Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

The system is a collection of objects that have relationships with each other. The components in this system must be integrated with each other. As a result, the most important factor in integrating existing components in a system is the relationship. The purpose of this study is to examine the system's classification and relationships as the core of the system. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research and is included in the qualitative research category. Sources of research data were obtained from related books and journals as well. Data collection techniques include collecting literature data or library materials related to the discussion in the research. The results of this study indicate that there are eight system classifications, and relationships are the core of the system. Keywords: System Classification, System Core Relations, Systems Approach

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the principal's program in creating a school organizational system and how the principal's strategy is in forming a school organizational system. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The informant of this research is the school principal. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions by testing the validity of the data using credibility, transfer, dependability and suitability tests. The results of this study indicate that: the school principal is to make an organizational system and school arrangement, including making the school organizational structure contained in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture. Middle school, hereinafter abbreviated as SMP, is a form of formal education unit that organizes general education at the junior secondary education level. The organizational design for junior high schools has actually been regulated in Permendikbud No. 6 of 2019. Keywords: Concept Nature, the System in Schools

Abstract

Management is the science and art of managing the process of implementing human resources based on their functions and duties effectively and efficiently to achieve a certain goal. The success of a leader is mastering a management function in a good company or agency, so a leader is needed who is able to master and act professionally towards the management function (POAC), namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating (Directing). and Controlling (Supervision). In the perspective of the Koran there are also four parts of the management function, namely planning contained in surah Al Isra' verse 36, organizing contained in surah Al-Anfal verse 46, directing contained in surah An-Nahl verse 125 and lastly Supervision is contained in surah An-Nisa verse 1. A smart city is one that includes contemporary infrastructure and transportation systems, Additionally to human and social capital, create high-quality, long-term economic growth. The idea of the "Smart City" is becoming prevalent in major cities around the globe. This also applies to Indonesia. 2020 saw the release of the "Movement Towards 100 Smart Cities" by the Indonesian government. This was a significant milestone in the country's effort to digitize public services. Semarang City is one of the cities used as a model for the growth of smart cities in Indonesia. While it cannot be separated from that, one of the top aims for Malang Metropolis's development in 2022 is to realize a Smart City-based city. The chosen method is to use a literature review as a research strategy. In this literature study research, which is a series of events or activities related to library data collection methods, specifically by recording and processing research material taken from previous studies, the implementation of Smart City services in the cities of Semarang and Malang is being compared. In order to maximize the efficiency of creating a city, enhance the quality of life, and boost the local economy, the implementation of smart cities in the cities of Semarang and Malang has utilized and applied a universal method. Abstract

This research aims to learn more about online Integrated Business Strategies in the Digital Age. With the rapid development of technology, new media have emerged which are closely related to the internet. Which is where the internet is now a necessity for many people around the world because it allows them to quickly and easily find the information they need. The Internet made inroads into the world of business, creating new changes. Fields of online business today that are growing rapidly include the fashion and styling sector, the furniture sector, and also the electronics sector. The Fashionable field is a very high field because many people follow the flashlight trend. One of them is product marketing. With the development of the times, now many people choose to buy and sell online. This is because online is easier and cheaper. Oneway toincrease online sales is by means of promotion, because promotion is the most important thing in developing the online business that we live in. With the promotion of the business that we live can be seen or heard by other people in various directions. The research method used is qualitative by distributing questionnaires fordata processing and using previous theoretical references to make it more significant. The purpose of this research is to link the organizational functions of various systems and process data processing from various platforms to be more effective. In addition, the integrity system can also reduce business operational costs. The results of this study include several interrelationships of an effective and efficient business system. Abstract

Sales competition in a global market has increased. At present there are many competitors from various types of companies that have various strategies to increase sales volume and increase their popularity among the public or consumers. This causes the need for a strategy in marketing, one of which is personal selling. This study aims to analyze the form of the strategy carried out by the Zara brand by using personal selling to increase sales volume in the global market. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative type. The primary data source used is information that contains information about zara's personal selling marketing as well as several supporting references as secondary data sources. The results of the study show that Zara itself divides consumers into three types as an initial strategy in carrying out personal selling activities. Some of the steps taken by Zara in carrying out personal selling are by approaching customers, providing directions for customers and finding alternatives or solutions to problems experienced by customers. Abstract

This study aims to reveal strong leadership in the management of Islamic education perfective hadith. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach to literature studies. The results and discussion of this research show that the figure of a strong leader in an education management has a meaning, they are the ones who are able to be responsible, trustworthy and professional at work. This research concludes that strong leadership is a recommendation in Islamic teachings, even in the hadith it is said that a strong believer is better and more Allah loves than a weak believer, this study recommends that a leader should have and master the principles of carrying out management in an education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ROA, NPM, EPS secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Harga Saham dalam Perusahaan SubSektor Properti Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pada Tahun 2019 – 2021. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 30 perusahaan dari 80 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel pada taraf signifikasi sebesar 5%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Eviews 9.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial ROA, NPM, dan EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham. Hasil riset ini secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa ROA, NPM, dan EPS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Kata kunci: ROA, NPM, EPS, Harga Saham

Abstract

Increasingly high needs make tourism a basic part of human lifestyle, and move people to get to know nature and culture in other countries. So indirectly the movement of people will affect the mutually sustainable economic chain. In this paper regarding the management of halal rice field tourism in improving the welfare of the community in Sidua-dua Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency. Therefore the aim of this study is to identify and determine the physical carrying capacity of the potential of rice fields in supporting tourism activities and find out whether rice fields have been managed optimally so that the potential of the rice fields is able to prosper the surrounding community. This research uses a type of field research (Field Research). With the nature of this research it is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show that the Halal Labura Rice Field Tourism has very good economic potential where economically the Labura Halal Rice Field Tourism increases value from agriculture to the economic sector. This is supported by a strategic location, affordable travel tickets and attractive tourist facilities. However, Sawah Labura Halal Tourism has weaknesses, namely during the harvest season and weather changes even though it has been tricked by changing photo spots every time every three months. Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of fiscal decentralization and poverty levels on economic growth in North Sumatra province. This research uses quantitative methods, secondary data collection techniques with documentation using data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for each district/city in North Sumatra. . This study uses the SPSS statistical tool. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that fiscal decentralization has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. This is evidenced by the fact that the tcount for the Fiscal Decentralization variable (-2.831) is smaller than the ttable (1.984) and the sig value is 0.006 <0.05. Poverty levels have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Poverty Level variable (-2.664) is smaller than ttable (1.984) and the sig value is 0.009 <0.05, the decision is Ha2 rejected and Ho2 accepted. Meanwhile, the F test of Fiscal Decentralization and Poverty Level has a simultaneous and significant positive effect on Economic Growth. This is evidenced by the fact that Fcount is (11.334) greater than Ftable (3.94) and has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, in testing the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.602. This shows that the independent variables, namely Fiscal Decentralization and Poverty Level, are able to explain the dependent variable, namely Economic Growth of 19.1% while the remaining 80.9% is explained by other variables outside the regression model.
