Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stocking density on the growth and survival of Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) in an artificial pond of the Wet Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries, Lambung Mangkurat University. The study was conducted for five weeks on nine maintenance plots with different stocking density variations, and each plot was observed periodically for fish weight and length growth. Data were analyzed using normality test, ANOVA test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Friedman test, and strengthened with multivariate approach in the form of cluster analysis and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The results showed that fish weight growth was significantly different between plots (p = 0.012), while length growth showed no significant difference (p = 0.316). Plot 5 showed the highest weight growth, while plot 1 recorded the lowest growth. Cluster analysis and PCA results grouped the plots based on similar performance, and identified Plot 5 as a positive outlier. This finding indicates that stocking density and feed treatment play an important role in fish weight growth, while length growth is more influenced by biological factors that tend to be stable. Therefore, fish weight is recommended as a key indicator in aquaculture management evaluation

Abstract

Infertility is identified as a global health problem in couples who have difficulty having children or fail to have children naturally, so they have to go to a specialist doctor for consultation and even have to be treated using simple techniques or using sophisticated and modern technology. This meta-analysis study aims to obtain an overview of the intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) technique in in vitro fertilization (IVF) as a solution to overcome the causes of infertility for married couples to have children. Method: by searching articles and scientific papers using the Google Scholar application. The conclusion is that the ICSI technique in IVF is indicated to be able to overcome problems that cause infertility for both men and women with a higher fertilization rate (64.3%) compared to conventional IVF methods (37.4%).

Abstract

Environmental issues in the river area have received less attention, even though the river plays a big role in people's lives, especially those around it. It is important to know the concern of high school students for the environment because they are the next generation of the region's future development. One of the rivers in the Cimanggung area is the Cimande River. This study aims to analyze the environmental concerns of high school students regarding the river environment in the Cimanggung Area and its surroundings. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative method, with respondents of high school students in the Cimanggung area totaling 139 respondents with an age range of 15-18 years. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and literature studies. The instrument used to determine the level of student concern for the environment uses a Likert scale consisting of 25 questions and 5 interview questions. Abstract

Teachers are one of the important components that determine the success of learning. There are several competencies that must be mastered by a teacher, including professional competency (subject matter content) and pedagogical competency. The integration of knowledge about learning material content with knowledge about pedagogy is known as PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge). The aim of this research is to determine the ability of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of class VII science teachers at State Middle Schools in Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency in preparing lesson plans. This research is descriptive research carried out at State Middle Schools in Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency. The population of this study were all class VII science teachers at State Middle Schools in Banyudono District, while the sample was 3 class VII science teachers at State Middle Schools in Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency, taken using population sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. PCK identification is carried out using an identification sheet. The aspects identified include CK (Content Knowledge), PK (Pedagogical Knowledge), and PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge). Based on the research that has been carried out, the results show that CK mastery ability is in the quite good category with an average of 74%, PK is in the quite good category with an average of 57%, and PCK is in the good category with an average of 88%.

