Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Standards and objectives, Supporting resources, Communication and strengthening activities between organizations, Characteristics of implementing positions in management, Political and social economic conditions, and Disposition of implementers in managing political party financial assistance by the Depok City Branch Leadership Council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study and discussion above, overall it can be concluded that the implementation of the policy on the use of political party financial assistance by the Depok City Branch Leadership Council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle is right on target, namely for political education. This is based on the fulfillment of the six variables of the Policy Implementation Model proposed by Van Meter & Van Horn which include; (1) Standards and objectives, (2) Supporting resources, (3) Communication and strengthening activities between organizations, (4) Characteristics of implementing positions, (5) Economic, political, and social support, and (6) Disposition of implementers.

Abstract

The Paran Napa Jae Reservoir in Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province, along with its operation, has experienced a buildup of sediment at the bottom of the reservoir, so it is necessary to research and study the current performance of the reservoir, especially analyzing the optimization of the reservoir. This study was carried out with reference to secondary data. Rainfall data was taken from the Sumatra River Regional Center I. Data analysis to obtain rainfall intensity was by using the Mononobe Formula and flood discharge using the Nakayasu Method Formula. The rainfall value used for the calculation of rainfall intensity is the average value of the maximum daily rainfall in 2008-2018, and the population data from 2013-2016. From the results of the calculation of the optimization of raw water needs of Paran Napa Jae Village, the number of residents in 2068 is 1812 and the results of the calculation of the mainstay discharge Q80 = 0.0737 m3/sec.

Abstract

The Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU), which is the main component of air defense, has an organization equipped with human resources, regulations, and material resources, which legally includes assets referred to as State-Owned Goods (BMN). The assets can be classified as fixed assets and other assets. Fixed assets can further be divided into two categories: movable assets and immovable assets. Currently, the management of military land assets is still chaotic, including land assets that are classified as State Property (BMN) at Husein Sastranegara Air Base in Bandung. (Lanud Husein). To this end, a study was conducted aimed at analyzing the institutional cooperation between the Air Force and local/central government in asset management, specifically the management of state-owned assets at Husein Sastranegara Air Force Base in Bandung. Additionally, it analyzes the cooperation currently being undertaken by the Air Force and local/central government for the security of Air Force land assets at Husein Sastranegara Air Force Base within the framework of good governance. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive narration, where the data sources come from interviews with several informants and data collection from documents. The research results indicate that the institutional cooperation between the Air Force (TNI AU) at Husein Sastranegara Air Base and the ATR BPN as well as the local DJKN/KPKNL in the management of state assets shows that efforts have been made to enhance asset management effectiveness. Although progress has been made, there are still obstacles such as differences in the value of state asset utilization rates, a lack of personnel, and insufficient training. However, the management of land assets of the Indonesian Air Force at Husein Sastranegara Air Base has aligned with the fundamental concepts of asset management, which include planning, organizing, utilizing, maintaining, and disposing of assets.

Abstract

This paper aims to see how village digitalization can accelerate village performance in Petumbukan village. The method used in this paper is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the ongoing digitalization in Petumbukan village has a positive impact in terms of providing improvements to services to village communities.

