In the world of labor today, companies often shift national holiday time for power efficiency, but the rule that working on official holidays must be counted as overtime creates two different perceptions of the shift. The company applies national holidays to weekdays so that the company considers it normal work, but workers see it as a shift. Normative research analyzes laws and regulations. This research inventories and analyzes legislation on adjusting national holiday time in Indonesia's labor law system to determine workers' rights and obligations on government-set holidays and the legal basis for doing so. The study found that employers can order workers to work on government-set public holidays if they meet certain conditions and obligations based on statutory provisions, employment agreements, or collective labor agreements, which are supervised by the government, in this case the Ministry of Manpower, by imposing administrative and criminal penalties. provided that it meets the law and its implementing rules and work agreements or collective bargaining agreements pertaining to the nature and type of labor and the responsibility for Employers to pay overtime compensation for work on public holidays to Laborers.

The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate forecasting method for predicting rainfall in Makassar City in 2022. This research is based on the problems that are often experienced by the people of Makassar City, namely the occurrence of flooding which results in traffic jams due to high x rainfall which continuously occurs. for several days in a row. With this research, people can see the prediction of rainfall and anticipate flooding in Makassar City. The results of the Makassar city rainfall data plot experience increases and decreases (fluctuations), which tend to repeat every year. This shows that Makassar City's rainfall contains seasonal factors. Therefore the method used is one-parameter Brown triple exponential smoothing, three-parameter Holt-Winters additive and Holt-Winters multiplicative. The forecasting results show that the correct method to use is the Holt-Winters multiplicative method with a parameter value of a=0.001 β=0.15 γ=0.002 which produces a minimum value of MAPE = 1.18 MAD = 136.23 compared to the Brown and Holt-Winters methods additive. Forecasting results using the Holt-Winters multiplicative method show that the highest rainfall occurs from December to April 2022.

The study examines the impact of Covid-19 on authors and libraries in Zambia. Data were collected for three weeks through in-depth interviews via WhatsApp platform and phone calls with the participants. Being a qualitative study, 15 participants were randomly selected from a sampling framework of 157 respondents. Ten participants were authors while five were librarians. The phenomenological approach was found apposite for this study because it involved collecting, describing, and examining participants' individual lived experiences about a particular phenomenon, in this case, the Covid-19 pandemic impact. The data were analysed thematically according to the general steps for analysing phenomenological data as presented by LoBiondo and Hubee (1988). The study shows that the impact of Covid-19 on authors and libraries is something of a double-edged sword. While on the downside, it has reduced book sales, increased the cost of publishing, and threatened job security and access to resources, on the upside it has challenged authors and libraries to think outside the box. Authors are challenged to maximise digital resources while libraries should invest in digital resources and virtual libraries. The study concludes that the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted negatively as well as positively on the book industry in Zambia.

Ordinary kriging is the most widely used kriging method. It serves to estimate a value at a point of a region for which a variogram is known, using data in the neighborhood of the estimation location. Ordinary kriging can also be used to estimate a block value. With local second-order stationarity, ordinary kriging implicitly evaluates the mean in a moving neighborhood. To see this, first a kriging estimate of the local mean is set up, then a simple kriging estimator using this kriged mean is examined. The objective of this study was to determine the pattern of diarrheal disease spread in Bogor Regency. The method according to the purpose of this research is Ordinary Kriging. To know the distribution of diarrhea disease in Bogor Regency by looking at the result of countour plot. Based on the countour plot, the area that has the highest number of diarrhea sufferers around Barekah and Bojonggenteng villages is marked with White contour color with the range of diarrhea sufferer is 40 - 43 people. Areas with the highest number of diarrheal diseases indicate that the area has a relationship with the number of diarrheal diseases in the surrounding area. Therefore, the area needs to be prioritized in improving water sanitation, counseling to the community and improving health services.

This paper outlines the major impediments that in-service teachers undergoing distance education encounter at Kwame Nkrumah University. An impediment is a challenge, problem, or hindrance. The study used a qualitative approach, structured interviews, and document analysis methods. The marginal theory backed by tenets of equitable management underpinned the study. The study shows that in-service students are molested by their school managers when they need permission to attend residential schools. The students are bombarded with numerous responsibilities at their duty stations and hence fail to concentrate on their studies. In-service students have limited time to learn because residential schools are only conducted during the holidays for school-going children. Distance education learners depend on face-to-face learning. Other modes of learning such as Moodle are not favorable because most of the students come from rural areas where internet connectivity is a serious challenge. The study further reveals that in-service teachers are not considered for scholarships by the Higher Education Loans and Scholarships Board (HELSB) in Zambia. Due to financial constraints, some students drop out of school and withdraw from their studies while others delay completing their studies. Most in-service distance education students graduate while owing the institution which warrants their certificates to be withheld.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the cosmetics industry. Since the mandatory use of masks while traveling and the increased time spent indoors, the use of cosmetic products has shifted. The use of masks to comply with health protocols while working has led people to prefer using skincare products only, or focusing primarily on eye makeup and transfer-proof matte lip products. One of Maybelline New York's flagship products is their lip cream, Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink, which has become a favorite among many people. When deciding to purchase this matte lip product, consumers consider factors that make them want to buy it. There are several factors that influence repeat purchase decisions, such as brand awareness and consumer trust in the brand. In the cosmetics industry, there are numerous emerging brands, ranging from well-known brands to unknown ones. This is where brand awareness plays a strong role in influencing consumers' repeat purchase decisions. In this proposal, the author discusses the analysis of brand awareness and consumer trust in the purchasing decisions of Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink products among Instagram social media users, using a quantitative analysis method with statistical tests where Brand Awareness is the X1 variable, Consumer Trust is the X2 variable, and Product Purchase Decision is the Y variable. The research will be conducted among the residents of Jakarta on the Instagram social media platform.
