Abstract

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media for ffbuge_.  Currently ffburger_ is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This is caused by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which makes ffburger_ have a small consumer coverage and do not yet have its own brand image. Therefore, this research is aimed at providing knowledge and education regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for ffburger_ MSMEs and helping MSMEs in maximizing the use of social media and online platforms in building a good and attractive Brand Image and increasing promotion using social media by providing guaranteed increased engagement. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis which is collected through an interview process with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations are carried out in order to get the right strategy for MSME development. The results obtained by SMEs from this study are the development of a good brand image both from the number of followers on the Ffburger_ Instagram account which has increased from. In addition, the number of engagements on the Ffburger_ Instagram account is also in the last 6 days

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in Krakatau Steel Primary Cooperative Employees partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research with a survey method that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as a means of collecting primary data with a Likert scale. This study uses a multiple correlation model which is included in correlation research to determine the level of relationship / influence between two or more variables. The population in this study were all 60 employees. The results of the research hypothesis testing Compensation on Employee Performance obtained tcount > ttable (4.030 > 2.002) and a significant value of α (0.00 <0.05). Work motivation on employee performance obtained tcount > ttable (2.761 > 2.002) and a significant value of α (0.008 <0.05). Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance obtained Fcount > Ftable or 12.205 > 3.16 and a significant value of α (0.00 <0.05). The conclusion from this study is that there is an effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to see (1) the effect of reward on the performance of employee at PT. Panca Tunas Harapan Sorong City. (2) The effect of punishment on the performance of employee at PT. Panca Tunas Harapan Sorong City. This research uses descriptive and correlation methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Panca Tunas Harapan Sorong City totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 52 people. Of the study are interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that : (1) Reward has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Panca Tunas Harapan Sorong City. This is evindenced by the t count value of 4.739 > t table of 2.00958 with a significant value of 0.000 < from the significance level of 0.05 and the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.112. (2) Punishment has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Panca Tunas Harapan Sorong City. This is evidenced by the t count value of 8.907 > t table of 2.00958 with a significant value of 0.000 < from the significance level of 0.05 and the regression coefficient having a postive value of 0.650

Abstract

The existence of a market is very helpful, not only for local and central government but also for the community. Currently the local government of Sorong City has built a modern market to relocate the existing market in Boswesen to the modern market in Rufei. This is because the sales stalls owned by traders are considered inadequate and also not neatly arranged, especially since the market is located on the side of the road so that it can disturb road users and will also disturb the people who are going to shop. However, until now traders in the Boswesen market still don't want to move to the modern market. This research aims to find out how people perceive relocation to modern markets and also why traders are still reluctant to move there. To explain this, we use a qualitative approach with data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) There are two perceptions of traders regarding the relocation from the boswesen market to the modern market. There are those who agree and also those who disagree. With a percentage of 35% of traders do not agree with the relocation to modern markets and 65% of traders agree with the relocation. 2) There are several reasons why traders do not want to move to the modern market, namely because only some traders have moved to the modern market and some of them live in the Boswesen market, the location is far away and the selling stalls in the modern market are smaller in size, and also the costs they will incur in the modern market are greater than those in the Boswesen market.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the capital market, especially on stock investment because stocks are an important factor to see the value of the company or it can also be said to be a tool for investor consideration. The research method used in this study is qualitative which aims to obtain a complete picture of various things based on human perception. This research is comparative by using a comparative study (comparative study) conducted by comparing the share price and earnings per share (EPS) of PT Bank Central Aaia Tbk before with after the Covid-19 pandemic. Pt Bank Central Aaia Tbk's closing price and earnings per share (EPS) data taken from www.idx.co.id are data on closing stock prices and EPS per quarter for the 2016-2018 period before and 2019-2021 after the Covid-19 pandemic.Normality test results show that the significance of share price and earnings per share before and after the Covid-19 pandemic is 0.534, respectively,   0.000, 0.534 and 0.127. Because the data is not normally distributed, the difference test for PT Bank Central Asia Tbk's share price and earnings per share before and after the Covid-19 pandemic uses a nonparametric test, namely the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study using the nonparametric test, namely the Wilcoxon test, showed Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) between the share price and earnings per share of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic was 0.034 each. That is to say the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.034 is less than 0.05 (0.034 ≤ 0.05). This value shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference between the share price and the earnings per share condition of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The research conducted aims to find the mediating role of quality of work life which is influenced by employee engagement. This study used a sample taken by 125 respondents from 314 populations using the calculation of the 5% slovin error sampling formula. Respondents were taken from employees of logistics services delivering goods in Tangerang City, DKI Jakarta and Depok. This research used the PLS method with the software used is SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that the burnout variable negatively affects employee engagement. The variable quality of work life positively affects employee engagement. Burnout, on the quality of work life has a positive influence. Meanwhile, the mediating role of work-life balance which is influenced by the bornout of employee engagement is 1,926 with a P value of 0.054, meaning that mediation is very low. Penliti found Novelty for this research so that bornout does not occur and can increase employee engagement with the mediation of quality of work life, namely: the company needs to increase the sense of enthusiasm at work, employees must be part of the company's strategy, must feel happy, employees are provided with the ability to do their tasks and can solve their own problems, provide programs that involve families

