Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of tourism marketing and promotion policies at the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Bandung Regency. In this study using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. And the data analysis used is using memos, coding, transcripts and data categorization. Based on the research obtained, it can be seen that the Implementation of Tourism Marketing and Promotion Policies at the Tourism and Culture Office of West Bandung Regency aims to increase tourist visits to tourist destinations in West Bandung Regency. Tourism marketing and promotion policies have been implemented at the Tourism and Culture Office of West Bandung Regency and tourist destinations in West Bandung Regency but there are still shortcomings that cause the success of the Implementation of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Policies at the Tourism and Culture Office of West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Governance in Tourism Planning towards World Tourism in Bappeda of Yogyakarta City. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Where the type of data consists of primary data obtained through interviews, observations and direct documentation in the field, while secondary data is obtained from data that has been collected by researchers through documents related to the study. The analysis techniques in this study are data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display), and conclusion drawing (Conclusion Drawing).The results of the study indicate that the Governance process in Tourism Planning towards World Tourism in Bappeda of Yogyakarta City has been running since Pangandaran began to separate from Ciamis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Collaborative Governance process in Tourism Planning in Yogyakarta City has been organized and also invites the community to contribute to the development of tourism in Yogyakarta City.

Abstract

This study has a background regarding employee competency for managing tourism destinations in the tourism and cultural service sector of Sumedang Regency. The author is interested in researching this problem because he wants to know more about Employee Competency for Managing Tourism Destinations in the Tourism and Cultural Service Sector of Sumedang Regency. Based on the results of observations in the field, there are several problems, namely regarding Knowledge, Understanding, Ability/Skills, Values, Attitudes and Interests. The theory used in this study is the theory according to Gordon in Sutrisno (2011:204). The objectives of this study are 1) To determine employee competency for managing tourism destinations in the tourism and cultural service sector of Sumedang Regency. 2) To determine the dimensions analyzed regarding employee competency for managing tourism destinations in the tourism and cultural service sector of Sumedang Regency. With this research, the author uses a qualitative approach method and a descriptive method, data collection techniques using interview techniques, which are conducted to the Head of the General and Personnel Sub-Division, Head of the Sub-Destination UPT Sumedang Region and the Sub-General and Personnel Apparatus of the Pangandaran Regency Tourism and Culture Office, observation and documentation. The data obtained in this study were processed using qualitative procedures according to Miles & Huberman (1992:16) including data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is that employee competence for managing tourism destinations is still not fully running well and is still less than optimal in its management because of the lack of employee resources and the lack of use of information technology in managing tourism objects. The researcher's suggestion for the Sumedang Regency Tourism and Culture Office in managing tourism destinations in Sumedang Regency must be more active and develop further in improving employee competency in managing tourism destinations so that in terms of improvements related to tourism objects, it can run well and be more advanced in the management carried out by the office employees to be able to improve various management promotions that use media, the internet and social media in processes related to employee competency for managing tourism destinations in Sumedang Regency.

Abstract

This study focuses on the population administration services provided in Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. Its aims are to describe and analyze the quality of public services in the field of population administration, as well as to identify the factors that both support and hinder the implementation of these services. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The informants in this study included the Head of the Government Section of the Sub-district, the Sub-district Secretary, employees, and the community. The findings indicate that the quality of population administration services in Jatinangor District is quite good but not yet optimal. This is attributed to obstacles in the implementation of services that impede the completion of service products submitted by the community, as well as inadequate facilities in the service room and suboptimal cleanliness, leading to community discomfort

Abstract

Effective waste management innovation is key to development and good governance, requiring international collaboration. This qualitative study uses a literary review to analyze existing research, finding Indonesia's rubbish management unsatisfactory due to widespread waste and ineffective policies. Innovation is crucial, and under the lens of Sound Governance, Indonesia needs to partner with leading countries and organizations like UNEP. Technological solutions, such as local incinerators with supportive policies and public awareness, are potential innovations. Ultimately, improving waste management demands innovation, global cooperation, and societal involvement.

