JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi merupakan jurnal yang berisi hasil pemikiran atau penelitian pada bidang sistem informasi akuntansi. Jurnal yang dikelola Program Studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Kampus Kota Pontianak, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika ini dipublikasikan secara online dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS). Lingkup penelitian pada JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, antara lain penerapan software akuntansi, rancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi, dan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android. Periode penerbitan JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret dan September. Dengan adanya JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, maka diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah untuk menampung hasil pemikiran atau penelitian dari para peneliti, serta memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Organizational financial management is prone to fraud. The Accounting Information System needs to be implemented by the organization as monitoring. This study aims to determine the application of cash disbursement accounting information system and give recommendations to agencies from the problems. Qualitative case study approach used as a research method. Primary data was collected using observation, interviews, and documentation for five months at the research destination. The results show that accounting information system for cash disbursements at institutions is not strictly regulated. The low regulations make employees less responsible in reporting evidence of cash disbursements transactions. Based on these findings, this study contributes to giving insight for organizations about the importance of implementing system operational procedures as internal control.

Abstract

The availability of raw materials is one of the important components in the production process. The availability of raw materials is also key in the production process at coffee shops/coffee shops. The process of recording raw material stocks in several coffee shops is still conventional. Meanwhile, in the process of ordering raw materials using social media such as Whatsapp. But there is no system between ordering raw materials and recording stock that is mutually integrated or computerized. This resulting in many discrepancies between data and items that do not match. Therefore, an information system is needed that can be used in the process of purchasing raw materials for making coffee. This study aims to design and implement a raw material purchasing information system in Coffee Shops that can assist Coffee Shop entrepreneurs in managing and monitoring raw material purchases in a structured and efficient manner. The research method used is the data collection method and the system development method Rapid Application Development (RAD). The result of this research is the creation of a web-based raw material purchasing information system that can minimize errors in the data processing process, make coffee shop performance more effective and efficient, and the raw material purchasing process becomes more accurate.

Abstract

In a company, financial reports have a very important role in order to reach the quality of the company, to find out whether the financial position has increased or decreased. Financial reports are also a tool for processing company data related to accounting. This research uses a direct observation method (observation) by directly observing financial transaction management activities carried out using cash records which are then recapitulated manually, an interview method to obtain some information regarding existing problems in the company, a literature study method to strengthen the research author. Surya Jaya Bogor Iron Shop is engaged in selling various building materials. Currently, companies already carry out accounting records manually, namely by writing and using Microsoft Excel, but manual recording is still not able to speed up company performance and there are still many obstacles that cause accounting records to disappear at any time. Therefore, this research focuses on processing accounting data at the Surya Jaya Bogor Iron Shop using the Zahir Accounting Version 6 Build 13 application which is easy to use and understand so that it can form financial reports quickly and produce financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards.

Abstract

Technology and information are currently experiencing developments, automatically demanding that all areas of activity be computerized, one of which is in the field of accounting. BumDes Joint Enterprises of Gemba Raya Village, Kelam Permai District, Sintang Regency is a village-owned business institution engaged in the sale of agricultural products, namely the sale of fertilizers and grass poison. The problem faced by BumDes Joint Ventures is the processing of financial data which is still manual using bookkeeping records including in the preparation of financial reports such as collecting transaction evidence processing data, recording general journals, recording general ledgers, recording balances, recording adjusting journals, recording work balances and ending with financial reports (balance sheets, profit/loss reports, and reports on changes in capital). For this reason, the authors recorded financial transactions using Zahir Accounting software version 6.0 on the BumDes Joint Ventures of Sintang Regency. Using Zahir Accounting version 6.0 can provide a solution for BumDes Usaha Bersama in making financial reports more effective and efficient so that they can support financial transaction activities at this institution.

Abstract

Maju Jaya Motor Workshop still uses physical structures such as for sales and service. Therefore making sales reports and motorbike service reports takes time to make these reports. Sometimes insufficient stock makes selling difficult because reports have to be checked manually. After that, they buy the product. So it's not real-time because it's still being checked and then bought. Therefore the author created a web-based system design to facilitate sales and display inventory at the Maju Jaya Motor workshop. The steps of the system development method used in this study are Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Delivery. The proposed solution to this problem was expected with an app I built because it removes the need to manually check inventory, making buying parts there more reasonable. There is no need to do physical records when selling and servicing motorbikes because if the system already exists, it can be printed on the system and there is no need to summarize sales and service reports anymore.

