Abstract

This article is aimed at the teaching profession and describing partial outcomes of subjective perception of workload and satisfaction of educators. The research uses the measurement tools Assessment scale: Perception of the burden of work activities and Life satisfaction questionnaire. The paper is focused on four dimensions – the subjective perception of workload related to the teaching process, related to the extracurricular activities, satisfaction with the job and satisfaction with one's free time. The research sample consisted of 874 Slovak teachers (232 in kindergarten, 411 in elementary school, 219 in leadership position, 12 “other”). The workload is perceived as a slight burden in the teaching process (x̄ = 2.057), but also outside of it (x̄ = 2.040). In general, teachers are satisfied with their jobs (x̄ = 4.787) and impartial towards their personal free time (x̄ = 4.313). In some areas there was a significant difference between kindergarten and elementary educators in perception of difficulty. Elementary educators deem the workload as more distressing. A significant difference was also demonstrated between the perception of satisfaction with free time between kindergarten teachers, primary education teachers and teachers in management positions, with kindergarten teachers being more satisfied. Our findings point to the need to differentiate the actions of teachers at different levels of education, in their job positions, and to provide them with support for their work well-being and satisfaction.

Abstract

The TVA metric is used to evaluate the liquidity of a particular stock. Utilizing a technological tool called trading volume activity (TVA) can help monitor capital markets' response to information. The inverse relationship between TVA value and stock liquidity causes this. The TVA value of a stock increases with how easy it is to sell and convert it into currency, or more precisely, how much liquidity a stock has. Because of the announcement right issue, certain phenomena have good impact phenomena, while other phenomena turn out to have bad impacts, and because TVA was not covered in previous research, it is known that the effect of notification light issue on stock returns and market trading volume do not always have the same effect on offering the same conclusions. The research sample consisted of 17 financial services companies in the banking sub-sector that dealt with this issue. The window period in this research was carried out for 11 days, namely 5 days before the announcement right issue, 1 day at the time of the announcement, and 5 days after the announcement right issue. Abstract

One factor that significantly influences how well companies and public administration players carry out their operations is ethics. The ethical issues that arose, including nepotism, collusion, and corruption, made the implementation of public administration ethics in the Indonesian government bureaucracy crucial. The qualitative technique was employed in this study, with primary data coming from observations and secondary data coming from media and literary analysis. The public emphasized and criticized public bureaucracy throughout the reform era because, according to studies, a small number of Indonesian government officials lack responsibility in carrying out their powers, duties, and obligations. In addition to enforcing the law, the government must develop and apply public administration ethics for its bureaucratic machinery in order to tackle this issue.