Abstract

Digital governance has emerged as a crucial element in modern public administration, aiming to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in government services. Indonesia has implemented various e-Government initiatives, yet challenges persist, including inadequate infrastructure, cybersecurity threats, digital illiteracy, and bureaucratic resistance. This study explores policy recommendations to optimize digital governance in Indonesia by addressing these barriers. A qualitative approach was used, analysing academic literature, case studies, and policy frameworks related to digital transformation. The results indicate that expanding broadband access, strengthening cybersecurity measures, promoting digital literacy, and streamlining bureaucratic processes are critical for improving e-Government effectiveness. Additionally, integrating interoperable digital systems and enhancing public participation through open data initiatives can further strengthen governance. The study concludes that a comprehensive policy framework combining technological investments, regulatory improvements, and human capital development is essential to achieving a more effective and inclusive digital governance ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Inovasi Pelayanan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan indikator penelitiannya yaitu Keuntungan relatif, Kesesuaian, kerumitan, Kemungkinan dicoba, dan Kemudahan diamati. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan melalui penerapan Aplikasi Perusahaan Pengelolaan Air bersih (APPA) di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru sudah berjalan optimal, dapat dilihat dari kegunaannya yang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan PDAM. Namun ada yang perlu dikembangkan yaitu pengembangan aplikasi agar bisa digunakan oleh pelanggan PDAM Tirta Siak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi situs web Jakpreneur sebagai bentuk inovasi pelayanan publik digital oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam mendukung pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah bagaimana layanan digital ini dirancang, dijalankan, dan dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku UMKM sebagai pengguna akhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk inovasi dalam situs web Jakpreneur ditinjau dari aspek produk layanan, proses birokrasi, dan relasi kolaboratif antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi literatur dan dokumentasi data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situs web Jakpreneur telah menjadi instrumen strategis dalam mendigitalisasi pelayanan publik melalui layanan pendaftaran, pelatihan, perizinan, hingga pelaporan keuangan secara daring. Website ini juga mendorong partisipasi publik dan kolaborasi dengan sektor swasta seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, serta lembaga pendidikan. Namun, tantangan masih muncul dalam bentuk kesenjangan akses teknologi dan keterbatasan literasi digital di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Prospek dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model layanan publik digital seperti Jakpreneur dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan inovasi layanan publik di daerah lain, sepanjang diikuti dengan penguatan pendampingan, evaluasi pengguna, serta pengelolaan ekosistem kolaboratif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ratu Ariana Zuariyah, NIM. 6670210033, Gerakan Sosial Buruh Perempuan dalam Mendapatkan Hak Maternitas di PT. Amos Indah Indonesia. Laeli Nur Khanifah, M.I.P, Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, 2025. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gerakan sosial buruh perempuan, khususnya melalui Federasi Serikat Buruh Perempuan Indonesia (FSBPI) di PT. Amos Indah Indonesia, dalam memperjuangkan hak maternitas. Meskipun undang-undang ketenagakerjaan telah mengatur hak-hak maternitas, pelanggaran terhadap hak tersebut masih sering terjadi, terutama dalam bentuk kesulitan akses cuti haid, cuti keguguran dan cuti melahirkan. Teori yang digunakan adalah gerakan sosial Sidney Tarrow yang terdapat 4 indikator yakni mobilisasi sumber daya, struktur organisasi, aksi kolektif, framing. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi Edmund Husserl. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi FSBPI berperan penting dalam memperjuangkan hak maternitas buruh perempuan melaui: Pertama, pendidikan memberikan berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendorong buruh perempuan untuk memahami hak-hak mereka dan berani melakukan perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan di tempat kerja. Kedua, advokasi FSBPI aktif melibatkan buruh perempuan dalam proses penyelesaian pelanggaran hak maternitas baik melalui jalur litigasi maupun non-litigasi. Ketiga, kampanye media sosial, FSBPI menyebarluaskan informasi mengenai kasus pelanggaran hak buruh melalu Instagram dan Facebook. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti intimidasi perusahaan, beban kerja yang tinggi, serta status kerja kontrak yang membuat buruh perempuan sulit mengakses haknya secara penuh dan menempatkan mereka dalam posisi sulit.
