Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with the aim of obtaining information about the Perceptions of Class XI Students on the Management of Scouting Extracurricular Activities at SMK state. The population of this research is all class XI totaling 469 students, the technique used is Proportional Random Sampling with a sample of 87 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) the students' perceptions seen from the planning aspect of scouting extracurricular activities were in the good category with a score of 4.00; 2) Students' perceptions seen from the organizational aspect were categorized as good with a score of 4.01; 3) Judging from the aspect of scouting extracurricular activities in the good category with a score of 3.83; 4) and student perceptions seen from the aspect of supervision are in the good category with a score of 4.05. So it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the management of scouting extracurricular activities at SMK state were classified as good with a score of 3.97.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the suitability of existing infrastructure in schools with predetermined standards. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative methods. Data werecollected using interview, observation (observation) and documentation study. Data analysis using interactive analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. For data validity using triangulation technique. Abstract

This study intends to determine the service of school administration personnel for information technology-based personnel at SMK in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study discusses the service of school administrative personnel for personnel affairs, which can be described based on indicators, namely: 1) awareness in providing services has a value of 4.4 in the good category, 2) the ability to provide services has a value of 4.42 in the good category, 3) means of providing services has a value of 4.49 in the good category. Overall, information technology-based staffing services at SMK in Padang City have a score of 4.45 in the good category.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of the author’s observations on the implementation of public relations functions that are still not running effectively in the public relations section of the Solok City Regional Secretariat. The purpose of this research is to get information about the public perception of Nan Balimo Kota Solok village towards the implementation of public relation functions in the public relations section of the Solok City Regional Secretariat seen from indicators of creating a conducive atmosphere, effective communication, developing a positive organizational image, public persuasion, and fostering good relations with the public. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative methods. The population of this study was 2,502 people in Nan Balimo Village, so the sample was 259 respondents. Sample withdrawal in this study was proportional simple random sampling technique. Data collection in this research using questionnaires with likert scale has been tested validity and reliability. The average formulation is used in processing data in this research. The data showed the public response regarding the implementation of public relations function of the Solok City regional secretariat from: (1) creating a conducive atmosphere to get an average score of 3.90 that got a good category;(2) effective communication gets an average score of 3.88 which gets a good category; (3) develop a positive organizational image with an average score of 3.81 thats gets a good category; (4) public persuasion getas an average score of 3.79 which gets a good category; (5) fostering good relations with the public gets an average score of 3.76 which gets a good category. Overall, the public perception of Nan Balimo Kota Solok village towards the implementation of public relations function in the public relations section of the Solok City Regional Secretariat received an average score of 3.83 which got a good category.

Abstract

This research aims to get information about students’ perception of scout extracurricular activities in vocational schools in east Padang subdistrict as seen from indicators of interest, attitude, motivation, attention, appreciation and expectations. The type of research used is desscriptive research using quantitative methods. In this research, the population of students at SMK in East Padang subdistrict which amounted to 325 students, the large sample taken was 76 respondents. The withdrawal of samples in this research using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection using questionnaires with likert scale has been tested for validity and reliability. The average formulation is used in processing data in this research. The data showed the response of students regarding scout extracurricular activities at vocational schools in east Padang regarding scout extracurrilar activities at vocational schools in east padang subdistrict from: (1) the interest aspect is getting an average score of 2.53 with a respondent achievement rate (TCR) of 58.8% in the low category; (2) aspect of attitude are getting an average score of 2.65 and the respondent’s achievement rate (TCR) of 61.8% in the low category; (3) the motivational aspect is to get an average score of 2.61 and the respondent’s achievement rate (TCR) of 57.2% in the low category; (4) the attention aspect is to get an average score 2.59 and the respondent’s achievement rate (TCR) of 60.6% in the low category; (5) the aspect of appreciation is to get an average score of 2.47 with a respondents’s achievement rate (TCR) of 57.7% in the low category; (6) the aspect of expectation is to get an average score of 2.41% and the respondent’s achievement rate (TCR) of 57.0% in the low category. Overall, student’s perception of scout extracuricular activities in vocational schools in east Padang subdistrict scored an average of 2.54 with a respondent’s achievement rate (TCR) of 58.85% in the low category.

