Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Simanis Savings at PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis. The samples of this study were customers of PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera who were still active, customers who made service transactions of PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera in the last three months and customers who were more than seventeen years old. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are independent variables, namely physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), empathy (X5), and product quality (X6) and the dependent variable (Y) is customer satisfaction. From the t-test calculation, it can be seen that all independent variables have a large t-count value of t-table and a significant value <0.05 for N = 125, so the conclusion is that the hypothesis can be accepted or proven true for the physical evidence variable (X1), reliability (X2) , responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), empathy (X5), and product quality (X6) have a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study has a problem formulation, namely whether tangible affects sales volume on J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang, reliability affects sales volume on J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang, responsiveness affects sales volume on J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang, empathy affect sales volume on J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang, assurance affect sales volume on J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang and whether brand image affects sales volume on J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang. This study aims to determine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance and brand image on sales volume at J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consists of 74 customers at J-Bross Computer and Smartphone using accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Tangible, Responsiveness, Empathy and Brand Image variables partially had no effect on Sales Volume at J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang. While the Reliability and Assurance variables have a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume at J-Bross Computer and Smartphone Padang

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a person's attitude to buy or use a product in the form of goods or services that are believed to satisfy him and are willing to bear the risks that may arise. This study aims to determine the relationship between Product Quality and Price with Purchase Decisions. The population in this study are consumers who use Motor Scoopy products at PT. The Great Tower of Padang City as many as 57 people. The sample in this study was 57 people with sampling technique using saturated sampling, where all the population was sampled. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially, product quality and price variables have a positive influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance and the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a survey approach chosen because it uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research object is PT. PLN (UPT persero Padang. The research sample used saturated sampling of 52 samples, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially work motivation had a negative and significant effect on employee performance and workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. employees at PT.PLN (Persero) UPT Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction, switching barriers and customer trust on customer retention at Azzwars Perfume, Padang City. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is Azzwars Perfume Padang City customers as many as 3534 respondents and a sample of 100 respondents, the sampling technique is Probability Sampling with Simple random Sampling technique where the sampling of population members is done randomly so that each member of the population has the same opportunity to be sampled. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS application. The results showed that the influence of customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at Azzwars Perfume, Switching Barrier had a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at Azzwars Perfume, and Customer Trust had a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at Azzwars Perfume, Padang City

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether NIM, NPL and BOPO affect ROE at National Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. This research method uses quantitative research methods, the population of all National Commercial Banks listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period and a sample of 6 companies based on the purposive sampling method, data collection techniques use secondary data, the data analysis technique used in this study consists of statistical descriptions, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination, statistical hypotheses consist of partial analysis (T-test) and simultaneous analysis (F-test). Based on the results of research and statistical calculations, it is known that the t-test (partial) obtained the NIM t-count value of -0.166> t_ (table) -2.048, the NPL t-count value of -2.840 <-t_ (table) -2.048, the BOPO t count value of -0.372 < t_ (table) -2.048 and the results of the f-test (simultaneous) obtained the F_count value of 4,972> F_ (table) 2.98. Thus it can be concluded that partially NIM does not have a negative effect on ROE, NPL has a negative effect on ROE, while OEOI has no negative effect on ROE and simultaneously NIM, NPL and BOPO have an effect on ROE at National Commercial Banks listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia for the period 2015-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and job rotation on employee performance at the social services of the province of West Sumatra, this research is a quantitative study, the sampling method uses total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value smaller than t-table (-1.018 < 1.671), job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a higher t-count value from t-table (3.639>1.671).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and motivation on employee performance at the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is employees at the Office of the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province, as many as 59 respondents and the sample is 59 respondents, the sampling technique is saturated sapling technique where all populations are sampled. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS application. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the effect of foreign ownership, tunneling incentives and intangible assets on transfer pricing decisions and analyze how the effect of the tax rate variable as an intervening variable on foreign ownership, tunnelling incentives and intangible assets on transfer pricing decisions in listed consumer goods industry companies. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2021. This research method uses quantitative methods, with saturated sampling technique, the total sample obtained in this study is 60 data from 16 companies. Secondary data is obtained from the annual financial reports published on the www.idx.go.id page. This research is processed using Smart PLS version 3.3.9. The results of the direct calculation of foreign ownership on transfer pricing have a t-statistic value of 0.652 (<1.96) and a p-value of 0.515 (>0.05). The result of calculating the direct effect of tunnelling incentive on transfer pricing has a t- statistic value of 0.258 (<1.96) and a p-value of 0.040 (<0.05). The result of calculating the direct effect of intangible assets on transfer pricing has a t-statistic value of 2.153 (<1.96) and a p-value of 1,000 (>0.05). The result of indirect effect calculation of foreign ownership through tax rates on transfer pricing has a t- statistic value of 0.247 (<1.96) and a p-value of 0.805 (>0.05). The results of the calculation of the indirect effect of tunnelling incentive through tax rates on transfer pricing have a t-statistic value of 0.534 (<1.96) and a p-value of 0.593 (>0.05) and the results of the calculation of indirect effects on intangible assets through tax rates on transfer pricing has a t-statistic value of 0.381 (<1.96) and a p-value of 0.703 (>0.05). In this study it can be concluded that foreign ownership and intangible assets have no effect on transfer pricing decisions, tunnelling incentives have no effect on transfer pricing decisions. While the tax rate is not able to be an intervening variable in the indirect relationship of foreign ownership, tunnelling incentives and intangible assets to transfer pricing decisions

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Federal International Finance (FIF) Cikande Branch, Serang Regency, using data collection techniques through questionnaires, the sample being 52 people who were employees of the Federal International Finance (FIF) Cikande Branch, Serang Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method, statistical analysis method consisting of partial significance testing (t-test) and F-test, as well as testing the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that motivation and employee performance are good because there are intervals (3.41-4.20), while work compensation is very good because there are intervals (4.20-5.00). In partial test, there is an influence between brand image and price on consumer loyalty. From the results of the F test, the value of Fcount (62.490) > Ftable (3.183), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a joint positive and significant influence between work motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Cikande Branch. From the multiple correlation value of 0.848 which indicates a very strong relationship between work motivation and compensation on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value of 0.718 indicates the level of contribution of brand image and price variables to loyalty of 71.8%, while the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model equation
