Abstract

Service quality based on education to evaluate student satisfaction at MIS Mathlail Khoir. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of educational services on student satisfaction as well as to explain the quality of educational services and student satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis with a population of 405 students and the sampling technique is cluster sampling of 100 students assigned to students in class V and class VI. These instruments are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis method was carried out using correlation techniques and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that the quality of education services and student satisfaction in the school was said to be high with a mean value of X 75.83 while Y was 48.34. And shows that there is a significant influence between the quality of education services on student satisfaction from the regression equation obtained by Y'= 33.889+0.191X showing that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 10.5% while 89.5% is influenced by other variables not examined..

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of simultaneous or partial career development, job satisfaction and discipline on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch. The research method uses a quantitative approach, in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents who were divided into employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of the results of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and coefficient of determination with SPSS version 21 program.The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share on stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021. This study uses quantitative methods with verification approaches. The research sample amounted to 10 banking companies with a research period of 7 years taken using purposive sampling technique so that the number of data studied was 70 data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. The results of data analysis show that partially return on assets and earnings per share have an influence on stock prices. while return on equity has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share have an influence on stock prices of banking companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2021. Abstract

The cigarette industry sector is one of the industrial sectors that is considered quite affected by the losses during the COVID-19 pandemic due to the nature of the Covid-19 virus that attacks the respiratory tract area. On December 10, 2020, all share prices of cigarette issuers moved down after the government announced a 12.5% ​​increase in excise duty for 2021. The increase in cigarette excise also affected stock prices where the majority of share prices of the four cigarette issuers decreased. This study aims to determine, test and analyze the effect of ROA, ROE, and Inflation on Stock Prices in Cigarette Sub-Sector Companies listed on the IDX during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive verification, the population is Cigarette Sub-Sector Companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that partially ROA and Inflation have an effect on stock prices, while ROE has no effect on stock prices. ROA, ROE, and Inflation have a simultaneous effect on stock prices. The regression model obtained by Adjusted R Square is 40.2% with the remaining 59.8% influenced by other variables not examined. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between affective commitment and job satisfaction in vocational teachers. This study involved 59 vocational school teachers at one of the state vocational schools in Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The research method used is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a research data collection tool. The data analysis technique used is using the SPSS version 26 program with the results of the study that there is a significant relationship between affective commitment and job satisfaction in vocational teachers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of services at Modern Islamic Boarding Schools and Tahfidz Al Al Ikhwan Assalam Houses which include educators and education staff, curriculum services, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic Boarding School has tried to improve the competence of educators and education staff by providing trainings in improving their competence and sending teachers to various trainings held by educational institutions that specialize in teaching education science. Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic Boarding School uses a modern Islamic boarding school curriculum which includes religious learning and general lessons. Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic boarding school has complete facilities and infrastructure. The facilities and infrastructure include Islamic boarding schools, classrooms, student dormitories, libraries, prayer rooms, rooms for certain activities, fields, and other learning support facilities such as blackboards, stationery, desks, projectors and others. The Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic Boarding School has good financial management where the income and expenses are transparent and the administration is clear. Of course this can affect the course of a management in the Islamic boarding school. Because if there are problems related to finance, it can also affect the management process and the learning process. Abstract

The impact of advertisements and the brand image on interest in the purchase of the EIGER after covid-19 study in the millennial generation society of Kabupaten Karawang. Thesis Faculty of Economic, Singaperbangsa Karawang University. This new research is aimed at knowing the impact and impact of Advertising and the Brand Image on the interest of the purchase of a millennial society in the municipality of the stock market on the eiger products after the covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study numbered 100 from the millennial society of Kabupaten Karawang. The study used validity, reliability and normality tests and t and test f tests to help with the study, and tests were done with SPSS AIDS, and Microsoft excel. Studies have concluded that the ikla and the brand image are positive and simultaneous effects on the purchase of EIGER after the covid-19 pandemic in millennial society of Kabupaten Karawang. Abstract

The village is a combination relationship between the activities of a group of people and their environment caused by social and cultural elements. Village government is a government institution that runs and manages village areas. In addition to its environment, Ulamahuam village also has tourist attractions that increase the economic income of residents. This tourist attraction is managed and utilized from natural resources in Ulumahuam Village, Pandayangan hamlet. These natural resources require human resources in the village, to manage tourism objects in order to increase the attraction of visitors. To create a village that cares and has an environmental culture, residents need to be involved in various environmental learning activities. In addition, the village head is also expected to involve the surrounding community in carrying out various activities that provide benefits for both the community and the environment. The role of the village government in the village of Ulamahuam is to carry out socialization to the village community about the Adiwiyata village program, after that the community applies reforestation along the road and then the community manages the natural resources owned in the village so as to generate income for the village, in the village of Ulamahuam still maintaining customs. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine empowerment through formal and non-formal education in carrying out training activities for the Ulumahuam Village community to improve the superior environment of Ulumahuam Village in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research method is a qualitative research conducted by collecting data, observation methods, documentation, and interviews with the Ulumahuam Village apparatus and the Ulumahuam Village community and the Ulumahuam Village Community Leaders, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The results of the study, namely (1) the community empowerment process to improve the superior environment of Ulumahuam Village (2) the empowerment process carried out by formal and non-formal educational institutions has not met the expectations of the learning citizens involved in the process, and has not paid attention to aspects of the needs needed by the learning community. , (3) the results generated after participating in the empowerment process in formal and non-formal educational institutions have not helped the community to improve their lives, (4) the cooperative relationship that has been built by LPM and Ulumahuam Village to make Ulumahuam Village superior Keywords: CommunityEmpowerment, Improving the Environment, Ulumahuam Village, More Superior

Abstract

Environmental protection is very necessary because the population of the earth is increasing every year. The Village Government is absolutely responsible for what has been done to the community to fulfill its duties, authorities and obligations as regulated in laws and regulations, including in terms of providing a good living environment. This study focuses on finding out how the role of the village government in controlling and managing the environment in Ulumahuam Village is. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection process was carried out by observing and asking questions. The results show that the Ulumahuam Village government controls and manages the environment by strengthening community harmony through mutual cooperation activities. In addition, the village government also utilizes existing natural resources to be managed into tourist attractions so that it can move the economy of local residents.
