Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

Marketing strategy is a way to create a sustainable competitive advantage for both companies that produce goods and services. Market competition is a major challenge for entrepreneurs. One of the Indonesian batik production industries is located in the village of Wukirsari. The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitive marketing strategy of the global Giliroyo batik industry. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive method where the data collection technique used was a literature study. According to the survey results, the marketing strategy of the global Jiriroyo tie-dye industry consists of a product strategy, a pricing strategy, a sales promotion strategy and a placement strategy, which are commonly referred to as the 4Ps. Abstract

The open unemployment rate and the low number of jobs have become the main concerns in labor issues and the targets of the sustainable development goals agenda in Tangerang City. The Covid-19 pandemic also has an impact on the employment sector, namely limited job vacancies and limited work experience, which also affects fresh graduates. This study aims to describe how the Implementation of the Employment Opportunities Expansion Policy in Tangerang City before and during the Covid-19 pandemic is seen from several programs that have been issued before and during the pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative using interview and documentation techniques. This research uses the Dennis A. Rondinelli and G. Shabbir Cheema Implementation Model, which is a theoretical framework used to examine how decentralized government initiatives are implemented. The environment, notions of interorganizational linkages, organizational resources for program implementation, and the traits and skills of implementing agents are four variables that may have an impact on how a policy is implemented. The findings show that the program was not implemented as well as it should have been in order to improve career possibilities for Fresh Graduate both before and during the Covid-19 outbreak at the Tangerang City Manpower Office many differences were towards better services. However, there are still problems in the provisions for participants who join the program that should be improved so as not to hinder other participants. Abstract

After the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Islam needs a replacement for him to lead the Muslims. While the Prophet Muhammad SAW. did not leave a will regarding who would replace him after he died. Islamic leaders at that time knew very well that Islam needed a leader, namely a caliph who was chosen through deliberation. Finally, the Prophet's companions were elected as caliphs in the order of Abu Bakr ash-Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, and Ali bin Abi Talib. The determination of the Ottoman manuscripts to exist during the time of Uthman bin Affan and the existence of total unity that exists in the text of the Koran throughout the world with various sects in the world is one form of the success of the caliph Uthman bin Affan which cannot be rivaled by anyone in uniting Muslims. . Political problems during the time of Ali bin Abi Talib eventually brought Islam to the struggle for theology or theology which led to the emergence of three schools of thought. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the government system and the role of Ahl Al-Hall wa Al-'Aqd during the khulafaurrosyidin era, which started with the government system of Abu Bakar, Umar Bin Khottab, Ustman Bin 'Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib. The method used in this literature is carried out by examining the concepts and theories used based on the available literature, which includes books, articles published in scientific journals which contain theories relevant to research problems. The results of this study are that overall the appointment of khalifaurrasyidin is carried out by way of deliberation. Even though at the moment of selecting the caliph one with the other caliphs had different problems to reach an agreement on the election of the caliph. This is natural, so that the different problems he experienced gave birth to different efforts between one caliph and another. Ahl Al-Hall wa Al-Aqd are people who have contributed to realizing the replacement of the caliph after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Abstract

Modernitas merupakan suatu kebaruan yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan. Hal tersebut meliputi; cara berpikir, bersikap dan dalam keseharian manusia. Modernitas ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian historis dalam perjalanan sejarah. Modernitas ini berkaitan erat dengan gejala sekularisme dalam tatanan masyarakat. Konsekuensi yang dihadapi ialah dogma agama yang semula sakral kemudian didekonstruksi oleh para pemeluknya dengan menyesuaikan perkembangan zaman, sehingga agama menjadi bersifat profan. Dewasa ini modernitas diterapkan oleh seluruh kalangan, hingga pada kalangan umat Islam. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas bagaimana Islam merespon adanya modernitas dari Barat. Sebab, di dalam Islam terdapat kubu yang menerima serta menolak. Mereka yang menerima berlandaskan bahwa modernitas dapat disesuaikan dengan al-Quran sesuai dengan zamannya, sedangkan mereka yang menolak beralasan bahwa modernitas merupakan produk Barat dan menghilangkan nilai-nilai agama.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the effect of performance appraisal on incentive for outsourcing employee PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen (KAPM) Palembang area. The population of the subject in this research are all outsourcing employees as the author sampling for 79 respondents. The method of data collecting used in this research is questioner. The analysis technique used in this research is simple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that performance appraisal had positive and significant effects on incentives for outsourcing employees PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen (KAPM) area Palembang. Abstract

This study describes the Development of Islam in the Umayyad Period. The focus of this research is to find out the history of the establishment of the Umayyads, Islamic civilization during the Umayyad period, and the reasons for its decline and the fall of the Umayyads. The result is the Umayyad dynasty is taken from the name Umayyah Ibn 'Abdi Shams Ibn 'Abdi Manaf, this dynasty was actually initiated since the leadership of caliph Uthman bin Affan but only later successfully declared and gained recognition of sovereignty by all the people after the caliph Ali was killed and Hasan ibn Ali who was appointed by the people the Muslims in Iraq handed over their power to Muawiyah after doing so negotiations and agreements. The unity of the Muslim ummah in one leadership at that time was called the jama'ah year ('Am al Jama'ah) 41 H (661 M). And the decline and destruction of the Umayyad dynasty was caused by many factors, among them are: power struggles between royal families, prolonged conflict with the Shia and Khawarij opposition groups, ethnic conflict between North Arab tribes and South Arab tribes, the incompetence of the caliphs in leading the government and the tendencies of those who live luxury, overthrow by the Bani Abbas fully supported by the Bani Hashim, the Shia, and the Mawali group.

Abstract

This research is based on the demands of the community's needs for quality and higher-quality education. Supervision is an important thing that needs to be done in an effort to improve the quality of education. This supervision is in the form of encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to grow teacher expertise in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of school principal supervision in improving teacher performance. This research was conducted at MI Sirojul Athfal Pondok Rajeg Cibinong Bogor. This research is based on the boardman's theory of supervision. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method supported by data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of informants in this research were the principal and two teachers. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervision of the principal at MI Sirojul Athfal goes well every semester on a regular and scheduled basis. In stimulating teacher performance, the principal provides support, facilities, and appreciation for teachers. In coordinating teacher performance, the principal holds related coordination meetings, evaluates learning, conducts peer tutoring, and involves teachers in community activities. The school principal provides input, suggestions, and solutions related to difficulties faced by teachers, and in an effort to improve teacher performance, the principal provides motivation and optimizes facilities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on work spirit of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This research used saturation sampling method, for 58 respondents. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work spirit of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency.
