Abstract

The increasing digitalization of human resource management systems has led to the development of mobile applications that handle sensitive employee data, including financial information related to loan submissions. PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika's Stream Mobile application serves as an Employee Self-Service (ESS) platform that enables employees to submit loan requests directly through their mobile devices. However, this convenience introduces significant security challenges, particularly concerning the protection of sensitive personal and financial data. This study focuses on designing and implementing robust data encryption mechanisms and access management controls within the Stream Mobile application to safeguard employee information during the loan submission process. The research employs a qualitative approach combined with system development methodology, utilizing AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit, alongside Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and OAuth 2.0 authentication. The implementation was evaluated through security testing, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. Results demonstrate that the implemented security measures significantly enhance data protection, with encryption reducing unauthorized access risks by 98.5% and access management preventing privilege escalation attempts. The system successfully maintains compliance with Indonesian Personal Data Protection regulations while ensuring seamless user experience. Key features—including multi-layer encryption, granular access controls, and comprehensive audit logging—contribute to establishing a secure environment for sensitive loan transaction data. This research provides practical insights for organizations implementing mobile HRIS systems with financial transaction capabilities, emphasizing the critical balance between security and usability.

Abstract

The Sihobuk Peanuts MSME has great potential in business development, but still experiences obstacles in marketing activities that have not utilized information technology optimally, resulting in low competitiveness. This study aims to design and build a marketing information system to improve the competitiveness of the Sihobuk Peanuts MSME using a prototype method, where users are directly involved in the system development process. The resulting marketing information system is able to manage product data and promotional media digitally. The results of the study indicate that the system built can help expand marketing reach and increase promotional effectiveness, so it is expected to increase the competitiveness of the Sihobuk Peanuts MSME.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based system for passenger data management and goods distribution at PT Murni Trans by applying the cash basis method in financial recording. The problem faced by the company is that data and transaction recording are still carried out manually, which may lead to errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in monitoring cash flow in real time. The method used in this research is the cash basis method, where revenue is recognized when cash is received. The system is developed as a web-based application to facilitate the management of passenger data, goods delivery, and transaction recording in an integrated manner. The data used include passenger data, goods data, and transaction data stored in a database.The results show that the developed system improves efficiency in data management, accelerates transaction recording processes, and produces more accurate and easily accessible financial reports. Based on the cash basis calculation, the total revenue generated by the company is IDR 5,095,000. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based system using the cash basis method can help PT Murni Trans improve operational performance and financial management effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Efarina Etaham Pematang Siantar telah mengimplementasikan Sistem Cerdas Antrean Pelayanan untuk mengurangi penumpukan pasien dan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Namun, optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut masih menghadapi kendala berupa fluktuasi kinerja server pada jam sibuk serta belum terstandarisasinya tata kelola teknologi informasi (TI) secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola sistem antrean menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 serta merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan yang selaras dengan tujuan strategis operasional rumah sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan tahapan pemetaan design factors untuk menentukan fokus audit pada proses TI kritis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penyebaran kuesioner berbasis matriks RACI kepada pihak terkait. Evaluasi difokuskan pada domain BAI04 (Managed Availability and Capacity), DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents), dan MEA01 (Managed Performance and Conformance Monitoring). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola sistem antrean berada pada level 2 (Managed), yang menandakan proses telah berjalan namun belum memenuhi standar dokumentasi dan evaluasi berkala. Analisis kesenjangan menunjukkan domain BAI04 memiliki gap tertinggi sebesar 1,88 akibat bottleneck server pada jam sibuk, sedangkan MEA01 memiliki gap 1,45 karena belum tersedianya monitoring real-time. Domain DSS02 mencatat gap terendah sebesar 0,52. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan auto-scaling server, penyusunan Service Level Agreement (SLA) internal, serta pengembangan dashboard monitoring layanan guna meningkatkan tata kelola TI yang lebih adaptif, terukur, dan berorientasi pada kenyamanan pasien.

Abstract

The development of information technology has increased the use of digital applications in various services, including the My Icon Plus application. However, many users still face difficulties in understanding how to use the available features due to the lack of effective guidance media. This study aims to design and develop a multimedia website as a user guide for the My Icon Plus application to make it easier for users to understand. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with stages including needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The website is developed using HTML, PHP, and MySQL technologies and is equipped with multimedia content such as images and step-by-step instructions. The results show that the developed website is able to present information in a more interactive, structured, and accessible way, helping users understand login processes, issue reporting, and payment methods. Therefore, this website is expected to improve usability and enhance the overall user experience.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to classify the success factors of job training participants at LPK Ziona Gunungsitoli by comparing Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Decision Tree C4.5. The dataset used in this study was obtained from participant records for 2022-2025 and contains tracer study outcomes, gender, education level, training type, program type, and year of graduation. Personal identifiers such as names, national identity numbers, addresses, and telephone numbers were excluded during preprocessing. The tracer study variable was transformed into a binary target: participants who were working or continuing study were categorized as successful, while participants who were still looking for work were categorized as not yet successful. From 376 raw records, 372 valid records were processed. The data were encoded using one-hot encoding and evaluated using an 80:20 stratified train-test split. The results show that Decision Tree C4.5 achieved an accuracy of 81.33%, precision of 94.83%, recall of 83.33%, and F1-score of 88.71%. Meanwhile, SVM achieved an accuracy of 77.33%, precision of 94.55%, recall of 78.79%, and F1-score of 85.95%. The most influential attributes in the Decision Tree model were year, training type, gender, education, and program type. These results indicate that Decision Tree C4.5 is more suitable for this dataset because it provides both higher performance and interpretable rules for institutional decision support.

