Abstract

This type of research is quantitative which is research which emphasize on cognitive assay – theory passes through research variable with numeral and does analisis data with statistical procedure. This research slated to test implement influences knowladge management and human resource development for performance to fire an employee PT CPJF Fram 1 Pariaman's Moorland. With samples taking tech total population be made by sample by totals sample as much 67 employees PT CPJF Fram 1 Pariaman's Moorlands. Analisis is data utilizes to program SPSS. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intrinsic work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra. Collecting data through questionnaires to 98 respondents using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that intrinsic work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work discipline and work motivation at the office of cooperatives and SMES in west Sumatra Province. The technique used in sampling using total sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 67 people. By testing the hypothesis using quantitative methods, the data obtained in this study will be analyzed using statistics or SPSS (statical program of social science). The result show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee and performance anf work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. To determine the effect of leadership style on teacher performance at SD Katika 1-11 Padang. 2. To determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance at SD Kartika 1-11 Padang. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach to the population. of 40 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with the sampling technique was total sampling while the data source was primary data. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using t test at = 0.05. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis T test. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The results showed that leadership style had no significant effect on teacher performance at SD Kartika 1-11 Padang 2. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on teacher performance at SD Kartika 1-11 Padang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion variables on sales in Indoriva Online at PT. Multisukses Energi. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, that is, part of the population is sampled, using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The method used in this study using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression on product quality, price and promotion. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data. From the results of the analysis of product quality, price and promotion obtained a significant value of t count > from t table, then the hypothesis in this study is declared accepted. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that product quality, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on sales

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of customer value and service quality on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. The population in this study were all credit customer of PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. Determining the sample using the formula Slovin, the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 86 credit customers. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the statistical t test. The results showed that customer value, empathy, and physical evidence has an effect on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. This is because customer value, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, has a significant value is smaller than alpha 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation on teacher performance at SMKN 7 Padang. The sampling method using total sampling technique with a total of 66 respondents. The research data were collected from the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HR information systems, competence and work discipline on employee performance at the DPRD secretariat of West Sumatra Province, this research is a quantitative study, the sampling method uses total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Human Resources information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin, brand image and product design on purchasing decisions of Nike brand sports shoes for students of Smkn 1 Painan. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were 91 people with a total sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results show that there is a positive and significant influence of country of origin on purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, and there is a positive and significant influence of product design on purchasing decisions

The results of the study show that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
