Abstract

The development of the business world is marked by various fields and services. One of the strategies used in marketing is the marketing strategy. This research aims to analyze the influence of quality product, price, promotion and distribution towards purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi cars at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Padang. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data sourced from consumers who buy Mitsubishi car products from PT. Pahala Otomotif Padang International Dipo by using the total sampling method with the number of samples used 80 consumers. Data processing use multiple linear regression method. The results of the research that (1) Product has a positive and significant influence to purchasing decisions with a t-count value bigger than t-table 3.841 >1.992 (2) Price has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table -0.514 <1.992 (3) Promotion has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Padang with a t-count value smaller than t-table -0.049>1.992 (4) Distribution has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with t-count smaller than t-table 0.282 <1.992.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of service and customer value on credit customer loyalty at BPR Batang Palangki, Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is quantitative, where this study uses numerical data and the research process on measuring objective results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were 500 credit customers at BPR Batang Palangka Raya. The sampling technique used is representative, while the number of samples is 85 people obtained by using the slovin formula. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21.00 assistance program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on credit customer loyalty at BPR Batang Palangki, Sijunjung Regency

Abstract

This study aims to test work safety on work productivity, to test occupational health on work productivity, to test the work environment on work productivity, this research was conducted at PT. Bima Arjuna Prakasa Padang. Sampling method using a total sampling saturation of 56 samples. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results of the study indicate that work safety has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Occupational Health has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. So it can be concluded that work safety is accepted, occupational health is accepted and the work environment is accepted

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of quality product, price, and promotion towards purchasing decisions of Padang cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo (Distributor). Data that used in this research is collect from consumers who used Padang cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo by total sampling method in selecting the sample. There are 32 sample of consumers who used cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo. Data processing use multiple linear regression method. The results of this research shows that quality of product has no positive and significant influence to purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table -0.649 <2.048, price has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table 1.403< 2.048. Meanwhile, promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of Padang cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo (Distributor) with a t-count value bigger than t-table 3,387>2,048

Abstract

Public awareness about the need for social security in Indonesia is increasing day by day, especially for workers because in order to ensure that they can meet the basic needs of a decent life, financial problems, health problems and maintain the level of welfare. This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Performance Employees Against Employee Career Development at BPJS Employment Office Solok Branch. Determination of the sample is done by sampling Saturated with the number of respondents as many as 30 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively and Independent-Sample T-Test with SPSS version 16 program. The results of data analysis showed that employee performance is the main factor in determining the level of career development. Meanwhile, Competence and Motivation have a not too dominant contribution to career development

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the role and quality of customer service. Service to Customer Satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Solok Branch. Determination of the sample is done by using a Stratified Random Sampling sample with the number of respondents as many as 98 workers. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively and Independent-Sample T-Test with SPSS version 16 program. The results of data analysis showed that Tangibles, Reliability and Responsiveness were the main factors that determine the level of customer satisfaction. While the role of Customer Service, Assurance and Empathy has a not too dominant contribution to customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the effect of trust, advertising, risk percepstion on purchasing decisions on shopee to cnsumers in kelurahan lubuk buaya.This research was conducted with a total of 95 consumersin this study were with a technique slovin. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results show that there is a positive and significant influence of trust of origin on purchasing decisions, there is a no effect and no significant influence of advertising on purchasing decisions, and there is a positive and significant influence of risk perception on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, brand image, and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Nmax motorcycles at CV. Tjahaja Baru Surantih. This research is a quantitative research, the sampling method using purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Branch Kambang as many as 43 people. The data collected by the total sampling method and the sampling results obtained were 43 samples. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis (TCR). The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the Turnover Intention of employees at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and discipline of monkeys on employee performance at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia, this research is a quantitative research, the sampling method uses a total sampling with the number of respondents 50 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, and ape discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
