Abstract

This reseach aims to determine the process of inculcating Islamic religious values in Tunas Harapan Sambiroto Kindergarten students, the methods used in instilling Islamic religious values, and the results of using the method of inculcating religious values. The results showed that: in an effort to instill religious values in TK Tunas Harapan Sambiroto students, various planting methods were combined. As a supporting factor, educators have high motivation, have the ability to convey Islamic religious teachings, students can imitate worship movements even though they are not regular and have Islamic books. Meanwhile, factor for students not focusing and grouping participants what educators do when practicing worship is still unclear

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh penurunan budaya belajar selama pandemi covid-19. Tergerusnya budaya belajar menjadi tanggung jawab kepala madrasah dalam menentukan akuntabilitas keberhasilan siswa. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi kepala madrasah dalam menciptakan budaya belajar selama covid-19 di Yayasan Maharesi Siddiq. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif ini didukung dengan data wawancara secara langsung dengan pihak terkait, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi tentang budaya belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles dan Huberman yakni reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penciptaan budaya belajar siswa baik di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas dilakukan melalui tiga strategi yakni strategi perencanaan program budaya belajar, strategi pelaksanaan dan strategi pengawasan program. Ketiga strategi tersebut terbukti mampu menciptakan budaya belajar siswa yang mencakup dimensi kognitif, tata nilai, dan tradisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk mengecek keabsahan data tersebut dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi pengumpulan data.  Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) bagaimana perencanaan waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. (2) bagaimana pelaksanaan waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. (3) bagaimana evaluasi waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan manajemen kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja adalah mengadakan rapat bersama untuk membahas hal-hal seperti: penyusunan kegiatan, penjadwalan serta pengalokasian waktu kegiatan, dan sistem evaluasi peserta didik. (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja berjalan baik. Penyusunan kegiatan sudah berjalan sesuai panduan pengembangan diri dan ekstrakurikuler, penjadwalan dan alokasi waktu kegiatan juga sudah sesuai dengan program pramuka, dan sistem evaluasinya menggunakan 3 jenis tes. (3) Evaluasi manajemen kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja berjalan optimal. Kegiatan pramuka memberi dampak positif sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi siswa.

Abstract

Quality service is a service that always meets the needs and satisfaction of customers, namely school residents. In order to support the smooth learning process in schools, a part that supports activities is needed, namely school administration. The purpose of this study was to determine quality planning, quality control and quality improvement as well as input quality, process quality and output quality of administrative services at MAN Wonogiri. This study uses qualitative research, with descriptive methods through field studies conducted at MAN Wonogiri. The data acquisition using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Quality planning at MAN Wonogiri includes several activities including planning meetings before the new school year by involving TU employees, TU heads and madrasa heads, determining customer needs and preparing evaluation plans. (2) Quality control is carried out by adjusting performance with objectives, evaluating and supervising madrasa administrative services, (3) Quality improvement is carried out by identifying improvements, making improvement efforts and programs to improve the quality of madrasa administrative services, (4) Input quality is supported by the ability education personnel who serve as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure, (5) The quality of the process is seen from the implementation of administrative services in the fields of education and teaching, finance, personnel and general affairs, (6) The quality of output is seen from the results of the performance of TU employees through the administrative self-evaluation of MAN Wonogiri.

Abstract

The head of the madrasa is a figure who has a big role in running the wheel of the educational organization. The head of the madrasa in the organization is needed to bring organizations to the established objectives. The increase in teacher performance is a about who determines the success of the school / madrasa institution, because from the teachers of changes in the education sector will be achieved. The teacher's factor really determines the formation of quality students. Therefore the role of the madrasa head is needed in order to help teachers to be more professional. The purpose of this study was to be able to find out: (1) to describe the role of the Madrasah Chief of Improving Teacher's performance in MIN 3 Demak (2) to describe the strategy used by the Madrasah Head in Improving Teacher's performance in MIN 3 Demak (3) to describe the constraints and solution of the head of the madrasa in improving teacher performance in MIN 3 Demak. This study uses a qualitative approach. The techniques used in research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data obtained was analyzed by: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance in MIN 3 Demak is a) head as an educator, b) as a supervisor, c) as a motivator. (2) The strategy used by the head of the Madrasah in improving teacher performance in MIN 3 Demak is a) Discipline, c) Motivation, c) Provision of Rewards and Punishment, d) Training Activities, e) Evaluation. (3) Constraints and Solutions Head of Madrasah In Improving Teacher's Performance in MIN 3 Demak is a) Lack of Facilities and Infrastructure, b) Mastery of Material, c) There are still several educators who are less disciplined. With solutions to strive to meet the facilities and infrastructure needed, including teachers in training and workshops, giving warning and always reminding the importance of behavior of discipline.