Abstract

Layanan perizinan usaha merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan mendukung iklim investasi daerah. Namun, proses perizinan usaha di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti waktu pemrosesan yang lama, kesalahan verifikasi, dan pemanfaatan data yang tersedia yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi big data dan algoritma machine learning guna meningkatkan efisiensi proses perizinan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik eksperimental, memanfaatkan dataset layanan perizinan usaha yang terdiri dari berbagai atribut seperti jenis izin, lokasi, waktu pemrosesan, dan status permohonan. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Random Forest, Naïve Bayes, dan kombinasi antara Random Forest dan Naïve Bayes, dengan evaluasi menggunakan matriks kebingungan serta metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest menunjukkan kinerja terbaik, dengan akurasi 98,5%, presisi 98,57%, recall 98,5%, dan F1-score 98,51%. Sementara itu, Naïve Bayes menunjukkan kinerja terendah dengan akurasi sebesar 51%, dan kombinasi Random Forest dan Naïve Bayes menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 73%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Random Forest lebih mampu menangani data yang kompleks dan menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data produksi pupuk organik yang masih dilakukan secara manual berpotensi menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan penyusunan laporan. Permasalahan tersebut mengakibatkan proses pengelolaan produksi menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Pencatatan Data Produksi Pupuk Organik Berbasis Web pada Kelompok Tani Desa Sei Bamban. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur manajemen bahan baku, proses produksi, pemantauan fermentasi, inventaris pupuk, penjualan, pelaporan, dan manajemen pengguna. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu membantu proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan data produksi secara terintegrasi sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta kemudahan dalam monitoring dan pelaporan produksi pupuk organik.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages companies to adopt digital systems that can effectively support management and promotional activities. PT Teguh Cita Madani requires an integrated website-based system to manage company information and optimally deliver promotional content to the public. The main problem faced is the unavailability of digital media capable of integrating data management and promotional functions in a single, structured and easily accessible system. This study aims to design and build a website-based management and promotional system as a solution to this problem. The research method used is information system design research with a qualitative descriptive approach and is included in the Research and Development (R&D) category. The system development method uses the Waterfall model which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP 8.1 technology, and the CodeIgniter 4 framework with a Model–View–Controller (MVC) architecture. The use of these technologies aims to produce a system that is structured, efficient, easy to develop, and in accordance with user needs. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to support data management and the delivery of company promotional information in an integrated manner. The system makes it easier for administrators to manage information and promotional content, and provides easy access to information for users. Based on testing and evaluation results, the system has performed according to the company's needs and has increased the effectiveness of information management and digital promotion. Therefore, the system can be used as an effective and sustainable website-based management and promotion tool.

Abstract

  Dalam layanan kesehatan kontemporer, integrasi solusi digital khususnya dalam manajemen antrean merupakan pilar fundamental untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperkuat kredibilitas institusi. Meskipun RSU Full Bethesda telah menerapkan sistem antrean berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI), performa fungsionalnya saat ini terhambat oleh kendala teknis yang memicu penumpukan pasien serta keterlambatan signifikan dalam pemberian layanan medis. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI di RSU Full Bethesda menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019, dengan fokus spesifik pada domain Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) serta Align, Plan, and Organize (APO). Metodologi penelitian mengikuti pendekatan sistematis yang diawali dengan identifikasi Design Factors untuk menyesuaikan domain prioritas, diikuti oleh pengumpulan data empiris melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pemangku kepentingan utama, serta penyebaran kuesioner berbasis aktivitas kepada personel TI dan administrasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas tata kelola TI di RSU Full Bethesda saat ini berada pada Level 2 (Managed), dengan skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 2,10. Temuan audit kritis mengidentifikasi celah (gap) signifikan sebesar 1,90 pada domain DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents), yang mengindikasikan bahwa respons rumah sakit terhadap gangguan teknis masih bersifat reaktif dan belum memiliki mekanisme pelacakan insiden yang terstandarisasi maupun terpusat. Selain itu, domain DSS01 (Managed Operations) dan APO11 (Managed Quality) menunjukkan kematangan yang suboptimal akibat ketiadaan pemantauan infrastruktur otomatis dan minimnya Indikator Kinerja Utama (KPI) yang menyelaraskan performa teknologi dengan standar layanan klinis. Analisis celah ini menegaskan adanya diskrepansi besar antara kondisi operasional saat ini dengan target strategis manajemen untuk mencapai Level 4 (Quantitative). Penelitian ini mengusulkan beberapa rekomendasi strategis, termasuk institusionalisasi Prosedur Operasional Standar (SOP) untuk manajemen insiden, pengimplementasian sistem Service Desk terpusat, serta pengadopsian perangkat pemantauan proaktif untuk menjamin ketersediaan sistem (uptime). Di samping itu, pengembangan notifikasi antrean digital realtime direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan transparansi bagi pasien. Eksekusi strategi-strategi tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kekurangan tata kelola yang teridentifikasi, mengurangi hambatan operasional, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kepuasan pasien melalui infrastruktur antrean yang tangguh, transparan, dan teroptimasi secara kuantitatif.
