Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

This research leads to the results of people's perceptions about blood donation. Blood donation is an activity in the process of donating blood with the aim of blood transfusion. Meanwhile, blood transfusion is the process of transferring blood from someone who has a healthy immune system and is labeled as fulfilling the requirements for transfusion to another person. In this case, the transferred blood can be whole blood or the blood component itself. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research that uses interview techniques, goes into the field to collect data and interacts directly with (objects) of the community. Without blood donors who are intermediaries from God, you will not be able to help others. Blood donors can be in the form of whole blood and blood components. Well implemented according to the ASBP (Armed Services Blood Program) for men routine blood donors every 2 months, while for women every 3 months. Keywords: perception, blood donation, components.

Abstract

Education is an essential part of a human being's life, therefore decision-making in matters of education is something that really needs attention. One of them is making the decision to take the study program to be pursued in Higher Education, the many choices that can be made make prospective students need to make the right decision in deciding which study program to pursue. The research method used was a qualitative method with a questionnaire as a data collection technique, while the research participants came from business administration study program students from the East Java "Veteran" National Development University as many as 31 students (9 boys and 22 girls) aged between 18 to 20 years . The results of this study indicate that students choose the business administration study program because of their interests, job prospects, aspirations, educational background, parents, and easy admission opportunities. Abstract

SMEs are small and medium enterprises owned by individuals or individual business entities. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important role in supporting the national economy. Therefore, SMEs need to get attention from the government and academics. Various processed food products are produced by SMEs. Lontong is one of the staple food products that we often encounter and consume. Lontong is made from rice wrapped in plastic, banana leaves and boiled. The majority of Lontong business owners continue to produce their goods using firewood and improvised tools. As a result, the quality and production capacity remain low. However, on this occasion the researchers conducted research on the mini Lontong UKM located in the village of Pond, Kab. Deli Serdang Kec. Percut Sei Tuan here, researchers see the production process for making rice cake at Mrs. Risna's house. The manufacturing process is very modern because it uses modern cooking utensils, namely using a gas stove and the cooking process takes 6 hours faster. The mini size of the lontong and the cheap and economical price makes it attractive for the public to buy the product and the owner distributes it to markets and online media such as social media and other online media. Abstract

Traditional performance management has weaknesses and is no longer suitable for business organizations to enter into very tight competition in the global market. Traditional performance management must be abandoned and replaced by implementing a new performance management. Performance management improvements are carried out on an ongoing basis to deliver the best performance of employees, teams and organizations. In order to achieve the effectiveness of performance management, business organizations need to develop supervision in improving performance management. The performance management model which consists of four stages (planning, implementing, reflecting, and compensating) can be used to improve performance management. Keywords: Performance Management

Abstract

Cash management is the optimization of cash flow and excess cash investment. Financial statements are a form of management accountability in managing the company's resources as well as information that reflects the company's performance. This study aims to determine the effect of cash management quality on improving a business performance on CV. Alphie in the period 2019-2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results showed that cash and company performance stimulant positive and significant effect on residual, but partial cash does not have a positive and significant effect on residual. Abstract

, Nita Erdina3, Marketing strategy is a strategy designed to promote goods or services with the aim of making a profit. The purpose of this study is to find out how product development through product marketing strategies through ground coffee product marketing strategies in increasing sales of gem coffee powder products. This research is descriptive qualitative, this method is used so that the writer knows or describes the reality of the event under study. Which is where the aim of the research was to find out how a good marketing strategy is for the development of sales of gem coffee products. The results of the study show that Permata Kopi does not maximize its marketing strategy. The newly optimized strategy is the product strategy. It is better if the owner of Permata Kopi is able to reconfirm his strategy, expand the marker network and increase promotions so that people are aware of Permata Kopi products. Abstract

Government has a very important role in the development of a country or region. To create a safe country, good governance is needed. Good governance is a follow-up or evolution in administering government from good government changes to governance. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Sei Kera Hilir II village government is in good governance. The method used in this research is to use qualitative methods and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the village government of Sei Kera Hilir has been running well which is marked by implementing a system of transparency in its governance. In addition, the government has fully involved the community, in this case showing that the kelurahan government plays a role in increasing the principle of community participation. In creating equality and good governance, the lurah has authority and delegates it to village community leaders so that it can run evenly and there is mutual control between the community and village government apparatus. Abstract

This article aims to determine the role of school principals in the implementation of school-based management. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The location of this research is SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane. Data collection techniques in writing this article are interviews and field observations. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the professionalism of school principals in implementing school-based management. Based on the findings in the field, the role of the school principal in implementing school-based management is already professional. The school principal is a role model, a motivator for educators and education staff. The researcher concluded that the school principal had carried out his role in the field of leadership, motivating teachers, and improving educational infrastructure well in the implementation of school-based management. The researcher suggests that school principals should continue to improve their professionalism in carrying out their roles so that the existence of educational institutions is increasingly recognized and trusted by the community. Abstract

Islamic Education Management is a management set to develop Islamic education and part of the management regarding the use of all existing resources in Islamic educational institutions, so that the goals can be achieved effectively, efficiently and productively. This study used a qualitative approach with library research. This study uses the thematic method (maudu'iy), namely the collection of verses of the Koran which discuss the objectives of Islamic education management. Sources of research data were obtained from verses of the Koran, interpretations and hadiths as well as books and journals. Data collection techniques by collecting literature data or library materials that lead to discussion in research. Data analysis was carried out by content analysis, namely content analysis which contains conclusions based on valid data by considering the contents of the writing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the verses and interpretations regarding the objectives of Islamic education management. The conclusion from this study there are five objectives of Islamic education management, namely planning educational programs according to Islamic law, preparing educational facilities and infrastructure according to the guidance of the Koran and hadith, managing educational institutions so that educational goals are achieved according to Islamic law, controlling the educational process based on al- -Quran and Hadith, improve resources in Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

Private schools are schools founded by religious and non-religious organizations. The contribution of private schools to the nation and state is enormous. However, one of the problems faced by private schools is the lack of students’ registering interest. this paper aims to find out the strategy to increase students' registering interest in private schools. There are several strategies that can be carried out by private institutions to increase the interest of applicants, namely: 1) good branding management; 2) having a reliable marketing strategy; 3) improving school quality; and 4) providing discounts.