Abstract

Financial data management at an engineering consulting company, namely CV. Citra Stapaka Sejahtera, currently uses Microsoft Excel. The observation results show that the management of financial data is still simple, resulting in a long time for presenting financial report information, less efficient processes, and errors that often occur in financial report information. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop a financial management application using the prototype method. The system developed allows Admins and Leaders to access various features such as managing project master data, income and expenses, carrying out transactions, and producing various reports such as project reports, RAB, income, expenses and profit and loss, both for projects and general. The hope is that the implementation of this system can improve financial management performance at CV. Image of Stapaka Sejahtera.

Abstract

Senggugu oil production by CV Tujuh Putik requires increased efficiency in managing the calculation of the cost of production. Manuality in the cost calculation process hinders the potential for increasing profits. Therefore, digitalization is considered as a solution to increase the accuracy, speed and affordability of information related to HPP. The background to the need for digitalization is the problems that occur, namely delays, calculation errors and inaccurate cost information. A new approach is needed that integrates digital technology to update the calculation system to be more efficient and responsive to business needs, increase the accuracy of production cost calculations, speed up the decision-making process, and provide a stronger information foundation for the company's business strategy. This research aims to implement digitalization in the calculation of Senggugu oil HPP at CV Tujuh Putik using the Full Costing method. By implementing digital technology, it is hoped that it can open up new efficiency opportunities and strengthen the company's competitiveness in a dynamic market.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving era of digital transformation, this research introduces the concept of the Fisher's Home Information System (SIMAYA) as a solution to support the progress and sustainability of the fisheries sector. SIMAYA is designed to meet the specific needs of fishermen by providing access to relevant information, effective fish stock management, and facilitating online connectivity and marketing. This research is grounded in a profound understanding of the complex challenges faced by fishermen, including the impacts of climate change and market fluctuations. Following the waterfall model approach in software development, SIMAYA is constructed with careful consideration of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.Survey methods, interviews, and case studies are employed to identify the needs of fishermen and evaluate the effectiveness of SIMAYA in the field. The results of this research are expected to make a tangible contribution to improving the operational efficiency of fishermen, supporting sustainable fisheries policies, and developing economic ecosystems in coastal communities. This abstract provides a brief overview of the implementation of SIMAYA, aiming to create a positive impact in bringing change to the fisheries sector. With advancing technology, SIMAYA is expected to be an effective tool in advancing the welfare of fishermen and enhancing the sustainability of fisheries resources

Abstract

The purpose of the conducted research is to create an application for monitoring raw material stock in production at UMKM Salad Mertua, ensuring control over raw material inventory data. The application is developed as a website with three levels of user access (owner, warehouse department, and production department), each tailored to specific data processing procedures required for their respective roles. The application's design is structured using the waterfall software development method, where the database design is depicted in entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and logical record structures (LRS). The programming language utilized for the application's development is PHP, connected to a MySQL database. The outcome of this research is a monitoring application providing information on the required stock of raw materials for salad production in UMKM Salad Mertua, ensuring that the procurement needs and quality of raw materials are maintained according to the application of the SDLC method with the waterfall model.

Abstract

Information systems have become an essential requirement in various aspects of life, including the business world. The presence of an information system can provide benefits in processing organized data and facilitate every process within a system. Pharmacies are one of the businesses in the trading sector that require a data processing system to streamline and improve the performance of their transactions. One example is Apotek Central Farma Tayan Tayan, which currently relies on a manual system. The pharmacy faces challenges such as disorganized drug data and difficulties in tracking incoming and outgoing drugs. Additionally, their reporting process involves manual handwritten records. To address these issues, a research study was conducted with the aim of designing a computerized sales system for Apotek Central Farma Tayan Tayan. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance the pharmacy's performance and effectiveness. The prototype method was employed in this research. The study resulted in the design of an information system accessible to both pharmacists and cashiers. This system facilitates efficient management of drug data, enables the viewing of sales reports, and facilitates the procurement of drugs. Furthermore, the information system securely stores and prints data, ensuring the proper maintenance of vital information within the Pharmacy.
