Abstract

This research is directed to see whether there is a simultaneous or partial relationship between Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Perceived Price (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The validity and reliability of the survey were evaluated by including one hundred and thirty respondents. To ascertain whether there is a partial or simultaneous effect, we use the SPSS 24 quantitative method software with multiple linear regression. based on the conclusion that product quality, service quality, and price perceptions are all influenced simultaneously by these three independent variables. Product quality and service quality are two independent variables which partially have no effect on the dependent variable. However, consumer satisfaction is influenced by price perception variables

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether NPL and CAR affect the ROA of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2019 period. This research method uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study is all 4 state-owned banks and the samples used are 4 state-owned banks using saturated samples or saturation sampling, data collection techniques using secondary data, data analysis techniques used in this study consist of statistical descriptions, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis,  coefficient of determination and statistical hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the NPL tcount is -7.678 < ttable -2.045 and the t-test sig is 0.000 < 0.05, the CAR tcount value is 1,113 < ttable 2,045 and the t-test sig is 0.275 > 0.05. And the F test result (simultaneous) obtained Fcalculate of 30.235 > 3.33 Ftable and the sig value of the F test 0.000 < 0.05. thus it can be concluded that partially NPL affects ROA and CAR does not affect ROA while simultaneously NPL and CAR affect ROA at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2019 period

Abstract

Research The studi aims to find out the application of daily financial record to existing Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (UMKM) units in Long-Term Sub-district, with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data collected was obtained through interviews with sources to see the implementation of the implemented daily financial record. From the research results, it is known that grocery stores in long sub-districts that are the object of the study did not do their detailed financial records at all. The owner only relies on the memory of managing the finances on his business

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a person's effort to create a job of their own, either opening a business or creating something new to improve the economy for themselves and for others.This study aims to determine the influence of business interest on business success in young entrepreneurs, the influence of business motivation on business success in young entrepreneurs, and self-efficacy on business success in young entrepreneurs in Pandeglang district.The research method used is quantitative. By using primary data. The total population in this study amounted to 189,660 business actors and the sample used was 100 samples of business actors in Pandeglang Regency. This research was processed using SmartPLS data test version 0.4.The results of the t-test of the Business Interest statistics on business success in young entrepreneurs show a statistical T value of 6,229 > table 1,661 with a significant level of 0,000. This means that the Business Interest variable has a significant effect on business success in young entrepreneurs. Motivation obtained a statistical T value of 0.799 < table 1.661 With a significant level of 0.424, this indicates that the variable Business Motivation does not have a significant effect on Entrepreneurship. While Self-Efficacy obtained a t-statistic value of 2,003 > table 1,661 With a significant level of 0.045, this indicates that the Self-Efficacy variable has a significant effect on business success in young entrepreneurs.The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence on business interest variables and self-efficacy variables on business success in young entrepreneurs in Pandeglang Regency. However, in the variable of business motivation, there is no influence on business success on young entrepreneurs in Pandeglang district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of business strategy, corporate characteristics, and corporate governance on effective tax rates. The sample used in this study is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2021 period. The method used is an associative quantitative method with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 75 companies, with a sample of 14 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, and the results show that the research variables Return on Asset (ROA), Leverage, and Company Size based on the results of the SPSS test partially have a significant influence on the dependent variable (effective tax rate) in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Meanwhile, the variables of business strategy, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership are based on the results of the SPSS test that partially have no influence on the effective tax rate on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.  The results of the Fcalculate test (simultaneous) for business strategy variables, return on assets, leverage, company size, institutional ownership and managerial ownership using SPSS version 26 show that Fcalculate > Ftable is 3.311 > 2.25, with a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05 means that business strategy, return on assets, leverage, company size, institutional  ownership and managerial ownership have a significant effect on the effective tax rate in  manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021

Abstract

PT.Banten Muda Mandiri is a company that produces and sells building materials in the form of concrete for fences, roads, bridges and so on, which is located at Jalan.Raya Cikeusal Panosogan Kampung.Dukuh RT.13/RW.03, Cikeusal Village, Serang Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and distribution channels on sales volume at PT Banten Muda Mandiri Cikeusal Serang. In this research the method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. This research has a population of 100 by taking a sample of 80 respondents. Data management techniques were analyzed using the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the research results, the effect of price on sales volume was obtained through the t test of (0.739 > 0.05) and the calculated t value was (0.335 < t table value 1.99085) and the effect of distribution channels on sales volume was obtained through the t test of ( 0.000 < 0.05) and the calculated t value (7.190 > t table value 1.99085). In the simultaneous test (0.000 < 0.05) and calculated F (43.579 > F table value 3.12). So it can be concluded that price and distribution channels partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at PT. Banten Muda Mandiri Cikeusal attack

Abstract

This study aims to find out that Brand Image and Product Design have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty of Celsius Products in Sorong City. This research includes descriptive research and surveys with quantitative data types. The data used in this study were customers / consumers of Celsius Sorong, which amounted to 80 people. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, with the independent variable being Brand Image as X1, Product Design as X2, and the bound variable being Customer Loyalty as the variable Y. The results of the hypothesis test for the partial test of the study showed that Brand Image did not have a positive influence but had a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, and Product Design had a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty Celsius products in Sorong City. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test for the simultaneous test show that Brand Image and Product Design are also quite closely related to Customer Loyalty in Sorong City

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Placement and Workload affect Employee Performance at PT. IR Structure Papua Sorong City. This study used descriptive and correlation methods using quantitative approaches. The population of this study was employees working at PT. IR Papua structure of Sorong city numbered 35 people. The collection technique until this study used a saturated sample with a sample of 35 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing (t test, f test and determination test). The primary data of this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a measurement scale, namely the Likert scale. Researchers conducted primary testing in this study using the SPSS Version 20 application program for windows. The results of the multiple regression analysis that has been carried out obtained Y = 6.035 + 0.860 X1 + 0.830 X2. The results of the t test obtained the results of the X1 tcount value of 6.197 and the results of the X2 tcount value of 5.960, the X1 coefficient value of 0.860, the X2 coefficient value of 0.830 and the X1 significance value of 0.000, the significance value of 0.000 means that the variables of job placement and Workload have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Performance. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the results obtained were 0.584 (58.4%), which means that the variables of Job Placement and Workload are influenced by the variable of Employee Job Placement 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors from outside this study

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) determine the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office, (2) determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office, (3) find out the influence of motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This study used a correlation method using a quantitative approach. The population of this study is employees who work at the Sorong City Transportation Office which amounts to 77 people. The sample collection technique of this study used a saturated sample with a sample of 77 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study show that (1) motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.035 where the result is smaller than 0.05; (2) the non-physical work environment positively affects the performance of employees at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.002 where the result is smaller than 0.05; (3) motivation and non-physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.007 where the result is smaller than 0.05
