Abstract

Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is a women-only social organization. The PKK was founded for the welfare of the family, because the family is the community that builds the nation. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe how family welfare empowerment activities (PKK) policies are implemented in work programs in the field of education and skills in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study approach. The findings of this study indicate that the existing Pokja II education and skills program, such as sewing training for the community, cooking training, making wedding delivery baskets, stringing Acehnese betel nut, arranging flowers, and other hand skills useful in people's daily lives, is being implemented quite well. This can be seen in the existing sewing, handicrafts, and cooking programs, but their implementation is not carried out properly due to a variety of obstacles, including the replacement of village heads every period with the person in charge (PJ), which results in policies that are not carried out optimally when implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the system of utilizing Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the construction of facilities and infrastructure in Babul Makmur village of west Simeulue district. The location of this research is in Babul Makmur Village using descriptive research methods. The results showed that the use of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the construction of facilities and infrastructure starts from facilitating work and can be carried out properly, while utilization in increasing productivity is not affected. Furthermore, utilization by increasing effectiveness in the development of facilities and infrastructure can run and have an impact on the community because it can help the community improve its welfare. In addition, factors that affect activities are the absence of delays in disbursement of village funds and lack of public awareness of village development. The advice in this study is that the village government should increase socialization about the use of village funds and increase the commitment and consistency of the government and the community in order to carry out activities in the form of cooperation.

Abstract

Corruption is defined as a form of misappropriation or misappropriation of state money, including companies, organizations, foundations, and so on for personal gain or others. The use of morals and ethics is not optimal, so this study aims to explain morals and ethics to prevent political corruption during elections especially among election organizers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method using secondary data sources such as journals and books. The results of the study show that there are still public officials and election administrators who have problems with integrity such as vote buying, individual gifts, services and activities. The conclusion of this study shows that, election fraud arises like money politics, candidacy buying, electoral administrative corruption, abusive donation, it is necessary to have strict supervision so that the escalation of electoral conflict can be avoided.

Abstract

The research was conducted on the Makin Cakap Digital Webinar with 5 speakers. One as a key opinion leader is a national public figure named Fanny Fabriana, and 4 resource persons are experts and experts according to the field of discussion, namely Klemens Rahardja, Ninik Rahayu, H. Gatot Sulaeman AP, Msi, and Wanta Heryana. The research in this paper uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research method is based on postpositivism or enterpretive philosophy. To examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation, namely a combination of observation, interviews and documentation. Information and data obtained tend to be qualitative data, data analysis is inductive or qualitative, and qualitative research results are to understand meaning, understand uniqueness, construct phenomena, and find hypotheses. Focus on power-oriented research and new media interventions in the concept of online community empowerment using the webinar platform. Research findings to determine the concept of new media discuss the 4 pillars related to digital literacy held by Kominfo. This webinar program can explain the value of the community to actively participate in the new paradigm of development, especially with regard to digital literacy

Abstract

In order to encourage transparency and improve the quality of public services, information service innovation through the Sentuh Tanahku Application is present as a public service which made by the Ministry of Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency and applied to all communities and the Land Office in Indonesia. Through the Sentuh Tanahku application, you can provide land services simply and control land assets efectively by community. However, the application of the Sentuh Tanahku Application in North Jakarta City is still slightly inclined even though the North Jakarta Administrative City Land Office is one of the best land office in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Sentuh Tanahku Application in the North Jakarta Administration City Land Office with qualitative research methods and data collection techniques with interview and documentation methods. This research is adapted to the Theory of Innovation Attributes from Rogers. The results showed that the Sentuh Tanahku Application Innovation at the North Jakarta City Land Administration Office had fulfilled all the components in the Innovation Attribute Theory, but in its use there were still some problems, many obstacles comes in operating the Loketku Feature and the Field Plot Feature by the North Jakarta City Community and the lack of socialization carried out. by the North Jakarta Administrative City Land Office, so that there is still need maintanances in the Sentuh Tanahku application feature so that the Touch Tanahku application can help fulfill the land service needs of the people of North Jakarta City.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in dealing with stateless problems in Malaysia from 2014-2017. As an international organization, UNHCR deals with stateless issues, namely people who are not considered citizens by any country according to their legal operations. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The results found that UNHCR performed its role as an information provider, law enforcer, and policy implementer. As an information provider, UNHCR carries out the #Ibelong campaign and provides information about its partners. As a rule enforcer, UNHCR encourages Malaysia to ratify the stateless convention and provide legal assistance. As a policy implementer, UNHCR carries out mapping projects and provides funding for stateless programs.