Abstract

In this study regarding the service of information technology-based financial affairs administration staff in SMK in Bukittinggi to find out and study how well the services provided by the financial affairs administration staff. Have provided good service to service recipients. This can be seen from the aspects of 1) simplicity, 2) clarity, 3) time certainly, 4) accuracy, 5) security, 6) responsibility, 7) completeness of facilities and infrastructure, 8) comfort. This study uses a population research method, namely all populations are subjects to be studied. Therefore, the population of this study is all administrative staff of financial affairs at vocational high schools in Bukittinggi, amounting to 25 people from 9 schools. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a likert scale. From the results of the study, it has been found that the service of information technology-based financial affairs school administrative staff at SMK in Bukittinggi City get a score of 4,17 with a good category.

Abstract

Riset ini maksudnya untuk menunjukan pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah urusan kesiswaan berbasis teknologi informasi di Smk se kabupaten tanar. Tujuan riset ini untuk menunjukan 1) prosedur pelayanan, 2) waktu penyelesaian pelayanan, 3) biaya pelayanan, 4) produk pelayanan, 5) sarana dan prasarana pelayanan, 6) kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan dan 7) penggunaan teknologi. Populasinya adalah seluruh guru Smk se Kabupaten Tanah Datar berjumlah 347 orang. Sampel yaitu 79 guru didapat dengan rumus slovin dan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumentresearch dengan angket model skala likert dan 5 jawaban yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan bantuan spss 20.0. hasilnya adalah 1)prosedur pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,18. 2) waktu penyelesaian memperoleh kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 3,72. 3) biaya pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,20. 4) produk pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 3,99. 5) sarana dan prasarana pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,27. 6) kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,13 dan 7) penggunaan teknologi berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,08. Kesimpulan nya pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah berbasis teknologi informasi di Smk se Kabupaten Tanah Datar sudah sangat baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of employees at the Padang City Education Office from the point of view of openness, empathy, support, equality, and positive attitudes (variable X) and likes to work, enthusiastic at work, and not. protest at work (variable Y). All employees of Padang City Education Office are the population in this study, amounting to 117 people with a sample of 54 employees. The instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire which has been tested to observe the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. This data is analyzed using the mean (average) formula. The results of this research are the relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of employees at Padang City Education Office seen from the value (1) like to work with a score of 31.3 (2) enthusiastic at work with a score of 62.2 (3) do not protest at work with a score of 30 , 8 (variable Y) and (1) openness with a score of 22.18 (2) empathy with a score of 22.44 (3) support with a score of 26.16 (4) similarity with a score of 30.1 (5) a positive attitude with a score 27.1 (variable X). The conclusion is that there is no relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of employees at Padang City Education Office.

Abstract

The points of this study are to obtain data and information regarding the development of civil servants in the education and cultural offices of fifty cities, namely (1) Knowledge Development, (2) Attitude Development, (3) Activity motivation renewal, (4) Activity environment renewal, (5) skills renewal. a descriptive study of a quantitative approach. The study population numbered 85 employees and the sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula by means of Proportional Random Sampling of 54 employees. The study instrument was a Likert scale model questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that the development of civil servants in the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities Regency has been considered good with the acquisition level of 3.60 with the following explanation; (1) knowledge development has an effect on the good category, namely the achievement of 4.13, (2) the development of attitude influences the good category is obtained 3.74, (3) the development of morale has an effect on a sufficient level, namely 3.26, (4) work discipline coaching has an effect on a good level, namely on the acquisition of 4.03, (5) skills development is at a sufficient level, namely at the acquisition of 2.86. In general, it can be concluded that the development of civil servants at the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities is in the good category with an average score of 3.60. However, the coaching must be optimized again for optimal work results.

This research was made to determine what factors are influenced by organizational climate and what factors affect organizational climate. Factors influenced by organizational climate: 1) job satisfaction, 2) employee performance, 3) work motivation. Factors that influence organizational climate: 1) leadership style, 2) organizational culture, 3) work culture, 4) interpersonal communication, 5) commitment. Sources of data from this research are taken from journal articles, theses and supported by books related to organizational climate.
