Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of Work Experience, Objectivity, Independence, Motivation to the Quality of Examination Results, so that APIP Capability Improvement can realize effective Governance clean, accountable and serving. This type of research is qualitative research, the data comes from several things, namely in the form of words and actions. The rest is additional data such as documents and others. This research includes associative research. The population in this study is 59 APIP working in the Inspectorate of Agam Regency. The study used a used trial with 41 respondents used to test this research instrument taken from within the population. The prerequisite test of analysis includes linearity test, heterochemicity test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, and Moderated Regression Analysis. The observations submitted by the author use the questionnaire method with all APIPs working in the Agam Regency Inspectorate. The results of this study show that (1) Work Experience affects the Quality of Examination results. This is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.136 which means that work experience affects the quality of examination results by 13.6%. (2) Competence affects the Quality of examination results. Competence affects the quality of the examination results. This is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.110 which means that objectivity affects the quality of the examination results by 11%. (3) Independence affects the Quality of examination results. This is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.160 which means that Independence affects the Quality of examination results by 16%. (4) Work Experience, Objectivity, and Independence simultaneously affect the Quality of examination results. This is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.258 which means that Work Experience, Objectivity, and Independence simultaneously affect the Quality of examination results by 25.8%. (5) Work Experience, Objectivity, Independence and Motivation affect the Quality of examination results with Motivation as a moderating variable. This is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.277 which means that Work Experience, Objectivity, Independence and Motivation affect the Quality of examination results by 27.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Lifestyle and Social Class on Samsung Smartphone Purchase Decisions at Bhintang Ponsel Padang. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique as many as 80 samples, using analytical techniques, research instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that lifestyle did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Social Class had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and simultaneously there was a significant influence between lifestyle and social class on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of performance appraisal and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees of Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Padang Branch, either individually or collectively. In this study, 45 employees were used using the census method. The data used is primary data. The data collection process was carried out through direct observation by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression and t-statistical testing and F-statistical test. The data processing is done by using the SPSS program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that performance appraisal had a significant effect on employee work discipline, the same thing was found in the work discipline variable that had a significant effect on the performance of Pizza Hut employees, Ahmad Yani Padang Branch, besides that performance appraisal and discipline together had a significant effect on job satisfaction. employees of Pizza Hut Branch Ahmad Yani Padang

Abstract

The existence of an online review feature (online customer review) is expected to be able to give confidence to potential consumers when looking for and wanting to buy a product. In addition, there are also online reviews (online customer ratings) that can provide benefits as consumer reference material. Not only online customer reviews and online customer ratings are important things when shopping online, but there is a COD (Cash On Delivery) service that makes it easy for buyers to make payments. The existence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings and COD services is expected to influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions, the effect of online customer ratings on purchasing decisions, and the effect of cash on delivery (COD) services on purchasing decisions for Shopee marketplace users in the city of Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach, using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product, price, location, and promotion variables on consumer buying interest at the Lapai Honey Donut Shop. Collecting data by distributing questionnires to 99 respondents using total sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The result of this study indicate that the product has a positive effect on consumer buying interest, while price, location and promotion have no effect on consumer buying interest

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between product quality, price perception, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at the East Corner Coffee Shop of Jakarta. The population that was the subject of the study was visitors to the East Corner Coffee Shop. The sample technique used is Accidental Sampling with 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16 software. Data was collected through questionnaires that were tested for their validity and reliability. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while price perception and word of mouth had an influence but not significant either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Labor and Industry in the city of Padang. This research uses quantit ative methods. The population is all employees at the Department of Labor and Industry in the city of Padang with a total of 52 respondents and a sample of 52 respondents. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique where all the population is taken as a sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang city labor and industry office and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang city labor and industry office

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. To determine the effect of trust on online purchasing decisions for shopee consumers in the city of Padang; 2. To determine the effect of convenience on online purchasing decisions for shopee consumers in the city of Padang; 3. To determine the effect of price on online purchasing decisions for shopee consumers in the city of Padang; The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 80 respondents with a sampling technique using total sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The data analysis technique starts with validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This study shows the results: 1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions t-count > t-table (2.226> 1.665) and sign value < alpha (0.029 < 0.05); 2) Convenience has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count > t-table (2.437 > 1.665) and sign value < alpha (0.017 < 0.05); 3) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count > t-table (2.375> 1.665) and sign value ≤ alpha (0.020 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Padang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consisted of 75 employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Padang City using total sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Compensation and Motivation variables partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bappenda) Padang City

Abstract

This research was to assess the correlation between product quality, perceived price, and service quality in relation to customer satisfaction at Cillo Coffee. The participants in the survey were individuals who visited Cillo Coffee. A sample of 100 respondents was randomly selected for the study. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 was employed as the analytical method. The data collection process involved the utilization of questionnaires, which were assessed for validity and reliability. The findings of the study indicate that product quality (X1), price perception (X2), and service quality (X3) exhibit a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).