Abstract

BUMG is an institution formed by the village in the form of managing various types of businesses whose results can be enjoyed as much as possible for the village community. The purpose of the establishment of BUMG is to obtain a source of original village income with capital from village funds to be managed properly and for the welfare of the village community. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the management of BUMG Suak Puntong and what are the obstacles that affect the management of BUMG Suak Puntong, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. This type of research method uses a case study qualitative research. In collecting data, primary and secondary data were used. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the management of BUMG in Village Suak Puntong, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency was less effective. The business programs that have been carried out include terracotta rental, chair rental, and savings and loans. Of the three BUMG businesses, only two have been implemented. There are obstacles in the implementation of BUMG, namely from the business managed by the institution, dissatisfaction with the results achieved so far, the BUMG business is still in the development and design stage.

Abstract

This study aims to measure Analysis of the Relationship between the Implementation of Tax Deduction Zakat to the Perspective of Stakeholders in Banda Aceh, where there are multiple perceptions related to the implementation of tax deduction zakat. In this study, the research method used quantitative descriptive correlation. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, closing interview. The results of the study of 106 participants using the probability sampling method concluded that there were 5 variable indicators (X2, X3, X4, X5, X6) from the implementation of policies on the application of tax deduction zakat had a high measuring value and on Standards & Targets (X1) with normal values. Meanwhile, the relationship between the analysis of zakat implementation (X) to the perspective of stakeholders (Y) shows insignificant influence. Where every additional 1% in the Implementation variable (X) there is a decrease of 11.7% in the Perspective variable (Y).

Abstract

The Indonesian government in 2021 will reopen the recruitment of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) for the wider community. The implementation of the 2021 CPNS recruitment was carried out in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, so the government added requirements to take part in the Basic Competency Selection (SKD). The stipulation is that every SKD participant who will enter the exam room must show a PCR/Antigen Swab result with a negative Covid-19 result. This provision is a policy that must be obeyed by all CPNS participants who take part in the SKD. This policy received quite a variety of responses from SKD participants. Based on these facts, the purpose of this study is to find out the causes and relationship of the mandatory PCR/Antigen swab policy with the absence rate of 2021 CPNS participants from the 2021 CPNS SKD in West Aceh. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with participant informants who are absent from the SKD CPNS 2021. So that it can be used as a reference by the government in setting a policy in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the quality of public services for people with disabilities at the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall meanwhile, a lot of people with disabilities who experience discrimination related to the fulfillment of their rights in public services. So, it is necessary to assess the quality of public services that have been provided to persons with disabilities. Pekanbaru Public Service Mall is one of the places for integrated public services, there are various kinds of government and private agencies that provide public services. With a high number of visits per day, Pekanbaru Public Service Mall is expected to be the answer for people with disabilities to use public services more efficiently, easily, comfortably and safely. This reaserch is a quality research with using interviews, observation and documentation as a method to collect the data. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is very good. Persons with disabilities feel very cared about for their service needs and accessibility. Although there are still shortcomings in the facilities provided, the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall has tried to provide the best service for the people with disabilities. It is proven based on the results of research that people with disabilities feel efficiency, responsiveness and there is no difference between people with disabilities and other communities. To provide better public services, service officers should be given special education and training for persons with disabilities, and always maintain the facilities for persons with disabilities that have been provided.
