DE_JOURNAL (Dharmas Education Journal) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta berbagi perkembangan ilmu tentang pendidikan. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan ilmu pendidikan. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. DE_JOURNAL merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang berisi tentang hasil penelitian, kajian mendalam, gagasan atau inovasi pada bidang ilmu pendidikan. Gagasan yang berasal dari para peneliti yang berada pada sektor pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada dunia pendidikan. Abstract

Anak-anak yang berusia 0 sampai 6 tahun merupakan anak usia dini yang berada masa keemasan (Maria Matoserri dalam Loeziana 2009:4), pada masa ini anak sangat sensitif menerima segala pengaruh yang diberikan oleh lingkungannya. Anak-anak merupakan generasi penerus keluarga sekaligus penerus bangsa. Dengan kata lain, masa depan bangsa ditentukan oleh pendidikan yang diberikan kepada anak sejak usia dini. Dalam kurikulum pedoman pengembangan program pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-kanak Pendidikan anak usia dini, merupakan salah satu bentuk pendidikan formal yang sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 1 ayat 14 menyatakan bahwa:

Abstract

Education is an effort to change individual behaviour through learning to become a better person. The education system in elementary school currently uses the AKM which contains numeracy literacy skills. Numerical literacy is the ability to think to solve mathematical problems related to everyday life using concepts, procedures, facts, and tools. The problem that often arises is the problem of fractions. This study aims to describe the numeracy skills of students in solving math problems in fractional operations material for the fifth-grade student of SD Negeri Kebondalem. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection using tests and interviews. Data analysis techniques using Miles & Huberman's model include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. The results of this study stated the numeracy skills of fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Kebondalem were categorized as low. The results of the numeracy abilities of the fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Kebondalem are low because in terms of aspects: (a) Interpreting the results of the analysis, it was found only 1 subject got a good score while the rest got low scores, (b) Counting skills and the use of various types of numbers and symbols, the result is only 1 subject gets a score, and (c) ability to use charts, graphs, tables, and diagrams, the result is all subjects do not get a score.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning cannot be applied optimally but using online. Over time, schools have implemented a new normal era by carrying out face-to-face learning by implementing health protocols. This is what makes the government hold Kampus Mengajar activities where students teach during the pandemic. The implementation of the Kampus Mengajar batch 3 provides opportunities for students to broaden their horizons and gain experience in helping the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. This paper will describe the activities in the Teaching Campus batch 3 carried out at SDN 5 Pohijo Ponorogo, namely in three activities including teaching and learning, technology adaptation, and school administration. The writing is described in descriptive form with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained in this Kampus Mengajar batch 3 are that students can actualize themselves to the maximum according to their respective fields of expertise, can transfer knowledge, and can help accelerate teachers and students in the process of adapting technology, so that positive collaboration can occur from this. between students, lecturers, and teachers in order to improve the quality of learning in SDN 5 Pohijo Ponorogo..

Abstract

Learning media can convey lesson information to students and stimulate their thoughts, feelings, attention, and willingness, and it can encourage the learning process. The film presents various stories that contain the moral values ​of life. One of the films to choose from is Enola Holmes. Enola Holmes is a film released in 2020 adaptation of the Nancy Springer book series The Enola Holmes Mysteries. Enola Holmes is directed by Harry Bradbeer and written by Jack Thorne. This study aimed to determine the moral values ​​represented by the main character in the film Enola Holmes for character building in students. This study uses the formulation of Kemendikbud (2017). The data collection method is the documentation research method and the technique of collecting data from Miles & Huberman (1994). Researchers used descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this study used subtitles in the film Enola Holmes. The findings of the study there are five moral values with eight sub-values ​​of moral values ​​in the Enola Holmes film. From the result, the writer can conclude that nationalist (self-sacrifice) is the most dominant moral value in Enola Holmes’ film.

Abstract

Pembelajaran lebih banyak diarahkan pada penjelasan instruktur dan jawaban siswa kurang jelas. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah menemukan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran tematik terpadu melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Siswa SD 194/VIII Wirotho Agung kelas V berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Total ada 20 siswa yang berpartisipasi, dengan 9 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi masing-masing diselesaikan satu kali selama dua siklus saat penyelidikan ini dilakukan. Model siklus ini memiliki empat komponen: merencanakan, melaksanakan rencana, menilai seberapa baik rencana itu berjalan, dan membuat kesimpulan. Mengamati subjek dan melakukan tes adalah contoh teknik pengumpulan data. Lembar catatan lapangan, catatan siswa dan pengamatan, catatan evaluasi, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan bentuk data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Antara siklus I dan II secara keseluruhan hasil belajar siswa meningkat secara signifikan dari 73,65% menjadi 87,65%. Dari sudut pandang mereka, instruktur dapat mengatakan dari hasil observasi bahwa kinerja siswa meningkat dari 78,57% pada siklus I menjadi 94,63% pada siklus II. Proporsi siswa yang lulus kedua siklus meningkat dari 80,35% pada siklus I menjadi 94,63% pada siklus II selama ini.

