Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of snake and ladder educational game therapy (APE) on reducing anxiety in hospitalized children. This study uses an experimental method with a one-group pre-post test design. The number of samples used in this study was 15 samples with an incidental sampling technique. The results showed that the average level of anxiety before playing snake and ladder therapy in treated children was 19.13 with the moderate anxiety category. The anxiety story after snake therapy in treated children was 14.20 with mild class. In conclusion, playing snake and ladder therapy reduces anxiety in hospitalized children. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of vidio learning media on student competency achievement. The method used in this study was carried out by taking data from PubMed, ProQuest, Google Scholar databases, which were found in 2015-2021. The results showed that some of the learning media used by students were Vidio. In conclusion, Vidio as a learning medium is very influential in increasing knowledge, helping to get information about assignments, knowing the development of information, and can be used as material to deepen the material. Abstract

This study aims to describe the experiences of frontline nurses in dealing with COVID-19 patients during the pandemic. This research method uses a scoping review method with a search method on four journal databases consisting of Sage, PubMed, Science Direct, and Proquest. The results obtained were 424 articles were found in the journal database but only 9 articles met the criteria and were included in this study. Qualitative research data show that nurses experience psychological, social, and emotional stress. However, nurses can prepare coping strategies using self-care, distraction, and peer and family support. In conclusion, nurses in charge of caring for COVID-19 patients have serious challenges in maintaining individual coping with negative psychological and social responses. Therefore, it is important to strengthen government support and policies to improve nurses' welfare. Keywords: COVID-19, Qualitative, Experience, Frontline Nurse

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of electronic education with the application of e-Education to understand nurses in preventing DVT. This research uses an experimental method with a Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. The results of the study in the control group using an e-education application containing DVT material in the form of e-leaflets and the Experiment group using an e-Education application containing DVT material in the form of an e-book, meaning that both groups tend to experience changes in understanding, but the proportion of respondents who study e-application e-education containing DVT material in the form of e-books tends to experience a higher increase than respondents who look e-education applications containing DVT material in the form of e-leaflets. In conclusion, using the e-leaflet e-education and the e-education e-book applications can increase nurses' understanding of DVT prevention. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying 30° head elevation to increase oxygen saturation and GCS scores in stroke patients. The research method is a systematic review by searching for articles through Pubmed, Google Scholar, Proquest, Emerland, and Garuda. The results showed that the number of articles synthesized was eight, with the result that there were 4 GCS scores and SP02 scores of 2.48% after 30 head elevation. In conclusion, 30° head elevation affects the GCS value and oxygen saturation. Keywords: Head Elevation 30°, Oxygen Saturation, Stroke

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying head elevation to intracranial pressure in stroke patients. This research method uses one data, namely a literature study. The results showed that head elevations of 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45° affected intracranial pressure in stroke patients. In conclusion, it shows that 30° more head elevation can improve the intracranial pressure problem, although the difference's value is not significant. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between hemodialysis patients' attitudes toward self-management and adherence to fluid restriction and hemodialysis diet related to hypervolemia. This research method is a Literature review. The data used in this study comes from reputable journal articles published nationally and internationally in national and international online journals. The results showed that the risk of hypervolemia was reduced when patients could manage their health by performing self-care, developing a self-management plan, and modifying initial diet and renal fluid instructions to adapt to their lifestyle. In conclusion, there is a relationship between self-management and compliance of hemodialysis patients with fluid and dietary restrictions, especially sodium. Abstract

This study aims to determine how chronic care management for the covid-19 pandemic is managed from the point of view of public health by health practitioners. The method of this research is to use a literature review using the Proquest, Pubmed, Science Direct, and Ebsco databases. The results showed that 718 articles and seven met the criteria for inclusion in the author's review. In conclusion, chronic care management during the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of primary health practitioners is very influential in how people with chronic diseases can survive and be helped by improving the quality of their care. Abstract

This study aims to identify the latest evidence-based on the effect of social support on depression in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. The research method used in this study is a literature review with a literature search using the electronic database CINAHL, PubMed, Pro Quest, Cochrane, Google Scholar, and Garuda. The results showed that the original sixteen articles met the inclusion criteria in 4 themes: social and family support that affects self-management and hope for progress, family support, emotional support, and appropriate and appropriate family support. In conclusion, all aspects of social and family license affect depression and anxiety in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis.