Abstract

MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah Semarang is a private school located in the beringin region, Ngaliyan. In this environment there are many elementary schools. So that the school needs to introduce the school program to the community. The website is one of the media choices chosen by MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah in building the image of the school. The focus of the problems taken in this study is: How is the Public Relations Strategy through Online Media in Building the Image of MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah Semarang? This research uses a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Collecting data using several methods, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that, (1) to facilitate user access, namely the existence of adequate facilities, ease of finding websites, mobile friendly, simple website operation, the presence of the most current and most popular news notifications, and access speed. However, the MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah website does not have a Navigation feature. (2) The MI Miftahul Akhaqiyah website has a large number of visitors and has a global scope. (3) the MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah website cannot communicate between visitors, but can only be done between visitors and managers.

Abstract

Library security is an important factor for the continuity of library administration, without good security management, the library cannot guarantee that its users feel safe and comfortable in utilizing the library, and eventually the library is abandoned by its users. This study aims to describe security management at the Library of Semarang State University (UNNES) which is still in the old UNNES Library building. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation and interview data collection techniques. The validity test uses technical triangulation, and data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and conclusions. The results found were that the UNNES Library had implemented security features in the form of physical security and security management. Physical security includes placement architecture, building architecture, guards, equipment and exhibition security, while security management includes library material security, access security and surveillance cameras. Weaknesses found in the UNNES Library were that security policy procedures and plans had not been set forth in text form even though they had been implemented. Suggestions for UNNES Library is to be able to make security policy procedures and plans in the form of text that is approved by the leadership and can be a guideline for the library.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran strategis pendidikan agama dalam membangun sikap toleransi dan mencegah munculnya radikalisme di kalangan pelajar di tengah masyarakat multikultural. Pendidikan agama berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai sarana pembentukan spiritualitas dan moralitas, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen sosial untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, perdamaian, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Melalui kurikulum yang inklusif, metode pembelajaran reflektif, serta keteladanan guru, pendidikan agama berpotensi besar dalam membentuk karakter moderat dan mencegah eksklusivisme beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap berbagai sumber pustaka, laporan lembaga keagamaan (ELSA, Wahid Foundation), serta studi-studi empiris terkini tentang pendidikan agama dan moderasi beragama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konflik keagamaan baik di level global maupun nasional dipengaruhi oleh faktor teologis, politik, ekonomi, dan sosial. Pendidikan agama yang menekankan aspek kognitif semata tanpa penguatan afektif dan sosial dapat berkontribusi pada munculnya sikap intoleran. Sebaliknya, pendidikan agama yang berbasis peace education dan religious moderation terbukti efektif dalam membangun kesadaran toleransi dan mengurangi potensi radikalisme di sekolah maupun pesantren. Peran guru pendidikan agama sangat sentral sebagai role model dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi dan dialog antariman. Kurikulum Merdeka yang mengintegrasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila — khususnya nilai “beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia” — menjadi pijakan penting dalam membentuk pelajar religius sekaligus toleran. Lingkungan pendidikan seperti sekolah dan pesantren juga perlu dikembangkan sebagai ruang sosial inklusif melalui kegiatan lintas iman dan pembelajaran multikultural. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pendidikan agama memiliki peran fundamental sebagai agen resolusi konflik dan deradikalisasi di kalangan pelajar. Upaya menanamkan moderasi beragama harus diimplementasikan secara holistik melalui sinergi kurikulum, guru, dan lingkungan belajar. Dengan demikian, pendidikan agama bukan sekadar transfer doktrin, tetapi proses transformatif yang menumbuhkan sikap kasih sayang (rahmatan lil ‘alamin), keadilan, dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan dalam bingkai kebangsaan.