Abstract

Permasalahan Siswa kurang terbiasa untuk memecahkan masalah yang diberikan, Siswa kurang menguasai modul kegiatan belajar mengajar yang diajarkan oleh guru, perihal ini diakibatkan kala guru menerangkan modul kegiatan belajar mengajar, adanya sebagian siswa belum terfokus kepada penyampaian materi, sehingga proses tersebut menjadikan teacher centered bukan student centered. Siswa kurang terbiasa melakukan diskusi dalam pembelajarannya. Tujuan riset ini untuk memperbaiki kegiatan belajar mengajar tematik terstruktur memakai materi kooperatif jenis pair checks. Riset yang dicoba ini ialah riset PTK. Planning, action, observation and evaluation, serta melaksanakan reflecting, serta berikutnya sehingga koreksi ataupun kenaikan yang diharapkan berhasil (patokan kesuksesan). Informasi riset ini digabungkan dengan metode pemantauan, serta pemilihan, Instrumen yang hendak dipakai dalam riset ini merupakan: lembar pemantauan, serta pemilihan. Informasi yang didapat dalam riset dianalisis dengan memakai analisa informasi kualitatif serta kuantitatif. Hasil riset Kegiatan belajar mengajar Tematik Terstruktur dengan Memakai Bentuk Kooperatif Jenis Pair Checks didapat angka 24 dari angka maksimum 28 serta persentase 86, 71% pada daur I patokan bagus. Pada daur II persentase kesuksesan telah amat bagus yaitu 99%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve science learning and student learning outcomes. With this research also aims to modify learning motivation on student achievement, to identify learning motivation, methods in education and school areas on student achievement. This research uses the Library Method sourced from books, journals, articles, Google Scholar or Google Scholar and others. The analysis made in this research is using content analysis. Content analysis is a research that is characterized by an in-depth study of the content of written or printed news in the media. The subjects of this study were students of class V, totaling 24 students. The results of the study show that the application of case-based learning can enhance the process and output of science learning for fifth grade students.

Abstract

The method used in this research is experimental research. In general, the characteristics of experimental research in this study include: manipulation and observation. The type of research design used is pre experimental design, while data analysis uses analysis of variance through the two-way Friedman level. This method is applied to determine whether or not there are significant differences in values ​​in several population groups. By calculation, chi-squared value is 8.10. Because the value is greater than chi-square value in the table of 7.815, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Thus, from the point of view of the learning model, it can be concluded that students have significant differences in preferences for the four learning models related to human and outer space materials. In this condition, the students considered that the four learning models had different levels of advantages and disadvantages in learning so that their preferences for the four were also different.

Abstract

Illocutionary act is one of the sub-fields studied in speech acts. Illocutionary acts can be studied in movies, one of which can be through the "Sing" movie. The movie has an interesting storyline and presents many of Buster Moon's dialogues containing illocutionary acts. The movie "Sing", which came out in 2016, was made by Illumination Entertainment. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of illocutionary acts, the most dominant type of illocutionary acts, and to explain the contribution of illocutionary acts used by Buster Moon in learning English. The data collection method was the documentation research method while the data collection technique used descriptive analysis. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research. The object of this study was the utterances of Buster Moon in the “Sing” movie. Based on Searle's theory (1979), there were five illocutionary acts used by Buster Moon, namely assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative. From these results, the writers can conclude that the directive was the most dominant illocutionary act used by Buster Moon in the "Sing" movie. Teachers can use this study as a teaching media to help their students learn more about illocutionary acts in English.

Abstract

The research problem is the low learning outcomes of students in science teaching and learning activities in class VI. The purpose of this research is to improve the activities and results of students' practice in the learning method so that in this learning method the activities are not only dominated by the teacher. This research is action research research. This research uses a form of action research from Kemmis and Taggart which is in the form of a winding from one cycle to the next. Each cycle includes planning (concept), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection). The instruments used are syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets. On the other hand, for testing, formative tests are used in the form of fair questions. Information analysis method uses the percentage of completeness. Initial meeting of cycle I, second meeting of cycle I, initial meeting of cycle II, and second meeting of cycle II) are 55%, 65%, 75%, and 95% respectively. On the other hand, in general, cycle I is 68.5% for meeting I, 73.5% for meeting II, for cycle II is 77.25% for meeting I, 84.5 for meeting II. The application of demonstration procedures has a positive effect, students are interested and interested in demonstration procedures so that they become motivated to practice.
