Abstract

Increasingly competitive competition arises because of digital technology in business. One of Michael Porter's famous competitive theories is regarding the competitive force. There are five components in it: bargaining power of customers, bargaining power of suppliers, the threat of new entrants, threat of substituted products and services, and rivalry among existing competitors. Using quantitative methods, this study will discuss Michael Porter’s theory components that affect business competition in the digital era. The sample selection for this research is spread over all people of DKI Jakarta who have at least one marketplace. According to the seller/store owner's perspective, the five components that affect Marketplace business competition in the digital marketing era are rivalry of competitors, bargaining power of customers, the threat of new entrants, bargaining power of suppliers, the threat of substitute product, and service. Meanwhile, according to buyers of goods in the marketplace, the five components that affect Marketplace business competition in the digital marketing era are rivalry of competitors, the threat of substituted products and services, bargaining power of customers, and bargaining power of suppliers a threat of new entrants. From the results of this study, it is suspected that Michael Porter's theory can be applied in business competition in the digital era. For further research, the author will discuss whether it is true that Michael Porter's approach is still relevant to be applied according to practitioners and marketing strategists.

Abstract

This article focuses on the policies of the Turkish Government in its efforts to weaken the Gulen Movement. The Gulen movement has grown in 150 countries has used its educational centers to spread ideas. Since the failed 2016 coup, sympathizers of the Gulen Movement have been branded Turkey and Islam as a threat. For the data collection method, the author used an in-depth literature review. This study used a qualitative approach to content analysis. The data collected is sourced from Mendeley and Harzing Publish or Perish, which then the data found will be further strengthened by various reviews. After the data was collected, the authors conducted an in-depth analysis and review in finding research data. There are two forms of policies carried out by the Turkish government, namely domestic policies, namely: (1) branding the Gulen Movement as a Terrorism Movement, (2) closing educational institutions and universities affiliated with the Gulen Movement, (3) threatening participants and followers of the Gulen Movement with imprisonment. Through false accusations, forced transfers, and kidnappings. Then for its foreign policy: (1) the Gulen Movement, which is branded internationally as the Terrorism Movement, (2) the closure of educational institutions and universities outside Turkey affiliated with the Gulen Movement, (3) threatening to arrest and hunt down the participants of the Gulen Movement and mention there is no safe place for them, including outside Turkey, (4) against the influence of Gulen's ideology with Sunni Islam in the process of spreading it. This research contributes to explaining the policy of the Turkish Government in depth through its efforts to weaken its Movement, the Gulen Movement, which is also an advantage over other similar studies. Then the drawback of this research is that it does not discuss further explanations of the Gulen Movement in detail.

Abstract

Madura during the colonial period or at the turn of the 20th century, indicated that it was not a fertile ground for mass mobilization. Starting from the community because it is almost completely divided as a result of scattered settlements and scarcity of resources. The movement that rejects various kinds of prejudice is shown at a glance with the development of the Madura branch of the Sarekat Islam led by the hajj, so that the Dutch government still feels the symptoms of Islamophobia and is also supported by the small people, in this case oreng kenek with its distinctive ideology such as milleniarism and Islamic messianism. . The limitations of each kyai are closer to the peasants from the village, whereas a haji is generally a trader who lives in urban areas. So in this case a kyai is considered a power broker to mobilize the population, especially from among the peasants, while a haji acts as a cultural broker, especially for the revival of Islam. Related to the ideals of self-determination in politics, it is a reflection of the capabilities of the Madurese Sarekat Islam figures to the various social changes or modernity that were taking place at that time.

Abstract

The implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2008 Regarding Marriage Registration in Lhoksukon North Aceh, if analyzed based on the theory of legal effectiveness, is considered not maximally effective, even though this qanun has been enforced since 2018 and marriages carried out with wild qadhi . In addition, there are still many couples who submit Isbat Nikah to the Syar'iyah Court cannot prove their marriage at the time of examination in court. Legally, this qanun is very good. From the aspect of law enforcement, it still has weaknesses because the socialization carried out has not had a significant impact on the community, and the infrastructure is considered adequate, but from the aspect of public awareness it is still very low. Qanun Number 6 of 2008 concerning the Implementation of Population Administration relating to the registration of marriages is stated in several articles, namely Article 3, where the purpose of registering marriages is to ensure the legal status of each resident; protection of the rights of the population; ordered population administration; management of population administration information; and guarantee services for the rights of the population. Marriage registration is more firmly and specifically stated in Article 55 and Article 56. Article 55: (1) Every marriage, whether for residents who are Muslim or other religions, must be recorded. (2) Marriage registration for residents who are Muslim as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out by marriage registrar employees at the District Religious Affairs Office. (3) The registration of marriages for residents of other religions as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out by officials of the Regency/Municipal Population and Civil Registry Office. (4) The marriage registrar at the District Office of Religious Affairs shall record the marriage on the Marriage Certificate and issue the Marriage Certificate Quotation. (5) The Civil Registration Officer shall record marriages on the Marriage Certificate Registry and issue a Marriage Certificate Quotation. (6) Data on the results of marriage registration must be submitted by the District Office of Religious Affairs to the Regency/Municipal Population and Civil Registry Service within 10 (ten) days after the marriage registration is carried out. Article 56: Marriage registration as referred to in Article 55 also applies to: a) marriages determined by the court/Shari'ah Court; b) marriages of foreign nationals conducted in Aceh at the request of the foreign nationals concerned.

Inheritance law in Indonesia is still plural, this happens because Indonesia does not yet have a National Inheritance Law that applies to all Indonesian people. In connection with the absence of the law, in Indonesia there are still three (3) kinship systems, i.e. the kinship system, the parental kinship system and the matrilineal kinship system. Additionally, through the Decree of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia dated November 1, 1961 Reg No. 179/K/Sip/1961 which states that the girl and boy of a joint heir are entitled to inheritance in the sense that the share of boys is equal to that of girls. The problems in this research are 1) how to development of inheritance distribution practices for inheritance to girls in the patrilineal kinship system 2) how is the direction of development of customary inheritance law towards inheritance to girls in the patrilineal kinship system? This study uses research methods with a normative approach. The results showed that the practice of dividing inheritance for inheritance to girls in the patrilineal kinship system has undergone changes in several factors that effect the development of changes in indigenous peoples, including education, overseas/migration, economic and religious factors as well as social court decisions. 2) The direction of development of customary inheritance law towards inheritance to girls in the patrilineal kinship system began with the issuance of Supreme Court Decision Number 179K/Sip/1961 and has moved towards a patrilineal system that provides equality towards equality and rights for boys and girls because it is influenced by human factors, justice and equality between men and women.
