are instruments to strengthen Indonesia-Malaysia relations and advance collective security in Southeast Asia. Building trust, enhancing capabilities, and encouraging dialogue contribute to a more resilient and cohesive regional security architecture, promoting peace and stability in the Asia Pacific region.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence motivation has on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 960 people. The sample collection technique was purposive sampling. This type of research is Descriptive Quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, literature studies. Data analysis techniques used were validation tests, reliability, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS and Likert Scale. The results of this study are the results of the questionnaire obtained from the recapitulation of the Information Technology Use variable 81% are in the "agree" category, the recapitulation of employee performance variables of 79% are in the "agree" category. Factors that influence employee performance are the ability factor is 71% and the motivation factor is 77%. The influence of the use of information technology on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency is categorized as "Influential/Significant", from the ANOVA test, the F count obtained is 28.384 with a significance level of 0.01, this shows that the influence of the independent variable as a whole has a significant effect, and the probability is far above 0.05 partially t count (5.328) ≥ t table (1.98552) meaning that the influence of the use of information technology on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 81%.
