This study used a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire to collect the data from 185 students at the Distance Learning Program Unit Universitas Terbuka Jayapura registered in 2014-2018. It also employed the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the data with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that service quality positively and significantly affected the brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, while the brand image has no significant effect on brand loyalty.

The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then measuring the variables using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS), namely Smart-PLS version 3. The results showed that: 1) leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, but had a significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) competence has a significant effect on employee performance, but is not significant in influencing job satisfaction; 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction; 4) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship of leadership to employee performance, but cannot mediate the relationship of competence and organizational culture to employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of floor exercises and swiss ball exercises with the circuit training method on balance, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance. This research uses a quasi-experimental, floor exercise treatment and Swiss ball exercise using the circuit training method with 10 training posts. The population in this study was students of physical education and sports of STKIP PGRI Jombang 2015, with a total population of 80 male students, with an average age of ±19 years, height ± 166.31cm, weight ± 58.63kg. From the test of each group (paired sample) obtained a significant difference between the pretest and posttest on each variable (p-value> 0.05). Meanwhile, from the ANOVA test was found out that there was a difference in the average results of the physical condition of each variable in each exercise method. The study concluded that: 1) there was an effect of floor and swiss ball exercises aided circuit training method, there is a significant enhancement of balance, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance; 2) in conventional training there was also a significant enhancement on balance, strength and flexibility. There was no significant enhancement in abdominal muscle strength, abdominal muscle endurance, and leg muscle endurance; and 3) there were significant differences between the three groups in balance, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to study and test the effect of using the effect of the single leg and double leg bounding exercise program (BEP) on the improvement of physical agility, strength, balance, and leg muscle power. The subjects of this study were 42 students of Physical Education class 2017 STKIP PGRI Jombang. This type of research is quantitative with quasi-experimental techniques. Sampling using the Solvin formula and purposive sampling technique. The process of taking data from the initial test and the final test uses the leg dynamometer test to determine leg muscle strength, side step test for agility, force plate test for leg muscle power, and balance beam test for balance. The results of the study on the normality and homogeneous tests showed normal and homogeneous data results with a significance value above 0.05. The mean difference test was carried out using the paired test and the Manova test. The method of increasing the agility, strength, balance and leg muscle power has a significant improvement with the two experimental methods. The conclusion of this study is that the bounding exercise program can significantly increase the agility, strength, balance and leg muscle power. However, from the two exercises the increase was greater in the group using the single leg bounding type of exercise.

Abstract

In simple terms, the ratio legis can be interpreted as the reason why there is a provision in the law. Article 24C paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia determines the authority possessed by the Constitutional Court, paragraph (1) reads: The Constitutional Court has the authority to adjudicate at the first and final levels whose decisions are final to examine laws against the Constitution, decide disputes over authority a state institution whose authority is granted by the Constitution, decides on the dissolution of political parties, and decides on disputes regarding the results of general elections. The limiting provisions of Article 24C paragraph (1) seem to close the scope for expanding the Constitutional Court authority to decide disputes over the authority of independent state institutions. Meanwhile, this is a state requirement. This research uses a statutory approach with a descriptive analysis method. The conclusions obtained are: 1) it is not possible that a state institution that has supervisory authority has conflict with other legal institutions; 2) there are state institutions whose authorities are regulated by law and have the potential for authority disputes, but are resolved through the executive agency; 3) there is the authority of state institutions that have the potential for conflict of authority but there are no rules for resolving them.

Abstract

The law contained in Islam can provide values and an essential sense of justice for all Muslim and non-Muslim human beings. One of the laws in Islam is stoning. Adultery is an act that has been forbidden by Allah and is included in a big and very heinous sin. The application of the law of stoning was first applied in Islam before the conquest of Mecca (fathul Mecca), and before the revelation of Surah An-Nur verse 2 regarding vols (whips), Most scholars agree that for adulterers who are muhsan the punishment is death by being stoned with stones or the like. However, there is no reference that states that the type of stoning law violates human rights or does not violate human rights, but the highlight here is the stoning (death) punishment. Whether the death penalty violates human rights or not, this becomes a controversy between one party and another who has a different perspective, the concept of human rights in Islam is different from the concept of human rights in the perspective of western countries.