Abstract

The election of village heads is an implementation of democratization at the local level within the framework of village autonomy. The legal basis for the implementation of this village head election is the Village Law Number 6 of 2014. However, the phenomenon of gamblers, or botoh in Javanese, has also made the general election arena a gambling arena. Several studies have shown that botohs become vote buyers, donors, success teams, or just simply gambling. So that in these various roles, botoh is able to influence voter choices so that the candidate he chooses wins the general election, and botoh wins gambling. This study aims to find and describe the role of botoh in the election of the village head of Wates, Kediri Regency in 2019. The research method used was interviews and observations conducted before the election of the village head, and on the election day of the village head of Wates. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, with an exploratory descriptive type of research. The results showed that botoh in the 2019 Wates village head election consolidated and influenced voters during the campaign period until election day. Consolidation is carried out by collecting data, convincing, strengthening beliefs, paying for a number of materials, and providing accommodation during election day. So that botoh becomes a threat to the procedural democratic process in Indonesia, it needs to be eliminated by sharing procedural, legal, and political approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Influence of the Number of Tourist Visits and Business Creativity on Community Income in Parapat Simalungun Free Beach. The research method used involves community surveys, tourists and statistical data analysis to identify the relationship between the number of tourist visits and the level of community business creativity. The findings of this study are expected to provide strategic insight to the community to increase the effectiveness of the number of tourists and encourage better business creativity in order to increase overall community income. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is an instrument test consisting of a validity test and a reliability test, a classical assumption test consisting of a normality test, a heterosdecadasticity test, a multiple linear regression analysis test and a hypothesis test consisting of a t-test and a determination coefficient test (R2). Based on Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Y = 2.945 + 0.333 X1 + 0.520 X2 +e which means that if the variable Number of Tourist Visits, Business Creativity is 0, then the Income value will remain at 2.945. The regression coefficient value of the Number of Tourist Visits is 0.333, which means that if the Number of Tourist Visits increases by 1 unit, then Income will increase by 0.333. Based on the hypothesis testing with the t test, the t count value is 7.835> t table, which is 1.985 and the significant value of the variable Number of Tourist Visits is 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the Number of Tourist Visits has a positive and significant effect on Community Income in Parapat Simalungun Free Beach. The result of the determination coefficient (R Square) is 0.529 so that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 52.9%. and the remaining 47.1% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model

Abstract

This paper attempts to answer the question of what programs have been implemented by the Medan City Education and Culture Office in implementing the PUG policy in the field of education and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the PUG policy in the field of education at the Medan City Education and Culture Office and SMP Negeri 37 Medan City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Head of Institutional Facilities and Infrastructure of Junior High Schools at the Medan City Education and Culture Office and the Principal of SMP Negeri 37 Medan City. Data collection was carried out using documentation and interview techniques. The data analysis technique used the John W. Creswell analysis technique, (2015). The results of this study indicate that institutionally the implementation of the PUG policy in the field of education has been implemented through programs run by the Medan City Education and Culture Office. However, the facilities and infrastructure that have not been 100% fulfilled and the lack of parental support for the programs implemented in schools, have caused the implementation of the PUG policy in the field of education at SMP Negeri 37 Medan City to still not be implemented optimally

Abstract

The establishment of Tapanuli Province is one way to improve public welfare through the acceleration of public services considering that the North Sumatra region is quite large and wide, so that areas far from the provincial capital experience obstacles in terms of provincial government services to the community, as a result, public welfare is always focused on areas around the city of Medan. This study aims to examine and analyze public services in the Tapanuli region, then the researcher conducts an analysis if the Tapanuli Province is formed, services to the community dealing with the provincial government will be easier to reach because the government will be close to each region. Then with the focus of the provincial government on the Tapanuli region, the government's responsiveness in handling all problems and issues between districts/cities will be faster, such as if there is a road between districts or damaged provincial roads, it will be quickly worked on and repaired. So with the existence of the Tapanuli Province, the workload of the North Sumatra Provincial Government will be reduced and the community will also find it easier to take care of all their affairs. Improving public services is one of the keys to driving the increase in the community's economy because a good bureaucracy is a bureaucracy that can be reached easily and quickly by the community.

Abstract

Abstract

This study discusses the impact of revitalization on traders in the Pagaran market, Pagaran District, North Tapanuli Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Research data were obtained using interview and documentation techniques. The results of the revitalization show that this market transformation has succeeded in overcoming previous problems. Market cleanliness has increased significantly, existing facilities such as toilets are now better maintained and the construction of new infrastructure has created a more comfortable and safe atmosphere. In addition, the arrangement of sales space and the addition of parking spaces also contribute to increasing the comfort of both buyers and sellers, as well as increasing trader income.
