The incidence of cancer in women of childbearing age globally and Indonesia is increasing. The majority of women of childbearing age become users of birth control acceptors, so this study's approval is to determine the effects of hormonal contraception on women of childbearing age. This study uses retrospective methods. The case group was a woman of childbearing age who became a hormonal birth control acceptor with a sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis using chi-square obtained a value of p = 0.276, meaning there is no meaningful association between hormonal contraception in women of childbearing age and cancer incidence. The discrepancy of the results of this study with previous research or existing theories may have several possibilities. This can occur in women who use hormonal contraceptives to maintain a healthy lifestyle by maintaining a healthy diet and activity patterns and minimizing the consumption of fatty foods, supported by the nutritional status of women who experience breast cancer normal nutritional status. However, if used for an extended period will also affect the incidence of breast cancer.

The stage of growth and development really requires good nutritional intake. Even though the stunting rate in Indonesia is decreasing. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The population of this research is mothers who have babies regarding the nutritional status of infants (0-1 years) totaling 74 people in January 2022 at Sewon I Health Center Work Area, Bantul. Sampling using total sampling. Data collection techniques through observation. The data collection instrument was the KMS book, weight scales and body length measurements. Bivariate analysis in this study using the Kendall Tau test. The results of the analysis can be concluded that obtained from this study there are 4 children (5.4%) in the category of poor nutrition, 61 children (82.4%) with good nutritional status and 9 children (12.2%) more nutritional status. There are data as many as 65 children (87.8%) in the category of normal growth and development. From the correlation results, there is the effect of nutritional status in infants (0-1 years) on growth and development, which is indicated by a significance value which is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant effect, between the influence of nutritional status on growth and development.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator to see the health status of women. There are two categories of maternal deaths, namely those caused by direct obstetric causes, namely deaths caused directly by pregnancy and childbirth, and deaths caused by indirect causes, namely deaths that occur in pregnant women caused by disease and not by pregnancy or childbirth. Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia are one of the complications of pregnancy that are caused directly by pregnancy itself. Pre-eclampsia is the onset of hypertension accompanied by proteinuria due to pregnancy, after 20 weeks of gestation or immediately after delivery. This study aims to determine the relevance of pre-eclampsia with the percentage of maternal mortality. This research is a literature study that summarizes some of the relevant literature. Articles were searched using the google scholar database, ScienceDirect, MDPI. After screening, 25 articles met the requirements and met the criteria. There is an relevance of pre-eclampsia with the percentage of maternal mortality. It is hoped that the results of this study will be one of the materials for midwifery education and interventions that can be applied in health services in preventing pre-eclampsia.