Abstract

Wujud nyata dari kepedulian lingkungan di suatu daerah harus dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh warga di daerah tersebut. Peduli lingkungan di kampung pijilan makamhaji perlu di galakkanlagi dengan memanfaatkan lahan kosong di tepi sungai untuk menanam tanaman obat keluarga (Toga). Upaya meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh program pokok pkk yang harus di dukung dan terus di motivasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkatkan kepedulian warga masyarakat khususnya kaum perempuan yang tergabung dalam organisasi pkk dan untuk mengenalkan jenis-jenis tanaman herbal yang di gunakan untuk obat keluarga atau yang lebih di kenal dengan toga. Metode yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan rutin pkk yang berlangsung dua kali dalam sebulan meliputi sosialisasi terkait kepedulian lingkungan dan sosialisasi tentang mengenal tanaman obat lebih jauh kemudian dilanjutkan penanaman toga tetapi sebelumnya di siapkan lahan dan di beri arahan untuk membuat pot dari barang bekas yterlebih dahulu. Perawatan toga di lakukan oleh masing-masing dawis secara bergiliran. Hasil panen di olah dengan memberikan pelatihan hasil olahan tanaman toga dan mengemas produk dengan sangat menarik. Target luaran ini adalah munculnya atau meningkatnya sikap kepedulian lingkungan dan pemahaman terkait tanaman obat keluarga dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Herbal tea is a beverage product made from plant leaf  beneficial for health and  refreshing drink. One of the innovative ingredients of  herbal tea is butterfly pea flowers and stevia leaf. Butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea L) contain flavonoids, anthocyanins, glycosides, and kaempferol glycosides as antioxidant compounds that prevent free radicals. The addition of stevia leaf (Stevia rebaudiana) as a natural sweetener, low calories and as a substitute of sugar. The aim of this research was to determine the antioxidant activity and organoleptic quality of herbal tea combination between butterfly pea flowers and stevia leaf on variations of temperature and drying duration. This research method was experimental with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), two treatment factors. The first factor was variation of drying temperature (T) at 55˚C and 60˚C and the second factor was variation of drying duration (L) 70 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes. The results showed that the highest antioxidant activity of herbal tea combination between butterfly pea flowers and stevia leaf in the T2L1 treatment (temperature 60˚C and drying duration 70 minutes) was 88.811%. The best organoleptic quality of herbal tea in the T2L1 treatment was purple ,ordinary  aroma,not bitter taste and sweet, liked.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze students' science process skills (SPS) as the basis for developing a guided inquiry E-Module. The method used is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative. The subjects of the study involved 94 ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kasiman Bojonegoro and 4 science teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and SPS tests on physical and chemical changes. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students consider science learning difficult (74.3%), memorize theory without practice (89.1%), and want practical learning (70.6%). As many as 91.8% of students need interactive teaching materials that can be accessed via digital devices. In terms of teachers, the dominant learning model is found to be lectures, limited laboratory equipment and lack of innovation in teaching materials as the main obstacles. The test results showed that 72% of students in the moderate KPS category, the indicators identifying variables (55%) and concluding (54%) had higher achievements. The conclusion of the study recommends the development of an e-module based on guided inquiry to improve students' KPS. E-Modules help students understand scientific concepts, improve analytical skills according to the needs of 21st century education.

Abstract

Essential part of red blood cells is hemoglobin, an iron-containing protein that transports oxygen and carbon dioxide throughout the body and serves as a pigment to give blood its red hue. Low hemoglobin levels and decreased iron storage may be contributing factors to anemia; nevertheless, vitamin C needs to be present in every food taken for the body to properly absorb iron. Consume fruits rich in vitamin C and other nutrients, such red guava (Psidium guajava L.), which is one of these fruits and offers advantages for people with anemia.Red guava (Psidium guajava L.) has 42.9 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams, or 0.429 mg/gram. The purpose of this paper is to promote awareness of the red guava's (Psidium guajava L.) ability to increase hemoglobin levels. Results from literature analyses of various scientific papers show that consumption of red guava juice increases hemoglobin levels in male white rats, pregnant women, and teenage females.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kreatif merupakan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik denganmengintegrasikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahanyang dialami oleh peserta didik. Keterampilan berpikir kreatif merupakan suatu proses berpikir untuk menentukanhubungan yang baru dengan berbagai hal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan besaranpengaruh keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Project based learning terhadapketerampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitianquasi-eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X di SMA Negeri 1Dayeuhkolot dan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas X-6 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak35 dan kelas X-9 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 39 siswa dengan penentuan sampelmenggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan nilai pretest dan posttest siswa.Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil nilai signifikansi (2-tiled) yakni 0, 000, maka nilai signifikansi (2-tiled) ≤ 0, 05maka Ho di tolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antarapembelajaran project based learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi tindakan penangananlimbah.

Abstract

The Bengawan Solo River has an important role for humans and surrounding aquatic organisms. Efforts to maintain riparian vegetation can be done by maintaining the existence and striving for the diversity of constituent plant species so that they can provide services to the environment optimally. Therefore, this study aims to determine the diversity of riparian vegetation, especially grasses along Bengawan Solo tributaries. The research was conducted in February - July 2024 at three locations where the upstream was in the Bengawan Solo River, the middle of the river was in the Jatimalang River, and the downstream was in the Lalung Reservoir area, Karanganyar Regency. The method used in sampling is Purposive Random Sampling with the provision that each sample point plot has an area of 200 m2 made as many as 5 plots at each station. Observations include the name of the species and the number of individuals in each plot of each plant stata and the results obtained are then identified and calculated for diversity with the Shannon-Wiener index. The results obtained were fifteen (15) types of grass riparian vegetation belonging to three (3) tribes. The diversity of riparian vegetation at the grass level at the research site is moderate (H' 1≤ H ≤ 3).