Abstract

Increased financial literacy and financial inclusion can develop micro and small businesses SMEs) because MSME actors can understand the basic concepts of financial products, good financial planning and management, also protects in the future from fraud and unfair work of financial markets. This research aims to knowing the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on work development SMEs in Gor Hj. Agus Salim, Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main center in carrying out a job in a company or organization.PT. Esta Dana Ventura is a center and training center, which is engaged in non-bank financial institutions, with a venture capital model / microfinance institute. PT. Esta Dana Ventura was established on February 9, 2015, EDV's first office is located at the BSD Junction shophouse Blok A No/11 Serpong Tangerang.  In this study, the authors took samples using a saturated sampling technique. Another term for saturated sample is census, where all members of the population are sampled, which is 42 people. This type of research is field research with quantitative descriptive methods, namely research that is intended to describe (describe) a problem. Based on the results of the research above, the results of the partial test (t test) have a tcount of 1.836 and a t-table of 2,02269 (tcount > ttable) with a significance value of 0.001 (sig. < 0.05), and the value of the partial test results (t-test) the value of tcount is 2,677 and ttable is 2,02269 (tcount > ttable) with a significance value of 0.001 (sig. <0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the value of the simultaneous test results (F test) the Fcount value is 5.670 and Ftable is 3.24 (Fcount > Ftable) and with a significance value of 0.000 (sig. <0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of this study can be concluded that the Transactional Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously at PT. Abstract

This study has a problem formulation namely whether product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction on imported used clothing in the Pasar Lereng Bukittinggi. This study aims to prove the relationship between the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction on imported used clothing at the Lereng Market, Bukittinggi City. This type of research is quantitative research. In this study, the number of samples was 96 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the sampling technique was carried out by random sampling technique, namely sampling based on the random. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and to test the hypothesis using statistical t test. The results showed that product quality had a significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction on imported used clothing at the Bukittinggi Lereng Market. The quality of the product has a t count of 9.662 > t table 1.9858 or a sig value. is 0.000 < 0.05. Price has a significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction on imported used clothing at the Bukittinggi Lereng Market. The price has t count 2.478 > t table 1.9858 or sig value. is 0.015 < 0.05

Abstract

This study has a problem formulation, namely whether brand image affects the purchasing decision of esse cigarettes in Bukit Tinggi and whether product design affects the purchasing decision of esse cigarettes in Bukit Tinggi. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product design and price on purchasing decisions of esse cigarettes in Bukit Tinggi. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consists of 96 people who use esse cigarettes by using accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the brand image variable partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for esse cigarettes in Bukit Tinggi. Meanwhile, Product Design Variables have a positive and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for esse cigarettes in Bukit Tinggi. And the price variable has a positive and significant positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for esse cigarettes in Bukit Tinggi
